23/09/2025: Excellent burgers and amazing beers! The prices are particularly fair, especially considering that fries are included. It's definitely a great place in a very convenient location, given the large parking lot in front of the entrance. Two problems: the first is that they have two sittings. The first is quite short, and having to leave your table rather early is clearly not very pleasant, since it's a restaurant rather than a cafeteria. But they clearly state this, so you know what to expect. The ground floor is very nice, but the basement is rather shabby. It seems like a temporary solution, so I hope they fix it.

09/07/2026: My visit to this McDonald's was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The wait time for my order exceeded 40 minutes, and despite that long wait, I didn't even receive half of my food. This is completely unacceptable.
When I reported the issue, instead of trying to resolve it, the staff merely repeated, "Listen to me, boys," which was disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should be helped, not ignored.
Furthermore, the food I received was rubbery and felt stale. At this price and from this brand, I expect basic quality and ordinary service.
I definitely do not recommend this place. The organization, customer service, and food quality all need immediate improvement.
04/07/2026: I tried the coffee service, ordering a decaf. The price of €1.20 is average, but the quality is truly awful, significantly inferior to that of a vending machine.
The quantity was tiny (less than a finger), and the coffee tasted bad, as well as having a decidedly unappealing color and texture. I was strongly tempted to throw it away. Consequently, the quality-price ratio is very poor. I won't be returning.

18/08/2024: I've been bartending for 20 years, and I know gins well.
Last night I went to Corona in Faenza, and I asked for two gin and tonics with a dry gin.
At a certain point, I smell the poor quality of the gin, and I ask what gin it was... and the beefeater replies. Total spent?!?! 18 euros....the expense seems excessive to me for the poor product.....obviously without a receipt....ridiculous. I won't set foot there again

14/06/2025: Ho messo 1a stella perché ZERO non ce!
Ordino da App, ritiro al Drive…. 28 minuti di attesa e la fila non andava avanti.
Dopo questa epocale attesa infinita, arrivo a casa (30km distante dal Mc) e l ordine è sbagliato!
Come fanno a tenere aperto un Mc del genere!
Evitate e piuttosto andate dal primo piadinaro che incrociate! (ps.: non ho ancora mangiato l ordine sbagliato, spero almeno che sia buono!)
27/05/2025: Locale molto sporco! Nessun tavolo pulito sia all' interno che all' esterno del locale. Bidoni pieni da non poter buttare via i resti della nostra cena. Ad un signore è caduta a terra la bibita, ma nessuno è venuto a pulire nonostante fossero stati avvisati dell' accaduto. Ed erano solo le ore 20.
