Some dishes were okay, for example the pasta dishes. Others, like the roast beef, were inedible. The appetizer latte was the only dish that was truly delicious.

We tried to eat here but at 9pm the kitchen was already closed (two hours before closing time 😅), in any case we found another place where we ate delicious fish and generous portions: absolutely recommended (this other one! 🤣)

I've dined at Trattoria da Gino several times, and what can I say... it's always a guarantee! Good food and truly friendly and helpful staff, all for a fair price. Recommended!

We went with 13 people. After calling and making a reservation, requesting to arrive before 7:30 PM (it was a Thursday in May), once we arrived, we still hadn't been seated. They insistently asked us what wine to bring. We still didn't know what to eat... I should point out that the place was practically empty. I had a mixed fried fish, which was good; the others told me the fish wasn't that great.

Highly recommended seafood restaurant! Excellent first courses, always fresh fish, and generous portions. Friendly and welcoming staff. I recommend it to anyone who wants good fresh fish at reasonable prices.

Buffet Sandwich Club

23/06/2026: After university exams, I come here to recharge my batteries. The sandwiches are very satisfying, with Triestine-style ham, and the bar is well stocked with meatballs, cicchetti, and frittolini—all sorts of delicious things. It's popular with local grandparents and dockworkers, so it's good. The staff is very friendly.
30/04/2026: Authentic Trieste buffet, home cooking, excellent flavors, and a welcoming atmosphere. Recommended.
