Simply, in my opinion, the best pizza in Udine and the surrounding area. Friendly and helpful staff, and prices reasonable for the quality of the food served.

The Steak is cooked as a Medium Rare and must be cooked to perfection. Der Thunfisch wurde anstelle von Medium zunächst rare (zu roh) serviert. Das war sehr unangenehm, da wir dadurch nicht gemeinsam essen konnten und es zu erheblichen Verzögerungen kam. Unfortunately, the requests we expressed when ordering were not respected, particularly regarding the steak and tuna. The steak, instead of being cooked to the requested medium rare, was served completely well done and had to be replaced. The tuna, however, was initially served rare (too raw) instead of medium. This was quite unfortunate, as we couldn't eat together and there were significant delays. Unfortunately, the dessert wasn't particularly good either.

The dough was very good and easy to digest, but the pizzas were a bit small and lacking in ingredients. There were two families. One pizza arrived incorrectly. I asked for anchovies without mozzarella and brie, and I got a white pizza with brie, anchovies, and mozzarella. So, a 3 for food and service, a 4 for the atmosphere. The beers need to be reconsidered. It's also absurd to charge €4 for a 0.20 beer. It's a shame because the pizza itself is well-made. It's true that the running costs may be high, but I feel like they're focusing too much on saving on quantity, and the prices of food and drinks are higher than they should be.

It's a shame that in 2026 there is no provision for lactose-free mozzarella for those with problems 🤔🤓

Excellent solution just outside Udine, I find it a bit scattered but at the same time very convenient precisely because it can accommodate many people in the various rooms.

Good food, lots of space and lots of friendliness.
