28/10/2025: I was passing by during lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised by both the service and the quality of the food.
The best parking is across the street, although this small issue is resolved by using the crosswalk. Highly recommended.
The selection of craft beers is also excellent, and while not extensive, it shows the commitment to quality for customers.

01/12/2025: An unexpected but truly special experience! I recommend booking because we were the last available table (they had to turn away other customers after us). The food was special, and the service was superb (though perhaps a little slow, considering how crowded it was, but it was certainly excellent).
Special mention for the starters, heartfelt congratulations!

22/11/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant. Both the first and second courses are truly delicious. There are several interesting off-menu dishes. We went on a Thursday for lunch and the restaurant was pretty full, so it's best to book ahead!

I was extremely impressed by the excellence of this restaurant.
It has three rooms displaying wines and spirits of all kinds and origins.
The service is courteous and very fast.
The raw materials are excellent.
The raw fish is delicious, paired exceptionally well with truffles.
The wine and rum are excellent.
The bill is reasonable for the quality.

06/11/2025: Superb meal with my sister tonight, I'd mentioned on arrival we were celebrating her birthday in passing, and that she didnt drink. At the end they surprised her with a celebratory firework attached to a shot glass and a rousing round of Happy Birthday. They had filled the shot glass with lemonade, that was such a nice thing to do, no liquor. The food was fabulous, the pasta fresh and the fish was beautifully cooked. Will be back.
01/11/2025: We visited The Ginger Italian for the first time after driving past it many times, not quite knowing what to expect - and I think we’ve found a new favourite! Great atmosphere, excellent customer service with friendly, welcoming staff, and the food was perfectly seasoned with generous portions. We ordered from the set menu, which was fantastic value. Can’t wait to visit again and try more dishes!

10/11/2025: First of all, it's a great restaurant, with a better quality-price ratio than 80% of sushi restaurants.
A good way to gauge whether a sushi restaurant is attentive is to see if they serve condensed milk with their steamed buns. Many restaurants don't offer condensed milk, but this one does. It would be even better if they had fried steamed buns! Fried steamed buns and condensed milk are a perfect pairing, and they're also delicious steamed.

22/11/2025: The restaurant is located in a quiet area of the Lugo countryside. The only negative: the dim lighting, which however complements the restaurant's style. Otherwise, everything was truly excellent!!! Creamed pumpkin soup with bacon, so delicious and refined, the rabbit with potatoes was delicious, and the dessert was simple but delicious. The waiters were very kind and professional. It's no coincidence that it's always so busy. Congratulations! 👏🏻💯

29/11/2025: We stayed 3 nights at La Rocca and loved it. Our room was large and comfortable. The staff and owners of the hotel are very friendly and were very helpful. The breakfasts were very good and the lunch we had in the restaurant was excellent. We would stay here again and highly recommend this very nice small hotel in a charming village.
29/10/2025: I would like to point out that my experience concerns only the restaurant, during a group lunch, and not the hotel portion of the property.
I had lunch here during an organized trip, and since I'm vegan, my menu was different from that of the other participants. I would like to compliment the staff, who were attentive and knowledgeable: despite being informed of my dietary needs, the restaurant handled my lunch with great professionalism, offering well-balanced dishes with meticulous attention to detail.
The dessert deserves special mention, truly excellent in flavor and presentation.
Overall, a very positive experience that I would happily recommend.
