06/05/2025: Locale molto carino, pulito e curato scovato grazie al classico passaparola. Accoglienza cordiale e simpaticissima. Ottima preparazione del personale in merito alla carta dei vini, alle materie prime e all'utilizzo delle stesse. Non essendo del posto ci siamo affidate a loro sia per la scelta dei piatti tipici locali che del vino ed era tutto eccezionale. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Nulla da aggiungere. Super consigliato.

15/03/2025: The location, despite being in the middle of houses and close to the city, is quiet and comfortable and the food is truly fantastic, the chef deserves more than 5 stars, the waiters and staff in general are competent and friendly..... Highly recommended

24/03/2025: You eat very well! Handmade tagliatelle with meat sauce with an extraordinary sauce! Maybe one thinks it's a banal dish but I guarantee they are exceptional. Excellent tagliata and goulash, perhaps the French fries are not exceptional because they are already ready. And the homemade tiramisu with the taste of home-made ones, to be eaten from a pan! ... Informal and warm environment, fireplace = Friulian fogolar (the only flaw smoke and then leave the room with a bit of a smoke smell) and family style service. The price is a little high but it's absolutely worth it for excellent Friulian food! Absolutely highly recommended!

20/05/2025: Il galletto è squisito ma io amo la loro pizza , davvero strepitosa con ottime materie prime. Chi ha preso la birra dice che è molto buona quindi un posto davvero da consigliare soprattutto se hai bimbi .

30/04/2025: Abbiamo pernottato in questa struttura dove ci siamo trovati bene, ma non possiamo dire altrettanto della cena che abbiamo consumato nella sala ristorante. Abbiamo preso un piatto di antipasti vari in due, un piatto di tris di primi a testa e due dolci. Gli antipasti e i primi non si presentavano bene alla vista e la loro qualità in effetti è risultata mediocre. Lo strudel era scarso di mele e pinoli, non si sentiva la cannella, conteneva le noci che di solito non fanno parte degli ingredienti di questo dessert e si è sfaldato subito. La torta di pere era fredda di frigo. Inoltre il pane portato in tavola era secco e duro (lo stesso ci è stato servito a colazione la mattina dopo e purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato la stessa scarsa qualità). Il prezzo dei piatti ci è sembrato sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità dei medesimi. Mentre il costo del coperto e delle bevande lo abbiamo trovato molto ragionevole. Il servizio è stato veloce e lo staff sempre disponibile e accogliente.

24/01/2025: Semplicemente performante al massimo, ricco di sorprese succulente di derivazione tradizione carnica/austriaca. Ottimo trattamento, vini doc super e costo medioalto ma ragionevole. Se siete nei paraggi in Carnia non saltatelo, merita assolutamente un pasto elegante, saporito, tradizionale. Anche una gita di giornata val la pena passarla di là anche per visitare il museo delle portatrici.carniche della prima guerra.

03/04/2025: Ho acquistato una brioche alla crema per portarla in ufficio. Francamente 1.70 euro mi sembra una ladrata. Sono d'accordo che quelle di pasticceria sono più buone di quelle surgelate, ma...mai più, grazie. A Trieste, in centro città in bar blasonati, costano di meno e non sono surgelate.

01/05/2025: The food is always good, it's a shame that we waited more than an hour for our order. There were a lot of people, this is true, but all the tables that arrived after us were served, including a table of more than 15 people. Very kind waitress, but we ate at past 9.30pm...arrived at 8pm.

05/04/2025: I returned after about 20 years. Everything has changed, they no longer make beer (better). Hamburg cockerel, even if denied, heated. The skin was glued to the meat, if it wasn't heated, the skin comes off and the meat appears white, not dark. Desserts not of own production. I had different memories........ I'm sorry. Which I have never, I mean never approved of, peanuts. .. it must be because I don't like them..

04/05/2025: We only had an aperitif and I can say they have a good glass of wine. Sympathy and courtesy also towards our furry friends (fresh water available). We'll be back for sure. Small and welcoming. A tip: if there is no one at the counter (because they are busy in the kitchen) ring a nice bell (hotel type) that you find on the counter.

16/03/2025: Super friendly staff, excellent food, among the best pizzas I've eaten, quality toppings, soft and light dough. Super honest prices, huge environment (3 giant rooms plus tables outside) and also welcoming. I come here often and it's a great place to eat pizza

17/05/2025: Ate very well. Quality food and old-fashioned service. Much appreciated the service of the owner who, if you listen to him, explains the dishes and the origin of each course. Almost everything is produced by them (if purchased, he tells you). Be careful with the quantities... you have to be hungry ( ...be careful... it's not a defect. ) We'll be back soon.

27/04/2025: We ate at this nice restaurant for lunch as a family and I must say that we ate very well. Comfortable place, well furnished and very kind staff and above all the owner, a simple person, very nice and treated us very well. We will definitely be back

29/12/2024: Locale accogliente e caldo nell'atmosfera, cibi ben preparati( abbiamo preso carpaccio di cervo, una zuppa di zucca-più di una semplice zuppa- un primo di pasta Carciofo e un petto d'anatra, e vino al calice)...buoni e saporiti, prezzo adeguato... Una sola pecca: alcuni, pochi, tavoli tavoli hanno delle sedie di legno, belle a vedersi, ma scomodissime, e cuscini che scivolano....se hai un minimo di problemi alla schiena, quando ti alzi sei abbastanza dolorante, e dopo un'ora non vedi l'ora di alzarti...

02/12/2024: Il locale è situato nel centro storico di Trieste, all'interno del ghetto ebraico, a nostro parere ancora una delle zone più suggestive della città. Passeggiando per questo piccolo dedalo di viuzze, ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante e appena letto, nel menù all’esterno, la presenza della Jota triestina (zuppa tipica di crauti fermentati e fagioli) abbiamo immediatamente prenotato per la sera successiva. A differenza di altri recensori, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Premesso che se si volesse optare per il pesce ci sarebbe il ristorante difronte (sempre dello stesso titolare), qui abbiamo trovato un ambiente carino, un cameriere gentile e professionale, del buon cibo (ci sono piaciute molto la Jota triestina, e i secondi di carne: la Calandraca e la Porcina cotta alla brace), ottimo vino rosso consigliato e al bicchiere e per finire uno zabaglione da applausi. Anche il costo appartiene sicuramente a una fascia di qualità superiore, mentre noi lo abbiamo trovato nella media. Non abbiamo nulla da lamentare, anzi saremmo tornati la sera successiva se non fosse che il locale era chiuso. Occorre prenotare perché non è grande come locale, ma ne vale la pena se si resta in centro-citta'.

08/06/2025: Shocking to say the least, I had prepared for 9 people, we arrived and our reservation did not exist, after various checks the owner questioned my phone call but since I still had the call in my address book I showed it to him and not knowing what to answer he told us if it was a problem for us to eat on a table that was nothing short of scandalous (dirty, broken and uncomfortable under a tree) at which point we got up and left, for us we have truly put a cross on this place

07/06/2025: I can't share... Booked Thursday and we found ourselves in 7 without a reservation. Better if they are more serious. Maybe the food was good, but with people who travel 50km to have nothing and places outside as a pleasure, it's not good. I'm sorry, maybe for a dinner I could express a positive evaluation.. But we were very disappointed and above all a bad impression with our friends who invited them. Experience.
