26/11/2025: A traditional trattoria serving Roman specialties. Welcoming, helpful staff. Two gorgeous dogs. Always free parking within 150 meters, although it's very difficult to find nearby, located a few kilometers from Cattinara.

23/11/2025: It's hard to classify this place...from the outside it looks stuffy...and from the inside it's perhaps even worse: messy, dirty, and smelly. I ate here because a friend had made a reservation for lunch with friends, and I would never, ever, have stopped to eat at a place like this. On the other hand, I found the first courses very good. The roast suckling pig was good...the grilled meat...bad...very bad.

21/11/2025: Terrible service, the staff's poor organization is evident. At the Tiezzo store, especially in the morning, the sales assistants should consider changing jobs. Rudeness, disorder. They hired a young, pretty, and polite girl. It's a shame they make her run around like a top from one store to another. I understand why she decided to resign.

05/10/2025: We've been coming here for a while, and the quality of the service and products never declines. The coffee is always fantastic, both morning and afternoon. The croissants are fresh, just baked, fragrant, and delicious... I couldn't say which flavor I like best! As for the desserts...they're all very fresh and beautiful, but a little too sweet for my taste. Many of them only taste like sugar, not enough cream. What a shame! But you can tell the pastry chefs work here with so much talent and passion. Our favorite place for coffee in Trieste. We've been coming here for quite a while, and the quality of both service and products never goes down. The coffee is fantastic every single time—whether it's morning or afternoon. The croissants are freshly baked, fragrant, and delicious. I honestly can't decide which flavor I like best! As for the cakes...they're all fresh and beautifully made, but a bit too sweet for my taste. In most of them you can only taste the sugar and the flavor of the cream gets lost — such a shame! But it's clear that truly talented pastry chefs work here, putting care into every single dessert. Our favorite spot for coffee and a croissant in Trieste!

11/11/2025: We went there for lunch. Al Chiostro boasts a truly beautiful location: the "restaurant" is nestled beneath a charming colonnade overlooking Piazza Sant'Antonio, one of the city's most elegant squares, just steps from the hill leading to the castle. It's a shame that the interior doesn't reflect the charm of the setting: the decor is bland and poorly maintained. Dishes are served on an unappealing underplate, the napkins are paper, and there are only two sets of silverware, while the rest are brought as needed. Unfortunately, the food isn't up to par with the setting either. We ordered strozzapreti with duck ragù and two pork shanks with a side of potatoes. The strozzapreti (€15) were a huge disappointment: the sauce seemed improvised, the ragù had just been reheated and added to the pasta, and the flavor was dominated only by salt and pepper, making it practically inedible. The shanks (€18 each, served in half) were tender, but nothing special and definitely overpriced for what they offer. The wine, a Schioppettino from Colmello di Grotta (€5 a glass), was a positive note: fragrant and pleasant, with a pleasant fruity flavor of cherry and black cherry. The desserts, however, were also disappointing: the millefeuille (€6) had only two layers and a bland cream, while the mint panna cotta (€7) was decent but nothing exceptional. The coffees (€1.50 each) and water (€4) were also average, even in price. In short, Al Chiostro Bistrò boasts an enchanting location, but what is disappointing is the contrast between bistro-style cuisine and service and restaurant-style prices: an experience with costs that are simply unjustifiable.

18/08/2025: A lovely park with children's playground and farmyard animals. Two restaurants and bars are available for dining and drinking.

06/06/2025: An immense paradise in the green, all clean and well cared for, excellent for a relaxing holiday immersed in the greenery of nature in a park kept and managed in an impeccable way, the simple, clean rooms, comfortable bed, spacious private external bathroom, offers breakfast in the room, in the bathroom personal hairdryer. air conditioning No need for a reception and you are not obliged to submit to concierge hours, dogs are welcome anywhere in the park.

18/09/2025: The Aperol Spritz wasn't very good, the doses and proportions were wrong, too much ice, the Amaro Montenegro was served with too much ice and not enough Amaro Montenegro. I had to insist on my second order with the waitress to get more Amaro. The service was poor, with only one waitress for all those tables having to run around like crazy to serve everyone. We didn't enjoy it and never returned.
