01/12/2025: I ordered 5 large pizzas for my son's birthday party and was really satisfied! The pizzas were all delicious, light, and easy to digest.
The lady who assisted me on the phone was extremely kind, precise, and helpful in managing the order, even remotely. I had requested a specific time, and the pizzas arrived right on time.
A truly positive experience—I absolutely recommend them! 🍕💛 I'll always buy pizza here from now on.

20/10/2025: I was here at Rosis in Fogliano Redipuglia for an event. This bar is located at the beginning of Fogliano, coming from Gradisca. It's a nice, clean place with a terrace to the side and two nearby parking lots; the first parking lot has five spaces, a disabled parking spot, and a bicycle parking spot; the other parking lot is immediately after the bar on the left. On October 18, 2025, there was a live music event. The couple who entertained were great; she had beautiful voices, and he was a great player of the piano. I drank a white spritz and a Coke. At one point, however, another customer ordered a toasted sandwich, which looked very inviting. I think I'll be back. Well done!

22/04/2026: Casual dinner, nice atmosphere, but the pizza had nothing Neapolitan about it...a rubbery crust and a soggy base...flavorless ingredients.
The waiters were a bit overwhelmed but polite.

18/12/2025: The atmosphere was pleasant. The vegetables were well-prepared, but the quiche dough was decidedly undercooked. The portions, in our opinion, were small, and the service was like fast food. What really surprised us was the lack of restrooms, which should be made clear so we don't have to go elsewhere to use them.

06/03/2026: The pizza is good 🍕 and easy to digest, and the beer selection is excellent 🍺, unfiltered Ichnusa on tap, and the price is fair. The bartender is friendly, helpful, and responsive. Plus, on weekends, there's a lovely waitress who's always smiling. In the summer, you can also eat outside in a pedestrian area with plenty of space for kids to run around, but be careful because it's close to the road. Another great thing is that you can also eat at lunchtime.
The interior could be improved, and the restrooms could use a refresh.
The prices are average, in fact, I'd say more than fair.
Overall, it's a good place to stay, highly recommended.

02/05/2026: I came here for just one lunch, but the thing I didn't like was that the polenta and mushrooms had a liter of oil added, and the pasta was made with a less-than-savory sauce. The service wasn't great because you explained one thing to them and they understood something else. The place was dirty, and the area near the windows was full of dust, mold, and cobwebs. The only good thing was the dessert and the coffee. I don't recommend this place.
07/04/2026: We had lunch there for Easter, and we had a great time! Excellent value for money, generous portions, and delicious, original dishes! We'll definitely be back!

10/10/2025: It's a simple, clean, and tidy trattoria. The staff is friendly and attentive. From the appetizers to the main courses, everything was superb; the fish was fresh and you could taste it. The house wine was good.
For what we ate, we got what we deserved. If it had 6 stars, I would have given it 6. I'll gladly return.

24/05/2026: We sat there for half an hour. Both waiters passed us several times, but we didn't get a drink order. There were 3-4 other tables besides us, so there weren't many people. After half an hour we got up and left.
We were literally starving!
