29/08/2025: Unfortunately, it's a must to say 40 minutes for delivery and then wait 70 minutes. I think it's the customer's choice whether to wait or not, but it's the seller's duty to be honest about delivery times. I don't recommend this kind of management; we definitely won't order anything again.

26/08/2025: 3 meter-sized Margherita pizzas ordered at Barcola, there were 20 of us. A box was left there intact!! The pizza was dry, the tomato sauce wasn't even visible, and the mozzarella was rubbery!!! Highly not recommended!!!

18/10/2025: Bad experience. Poor online order handling (order arrived over an hour late), rudeness from the person who answered the phone when I contacted them to find out where my order was (she practically hung up on me). Prices are way too high, the worst vegan sushi I've ever had; the rest of the food wasn't bad, but it was good and definitely not. Poor and repetitive vegan option.

05/09/2025: I had the focaccia with kebab. It was made with kebab dough; it was anything but focaccia. I don't recommend it. It's the third time it's happened.

29/08/2025: Worst experience I've ever had. The sandwich had been made for a long time, the fries were cold and I threw them out of the sandwich. Even the cheese on the sandwich was dry, as if it had been made for 6-7 hours. As for the staff at the counter, they had no respect whatsoever, as if they'd never heard of politeness. I'd rather starve!!

15/06/2025: On a Saturday evening, the three of us were the only guests. It wasn't very inviting, and they only provided a menu upon request, with the caveat that there was hardly any meat, mostly fish, and not every dish was available. We just had a drink and moved on. What a pity.

01/06/2025: Location più unica che rara alla periferia di Udine, immersa nel verde e protetta dai rumori e dalla frenesia della cittadina friulana, servizio veloce e cordiale del personale di sala, percepita armonia tra i camerieri Sara e Manuel e la responsabile Kenia; ho provato su consiglio la pizza con la scarola, ( pensavo ci fosse solo menù da ristorante): ottimo feedback, impasto leggero con sicuramente una lievitazione di 48h o più, base bianca, la scarola è ripassata in padella, e considerando le lavorazioni, la qualità degli ingredienti e la presentazione...rapporto qualità prezzo centrato. 30/09/2025: During the renovation we were given rooms on the top floor without a lift and still to be renovated under the roof not exactly a nice value to see living and above all paying other people on the lower floors everything was ok maybe we were the unlucky ones and in any case we were not warned of the differences in quality of the rooms by the manager

13/09/2025: The products are high-quality and good, but the staff leaves much to be desired. I've started going there less and less, precisely because of one waitress in particular, who, unfortunately, I found on Friday, September 12th, working in the morning. She's rude, impolite, and looks at you dirtyly as soon as you enter, as if she's annoyed by your presence. She doesn't greet you, doesn't listen, and has a long face and looks down her nose—in short, an opinion shared by other people there: a very bad image for a nice café. The tables are very dirty. The service is often slow and indifferent. Now that I see this girl is back (it's been a while since I've seen her), I don't think I'll return. Very often, what matters most is courtesy and politeness. But in Fiume Veneto, there are many other extremely high-quality places with much better service—I'd say impeccable. I'll go there from now on.

25/08/2025: I'm giving 2 stars to avoid giving one. The place is very large and has a lot of potential, but the feeling of poor cleanliness is high. The menu only offered toasties and hamburgers, nothing more. Maybe August is off-season for them; I hope they offer more choices in the winter. Anyway, we had lunch with two ham and cheese toasties, no toppings, lousy bread, terrible quality. I don't treat customers like that; we're tourists, but we're not stupid. Highly not recommended.

13/10/2025: They have an excellent photographer and a terrible chef! What you see on the menu doesn't match what you'll be served in the slightest. The fried foods are awful, greasy, and have a distinct taste of used oil. Miserable portions and exorbitant prices. Frozen food is expensive. My only praise goes to the girls in the dining room, who are very kind but probably unaware they work in a truly mediocre place.

22/08/2025: I want to be objective: the amatriciana pasta was very good, everything was fine. The service was good (polite and kind). What wasn't good was the dessert: tiramisu. I ordered the tiramisu (mascarpone cream, coffee, and ladyfingers on the menu) and I found a tiramisu with candied fruit and walnut pieces inside. Obviously, you put two and two together and it's immediately clear they recycled the leftover Colomba cake to make a dessert. Aside from the appropriateness of doing this, I wonder: what if someone is allergic to nuts? They order the tiramisu thinking they're safe from any risk, and instead... Failed. Catering is about the quality of the food, not about ripping customers off to recycle leftovers. Moreover, they disregard the list of allergens with very high risks.

07/08/2025: I was in Trieste (a very pretty city where I ate well everywhere) and I had the best croissant of my life. Then I had a delicious dessert whose name I can't remember.

18/10/2025: I went today and honestly, I don't think I'll be back. The staff was extremely rude. They spoke in another language in front of us, giggling (for all I know, they might even be insulting the customers without making themselves understood). When we asked questions, they looked at us like we were idiots, and they didn't even say hello when we came in or out (a good evening or goodbye would have been enough, the bare minimum for a job that involves contact with the public). The pastries were more or less decent; the pizzas were like moist crackers. I was hoping to return for the fruit baskets, but given the staff, I don't think so. It's not worth it; other Dafina locations are definitely better.

03/10/2025: I got a small bundle, better than the one from the supermarket, but the taste and quality were terrible, I had a burning sensation for hours. Regarding the cleanliness, but we were seeing flies in the windows. I think the bread is good, but I won't go in again.
