Yes, the managers are my friends, so maybe I won't be so impartial, but I have been working in the fine dining sector for many years. Here Carmelo is someone who, thanks to a lot of experience, knows his stuff: the pizza is perfect in flavour, consistency, dosage of ingredients, tasty and inviting to bite into. His Lady is an excellent hostess and also thanks to her, when they are "under stress", this couple dances on pointe and you can only applaud. My favorite pizza.

Excellent cuisine and the best service you can imagine. If we ever find ourselves in this beautiful city again, we will definitely come back. 22/12/2024: I'm giving 1 star because I can't give 0. Guys, a piece of apricot tart, I repeat, ONE PIECE, €5 and when I asked if I could kindly have brioches instead of the tart because it seemed excessive to me, she started telling me that prices are asked first and that the tart is artisanal 🤣 but you eat the tart for €5 oh I forgot I had ordered coffee with cream and they had the frozen creams but since I am an understanding person I didn't ask for the modification of the price of the coffee that I had already paid since they didn't have cream 🤣 grumpy and arrogant, change jobs
