13/07/2025: Rude, they sent us away with the excuse that they didn't have enough dough for two takeout pizzas... with the pizzeria full! Shame on them just to make more money! The prices displayed online are actually at least 60% higher!! Big scammers!

01/09/2025: We went there on the occasion of the crafts festival, the food was poor, the service terrible, the only positive thing was the three musicians, to be avoided.

20/08/2025: A place with a homey feel, serving traditional Friulian cuisine that's reminiscent of grandma's. Generous portions, fair prices, and consistently friendly service, with a smile and plenty of willingness to offer advice. The wait can be a bit long, but it's more than worth it with the authentic, tasty dishes: the frico, perhaps the best I've ever had (after grandma's!). The atmosphere is family-friendly, intimate, and warm. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely return, even with a group.

16/08/2025: Everything was great: the food, the cleanliness, the friendliness....the only downside was that I was still eating some bread when they took my basket away, leaving me unable to enjoy anything else.

26/08/2025: A small café with seating right on the street. The selection of sweet and savory pastries is extensive and delicious. The cappuccino tastes like a real Italian coffee. The prices are absolutely fair, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Perfect for a quick stopover.

21/08/2025: This is a bakery and pastry shop. The bread, as well as the desserts (strudel, fruit baskets, cream puffs, doughnuts, etc.) are very good. Regarding the latter, I recommend trying the carsolina (or cream pastry) because, in my humble opinion, it's the best in Gorizia. The staff is very courteous, smiling, and kind. I highly recommend it.

21/04/2025: GUBANA : da dimenticare ! Il docile tipico friulano, è stato violentato. Ho ricevuto in regalo per Pasqua un kit confezionato da cantine secondo. All'interno era presente un articolo di questo panificio. C'era scritto " Gubana " ma non rappresenta assolutamente la ricetta, il contenuto macinato finissimo, la sapidità errata , la cottura , il colore bianco/giallo pallido. Ritengo che sia una responsabilità rispettare la cultura e le ricette originali, se volete sperimentare , chiamatelo in altro modo, ma non Gubana. Un turista potrebbe male interpretare la tradizione friulana rovinando quello che è in realtà l'originale. 1 stella meritata a pieno titolo !

27/04/2025: Di passaggio in zona..chiamiamo e riusciamo a prenotare l’ultimo tavolo… Già che sia tutto pieno ci fa capire che si deve mangiare bene. Con l’arrivo dei piatti abbiamo avuto la conferma cibo ottimo a prezzi buoni ed onesti.

22/04/2025: Abbiamo mangiato in questa trattoria a Pasquetta,all'arrivo vedendolo da fuori ci siamo chiesti: "ma dove siamo capitati?",all'interno la domanda è rimasta più o meno la stessa...per quanro riguarda il cibo invece devo dire che era buono ed infatti il locale era pieno.

10/08/2025: I recently discovered this trattoria, and I must say the change in management was a pleasant surprise. I ordered a mixed grill: generous portions, perfectly cooked meat, and authentic flavors that taste like cooking made with passion. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming, creating a familiar and relaxed atmosphere. It's rare to find a place where you immediately feel at home, but here they manage it very well. Plus, on Fridays they offer an excellent fish menu, which I can't wait to try. I'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

11/08/2025: Excellent takeout pizzeria, with a friendly and fast pizza chef. The pizzas are good and made with plenty of ingredients. I recommend it.

12/08/2025: We arrive at the boutique, hoping for one of their excellent drinks. Since we're a fairly large group of independent and proactive women, we decide to push the three tables together with chairs. We sit down and this blonde waitress comes over and immediately, rudely, takes away the chips from our table. We have nothing to say about this, however, because what struck us most was the way she kicked us off the table we'd carefully arranged, claiming it wasn't our job. She then proceeds to set up the tables exactly the same way we'd arranged them. In the meantime, however, we've gotten fed up and have moved on. It's a shame because the drinks are really good, but in our opinion, those who work in restaurants shouldn't be allowed to treat customers that way. Furthermore, we always have to wait too long to get the menu, to order, and to receive our orders. In conclusion, I'll share an unfortunate incident with a friend of ours, who was threatened by the owner that he wouldn't be able to have his seat unless he ordered a second round. Shame on you, you can't FORCE people to order AGAIN while also threatening them.

07/08/2025: Have you ever witnessed a manhole being opened less than a meter from the table where you're trying to enjoy a coffee? And perhaps with a generous sprinkling of ant and cockroach poison? Here, yes. In disbelief, I watched the scene as if it were the most normal thing in the world, the atmosphere definitely ruined. No apology, no explanation. A surreal experience. It's a shame, because a little more attention would have been enough (and perhaps better timing for pest control...)
