01/07/2025: We had lunch in a welcoming environment with friendly and brilliant girls serving tables. Excellent food in large dishes at a fair price. We left the highway because we were practically stuck. We found the tavern by chance and ate happily.

18/06/2025: Worse. Evenings with entertainment, classic drink, with mini bowls of snacks, to be shared between three, at 10 euros, (arrived ten minutes after the drinks), even though we had asked for a bag of crisps per person. We would have paid for them.

12/06/2025: An unexpected surprise. Passing through Lugo we stopped for a quick lunch before returning to Ravenna. The choice fell on Giardino Laboratorio del Gusto for its proximity and closing time (many restaurants close at 2:00 pm). The menu read on the web was interesting but could also have been a disaster given the mix of traditional and modern dishes, but we wanted to risk it. The environment is modern and welcoming. We opted for two first courses: I Farfalle Big Gym and my wife Paccheri Pistacchio both TOP🔝. Courteous and accurate service. It deserves to be tried again, but this time with more time available. Congratulations!

30/06/2025: A real surprise, wow! I'm not talking about the location, which is average, but about the food: truly excellent. We went to this place on the suggestion of friends and we had a great time. We chose the "Menù del Goloso" (€27 per person) which includes appetizers, a trio of first courses, mixed grill of meat, a side dish of your choice, coffee and liqueurs. The cover charge is €3, drinks not included. As soon as we arrived, they accompanied us to the table, the place was full. A waitress immediately asked us what we wanted to drink and shortly after the person arrived to take the order. The choice of the fixed menu turned out to be a good one: it allowed us to try different dishes without spending more than the à la carte menu. After an intense "battle" between friends, we opted for the following first courses: cappelletto romagnola with porcini mushrooms, strozzapreti with cream, speck and rocket, and tagliatelle with ragù. The first appetizers arrived quickly: slices of bread with various pates. Immediately after, a generous tray of cold cuts, cheeses and sauces won us over: everything was delicious and finger-licking good. And with the appetizers, I was already satisfied. The three first courses were served with tongs for self-service. The tortelli (of which I only ate two, not being a fan of mushrooms) were excellent, while I happily enjoyed the strozzapreti and tagliatelle, even with seconds! We didn't manage to finish everything, but the waiter, on his own initiative, offered us some trays to take away the leftovers. A truly rare and very welcome gesture! Then, in full "abundance" mode, two trays of meat and four side dishes arrived: baked potatoes, tasty potatoes, battered garden mix and vegetables. And what vegetables! Half an aubergine, half a courgette, radicchio, three half tomatoes... a wealth that would make a garden envious! We ate a bit of everything, but we still had some left over. At the end they gave us trays and even two bags to take away the food: we polished off part of it that same evening! To end on a high note, they let us choose the dessert and served us coffee with two bottles of liquor: bananino and pistachio. What can I say? Just two words... EVERYTHING PERFECT.

15/06/2025: Excellent trattoria from Romagna! Friendly, welcoming, always smiling staff who make you feel at home. Excellent food, home cooking and tasty and genuine dishes. The atmosphere is very reminiscent of a Sunday lunch at grandma's. If I were to pass by Faenza again, I would return. Highly recommended for a rustic lunch/dinner!
