23/09/2025: Michelin-starred restaurant, please. But at very affordable prices, unlike many of this type. Sophisticated and refined cuisine. Impeccable service. The terrace is tiny, so make a reservation! Again, one of the few restaurants in tourist towns in this region that serves real cuisine.

This time, however, I have to say that the waitress wasn't the friendliest.
Overall, the service was very good, except for a few responses that, in my opinion, were inappropriate.

08/09/2025: We had lunch on Sunday without a reservation. A truly picturesque location... between the hills of Casola Valsenio and Riolo Terme.
Friendly service and truly refined dishes with delicate flavors.
A place with true attention to detail.
The use of herbs in the dishes is closely linked to the nearby Cerioni herb garden.

09/10/2025: When looking for a restaurant with vegan options, Amaranto was a great choice. We found the food to be somewhere between excellent and a bit bland, and the prices were still reasonable. The service was very friendly and accommodating, and since we were also celebrating a birthday, we'll definitely remember the visit very fondly. We definitely recommend Amaranto! We would expect the restaurant to serve slightly larger portions and delve deeper into the spice box.

The menu was excellent, making it difficult to choose. The wine cellar is varied and well-stocked.
The courtesy and friendliness of the staff was an added bonus.
I will definitely be back.
