05/04/2024: Restaurant located in a small side alley of Murano, there are tables both outside and inside, the environment is airy, modern and refined. Excellent service, helpful and kind waiters, dishes ready in about 20 minutes, perfect. The mixed fry was delicious, the spaghetti with mussels and clams lacked punch and flavour, but was good with the basil sauce. Next time I will definitely try the Venetian risotto. I always come back here when I take a stroll around Murano. Good value for money in my opinion. Recommended 🦐

01/04/2024: The place would be nice if it weren't for the staff. They ignore and neglect their customers, they chat about their private lives without welcoming them in the slightest. Confusion in the orders, there are much better cicchetti.

04/04/2024: We loved this restaurant. It learned about it from an ex-gondolier who we met while in. Venice. The owner, and the staff, were friendly and helpful. The food was great. Our kids also loved the food and decor. It was nice to find a place in Venice that was actually owned by a Venetian.

04/04/2024: As soon as the girl at the entrance arrives, it must be Carla, she shows us the menu and asks us if the prices are good, she must believe that we can't pay, incredible...I don't know if it's because we're Spanish...I wish we had Gone, food that wants to be designer, but small quantity and not very good and in the end €50 per person, and even less a waiter with curly hair, the others quite unfriendly. I don't recommend it.

25/03/2024: I understand that we are in Venice, but present ourselves as an Ostaria with kitchen (moreover in an area outside the tourist flow) and then as an appetizer serve two cold small plates (with fish) from the fridge/display cabinet and then see it arrive at the table as a further order of cuttlefish: "Venetian style" drowned in tomato sauce (not in black as per the original recipe!) where only grilled polenta (packaged) abounds. Small portions, somewhat questionable food quality; Salty/Disproportionate bill!

03/04/2024: Very good welcome and service. We didn't have the chance to taste the pizzas which looked really great. . Excellent pasta carbonara. We want to come back there.

06/04/2024: A place in the best Venetian tradition, the owner and staff are very kind, welcoming and professional. It's not cheap but the food is very very good, you will have an excellent experience of excellent food and excellent wine if you decide to stop at Ignazio's.

04/04/2024: Very nice restaurant, excellent service, excellent food. The only flaw is that the toilets are not very clean and very narrow

06/04/2024: I can't review the food because they didn't even let us sit in the room because we had a small dog. They left us waiting and after about ten minutes we left to look for a more welcoming place.

06/04/2024: Recommended by locals...we enter and the lady at the counter doesn't even give us a look or a greeting. My partner and I stayed there for 5 minutes and stopped waiting until a very kind waiter asked us if we had booked, after 5 minutes he told us that there was room as we entered the room (perhaps the owner or the room manager) they tell us to sit outside because the dogs in the room are not allowed in... we have a small dog who always sleeps. We go out and wait 10 minutes in case they come to call us but this doesn't happen...so we leave...there is no sign outside that prohibits dogs from entering....in 2024 dogs will now enter everywhere and are an integral part of families. We live in Rome and have never had this problem. Thanks anyway for this first time....

31/03/2024: A little hidden restaurant but with a fantastic venue. Excellent dishes with great service. A place with so much tranquility and serenity. A must go if you visit Venice. Obviously you pay for quality but not excessively

12/03/2024: The food was outstanding! Beautiful Venetian style fresh food, it was a perfect meal. The mixed fish antipasti was delightful but the tiramisu was the best I have had in Venice. Really friendly service and I wish we had found this place sooner than our last evening in Venice! Do give this place a try!

10/03/2024: Vielen Dank für den kulinarisch wunderbaren Abend und die besonders freundliche und wertschätzende Betreuung durch die herzliche Chefin, besser hätte es nicht sein können. Abseits der Trampelpfade war dieses Essen etwas ganz besonderes.

03/04/2024: We stayed in this tavern with my girlfriend during a business trip and we were surprised by the quality of the place. Very good cod, I had some bavette with spider crab which I found very tasty. Very friendly staff. If we were to return to Mestre we will certainly return.

03/04/2024: overrated for food quality, although, waiter is respectful. Baked potatoes were probably baked in the morning, the chicken was probably reheated over oil. Bread is dry.

02/04/2024: Excellent tavern, with excellent prices. When you think of the Rialto Bridge you don't think that there is a tavern just a stone's throw away where you eat well and pay fairly. Moreover, in a very respectable location. Highly recommended.

16/03/2024: Typical place, now just steps from the Rialto bridge with simple but good Venetian cuisine, dishes of the day or a la carte with generous portions and excellent quality/price. You can also get something at the counter without too much effort. Owners always courteous and helpful. For lunch there is also a "worker's menu" at a fixed price. The fried fish is excellent. Worth a try if in the area.
