13/07/2025: I spent two days in Forni with friends and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The Nuoitas Hotel Restaurant lived up to expectations. The perfect location, immersed in a beautiful, rejuvenating tranquility, impeccable service, and excellent food. A special mention for the truly superb rib eye steak. I will definitely be back.
22/04/2025: Really pleasant lunch at Nuoitas. Excellent cuisine, authentic and without too many frills: real flavours, refined and sincere dishes. The place is welcoming, you immediately feel at ease. The beer is also excellent, perfect to accompany the dishes. A stop not to be missed if you are in the area!

26/08/2025: A truly welcoming place; my friends and I spent two nights there during our vacation in Trentino.
The manager and the rest of the staff were truly fantastic, and the food was truly excellent, as was everything else. I highly recommend it!
We'll be back on our next vacation.
22/08/2025: One of the best hotel it is possible to find in Coi. The area is amazing, the hotel is very characteristic but the Staff Is exceptional. Starting from the kindness of the director, all the employees are gentle, friendly and super funny, especially Mirco the Chef and Stefano the main waitress. Food at breakfast and dinner is delicious and prices are absolutely fair. Thanks for the experience

Abbiamo provato anche il panino pulled chicken ed era davvero delizioso.
C’è stato un po’ da attendere (circa 45 minuti dall’ordine) per mangiare anche se non eravamo in molti.
Personale disponibile, gentile e alla mano.

07/08/2025: Good dishes, daily menu, adequate portions.
The staff is kind and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the use of too much single-use plastic: single-serving cheeses, ketchup and mayonnaise in individual sachets... At a time when sustainability is so important, it would be nice to see more attention to this aspect.
I hope they can take some steps in this direction in the future, because otherwise, the place really deserves it.

30/04/2025: Cena galattica! Personale super cortese e accogliente, aperitivo di benvenuto e atmosfera tipica molto molto carina. Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione, favoloso il formaggio di fossa con cioccolato fondente, al pari dei tortelli di pane. Come secondo salame cotto con aceto e cipolle. Per finire l'immancabile Palacinka. Vino della casa molto gradevole. Da provare di sicuro se siete a Gorizia.

I have no idea how this has so many good reviews. However one of the customers was nice to my niece.
07/09/2025: Discovered by chance, we'll definitely be back. The sardines are AMAZING. Maks ate and drank like never before in Trieste, and he eats and drinks a lot. Long live Pakistan, the Republic, and the Serenissima. I hope to end up reviewing on Trip Advisor feeling like great chefs.

I ordered a slice of beef with a side of baked potatoes. The meat was tender and flavorful, served with arugula and cherry tomatoes. The potatoes were well-cooked and tasty.
The prices are average: not cheap, but not excessive either, in line with the quality of the food and service.
The atmosphere was clean and well-kept, and the staff was very kind and welcoming.
Overall, a good experience.

06/07/2025: With great regret I have to give a negative rating to this place, with immense potential. The service is absolutely unsuitable for how the place is presented: writing "small kitchen" does not justify the restaurant price and the POOR quality of the food with frozen things (not indicated on the menu) and the terrible service setting the table by yourself and receiving the food even before the cutlery. To sum up, if you have 30 euros to spend... buy a scratch card, it's better!

It's very popular for aperitivo, so it's best to reserve a table in the "little room."
