02/12/2025: An experience on the Alpe Adria route. Amazing atmosphere with great food, coffee and friendly service. Where I recommend stopping and I also recommend buying a souvenir in the form of a T-shirt, because there is nothing along the way where you can buy something with Alpe Adria motifs

23/02/2026: Impeccable service, professionalism, superb food, what more can I say? I think it's one of the best places in Friuli. The wines are top-quality and the place is very nice and welcoming.

22/02/2026: Dinner for three people with a final bill of over €100 per person, for two 300g fillets, a single pasta dish, shared appetizers, cooked vegetables, and a few glasses of wine. No tasting menu, no elaborate entrees, no elaborate desserts, no substantial bottles. Both fillets were served on plates completely soaked in their own blood, a clear sign of poor meat management (failure to rest and drain): it's not a matter of personal taste, but an objective technical flaw. For extremely simple cuisine and poor presentation, the bill is clearly disproportionate. Even including drinks, the quality/price ratio is seriously unbalanced compared to the quantity, complexity of the dishes, and overall experience. Given this is a highly praised restaurant with a well-established reputation, the disappointment is even more pronounced: at these prices and with such expectations, one would expect very different standards of execution. The service was courteous, but insufficient to compensate for such a glaring discrepancy between the value received and the amount requested. A disappointing experience.

10/03/2026: Rifugio Tamai is a popular mountain hut on Monte Zoncolan, surrounded by beautiful mountain views. It is known for its excellent home-cooked cuisine with local specialties and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. In winter, it is a popular stop for skiers, and in summer, it is an ideal destination or stopover for hikers and nature lovers looking for a good meal and rest in the mountains. Worth a visit!👍👏🫶❤️

01/03/2026: LOCATION: Small but cozy! Nice atmosphere. Parking is limited in front of the restaurant, but you can park nearby. FOOD: Very good! The cheese naan was delicious, and the cheese was really tasty. I would have dared to use more garlic for the garlic naan. The butter chicken and butter panir were very good (though they lacked a little extra kick to make them even more flavorful). I would have preferred the lamb korma with more peanut butter. But overall, the food was very good!

27/11/2025: One of the best seafood restaurants in Trieste! (Okay, you have to book at least two weeks in advance, but it's definitely worth it.) Spectacular seafood, truly delicious appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all expertly cooked (if they have the "cape longhe" (long rib steaks), definitely order them!). Excellent value for money!

28/02/2026: Very good food. The penne with salmon tastes excellent, and the pizzas are delicious too. Afterwards, a complimentary limoncello from the restaurant. Super friendly staff.

15/02/2026: Excellent restaurant and pizzeria in the center of the seaside resort. The staff is very kind and courteous, serving customers with expertise and great discretion—always attentive, but never intrusive (a rare quality these days). The food is excellent and reasonably priced! We'll definitely be back! Well done!

Both the sandwiches and the beer selection are excellent, but the owner certainly makes the difference: he's friendly, courteous, and very professional. Overall, an impeccable experience! I'll definitely be back if I ever pass through Trieste again!
