10/07/2026: We went to this Osteria thanks to the recommendations and advice of a gondolier, and what can I say... a wonderful experience in every way, from the welcome, to the service, and the food.
Good ingredients and excellent preparation, and a proactive staff, so much so that we relied on their recommendations for both dishes and wine.
If we really wanted to find a flaw, but one that's understandable given the tourism factor, they could offer the dry pastry dessert with and without passito wine, so we could choose a more refined accompaniment that the area has to offer. But again, I'm just being proactive and not critical.
We'll definitely return in other seasons to try other dishes.

25/06/2026: A nice restaurant in the middle of the island of Lido. Offers plenty of seating and a nice environment with many locals. You got your food quickly and the staff was nice and open to adapting to personal needs such as allergies. The only downside was that they only served seafood dishes but at the same time it was nice that they focused on a specific niche. Highly recommend!

05/05/2026: Ricardo and Nicolo are the best waiter in Venice who served us.Very tasty fish 51 on the menu, highly recommended. Bread and butter are delicious, homemade. Thank you very much, it's a pity the portions are small, but they are delicious.

30/06/2026: The red wine was served at 35 degrees Celsius, and the waitress refused to replace it. The cod was bad, and the polenta was slimy and tasteless. It's best to avoid this restaurant; the food is bad, the service is disastrous, and the "owner" uses the payment terminal to demand cash payments—very, very unpleasant.
26/06/2026: It all started well: a warm welcome, a pleasant location, and a very good meal. But when I got home, I took a closer look at the bill. The menu showed a side of grilled vegetables for €0, while French fries were €7. The waitress pointed us to the menu.
We ordered the vegetables. There weren't many, but they were a side dish... There was a problem with the payment terminal, and as a result, my husband didn't check the bill properly. The two vegetable side dishes were charged at €7 each! (3 thin slices of zucchini and 2 thin slices of eggplant.) I think that's outrageous, and it's even a rip-off, especially since it was advertised as free! It's a shame, it was a nice place, but be careful now.

12/07/2026: Beautiful and cosy environment with delicious food and excellent customer service. Totally recommend the lasagna it was the best pasta dish we’ve had in Venice so far. They also have set menu to choose from and the prices are reasonable.
09/07/2026: The place is very nice. The staff - a young boy who served us - was extremely kind. Unfortunately, we didn't particularly like the food.

10/05/2026: Very poor quality! Rude staff who are discriminatory against who they serve. Food is too salty, not fresh products, and clearly old (definitely a day or two old). Avoid at all costs!

Frittura mista, sarde in saor, artichokes, and scampi. Highly recommended.
