12/05/2025: Very good pizzeria, the best dough I've ever tasted. Interesting and original fillings. One of the gastronomic highlights in the city. We were lucky, but I recommend booking a table in advance.

04/05/2025: Ho voluto provare una pizza "strana" proposta da questa pizzeria, in centro a Ravenna, e ...temevo di pentirmene. Invece devo dire che la loro "vaniglia e baccalà", con cipolle caramellate, mi ha prima stupito, poi decisamente convinto, e soddisfatto! Ottima anche la birra alla spina, e personale giovane, gentile, sempre disponibile ed attento. Così si fa! Ottimo lavoro ragazzi, spero di tornare a Ravenna e per gustare nuovamente la vostra pizza, dai sapori orginali, imprevedibili ma...sempre squisiti!

25/04/2025: We had lunch and we can't help but compliment the excellent food, fresh fish and everything made on the spot. Fast service but careful not to let you miss anything. The zuppa inglese made the way my mother used to make it...an additional delicacy enjoyed at the end of lunch. If we return to Ravenna we will be happy to be able to enjoy the cuisine of Il Paiolo, we command everyone's time.

16/05/2025: We stayed and had dinner at the restaurant, a great place, great value for money, quality products and attention to detail both in the rooms and in the restaurant. Top breakfast, and really kind and helpful staff! Highly recommended, a pleasant discovery. Coming back is a must. Congratulations!

12/05/2025: Festeggiata la Comunione di mia figlia, eravamo in 37! Posto bellissimo, anche perché hanno potuto apparecchiare fuori, quindi abbiamo pranzato di fronte al panorama. Ottimo cibo e personale professionale, ma anche cortese. Il titolare molto presente. Non mancheremo di tornare!

27/03/2025: I came last night with my boyfriend, everything was delicious but unfortunately some waitresses should think more about working than playing chicken with other people's boyfriends, especially in a context like a restaurant, girls should be taught to respect the customer, for the rest nothing to say but unfortunately as long as these people are around I personally will not come again even though it is a place I have frequented

15/04/2025: Always a great bar, the managers are fantastic, they really go out of their way to make customers feel comfortable, the products are high quality. Roberto the bartender never fails to pamper you with excellent products and always very gallant ways.

Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora della sala che ci ha servito: professionale, attenta, gentilissima e sempre presente con discrezione. Grazie a lei abbiamo vissuto una serata serena, rilassata e davvero piacevole, sentendoci coccolati dall’inizio alla fine. I piatti erano curatissimi, con una qualità eccellente e una materia prima fresca e genuina. Il servizio e la qualità del cibo sono stati senza dubbio i punti di forza della nostra esperienza. Torneremo sicuramente!

14/05/2025: Quality ice cream bar and pastry shop, welcoming, clean place with excellent sweet and savory breakfasts. I went for a buffet for my daughter's graduation outside the place which is heated in the winter and beautiful in the summer. Everything was perfect from the organization to the very kind staff offering the delicious ice cream cake

A special thanks to the availability shown previously for the organization of the party, especially to Michele for his kindness, professionalism and availability. 30/04/2025: Ci siamo fermati in questa trattoria sulla strada per Cervia. La location esterna non invita a fermarsi e l'interno non è il massimo x la presentazione e l'accoglienza...propio un posto alla mano. Ma, grande e positiva sorpresa per quanto riguarda le pietanze preparate al momento e con prodotti di qualità. In modo particolare i primi con pasta fresca ed alle cozze. Servizio cortese, veloce e puntuale. Tavoli imbanditi tipo fast-food. Pulizia non eccellente. Prezzi medio bassi.
