Very nice, but unfortunately, prices are in line with Trieste's sadly touristy landscape. Interestingly, their presnitz costs €22 per kg at the supermarket, but here it's €36 per kg. Why?!?! It should be the other way around...

A sweet Saturday morning in the bloom of spring with my trusted friends. We were pampered by a very kind waiter with red hair and a captivating gaze. He was able to meet our every need with kindness and professionalism. My friend F and my friend GU ordered the cream krapfen: devastatingly delicious; my friend GC ordered a jam croissant: amazing; I (GB) ordered a classic croissant: very delicate. A Trieste experience to definitely repeat... but only with a waiter like him 😉😉😉😉🌹

One of my favourite cakes of all time - putizza - is made here and i travelled all the way here to buy it and take it home with me! The coffee was incredibly tasty and the dessert with pistachios and raspberry was so decadent and light i could eat twenty of them and not get bored. The gentleman who worked there was really attentive and answered all my questions with genuine enthusiasm - if you have one stop in Trieste for coffee, let it be this one!

Hi. My ex wife and I came here. Pizza was good. Pistachio croissant was a huge disappointment. No pistachio cream, but croissant everywhere. I decided to make up with my wife because we refused to believe that our marriage was as bad as that croissant. Table next to us was a guy with huge adams apple. Other than that, very good.

Eppinger Caffè Espresso and cakes are excellent, everything is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly. A perfect place for a break during a walk through Trieste. Rado ćemo se vratiti!

Another great place for breakfast in Trieste centro. Solid cappuccio, and very good croissant. The Sacher torte slice is delicious, nicely moist. A bit on the pricey side (for my taste), but still very highly recommended.
