Antico Calice In Venezia

We went to this Osteria thanks to the recommendations and advice of a gondolier, and what can I say... a wonderful experience in every way, from the welcome, to the service, and the food. Good ingredients and excellent preparation, and a proactive staff, so much so that we relied on their recommendations for both dishes and wine. If we really wanted to find a flaw, but one that's understandable given the tourism factor, they could offer the dry pastry dessert with and without passito wine, so we could choose a more refined accompaniment that the area has to offer. But again, I'm just being proactive and not critical. We'll definitely return in other seasons to try other dishes.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while wandering through the streets of Venice. The food was authentic and delicious, and the waiters were extremely pleasant.

This restaurant in Venice is definitely a repeat customer!!! My travel companion kept saying they wanted to order more. It was the best restaurant we ate at during our 9 days in Italy! The seafood, pasta, and tiramisu were all so delicious! The creamy scallops are a must-order ❤️ so good! We originally ordered squid ink pasta, but it came out as anchovy pasta, which was also delicious. Almost the entire menu is highly recommended. In fact, this restaurant is a true all-rounder! Potcast said they had their "lifetime tiramisu" here. But since it was the first one we tried, we couldn't compare at the time; we just devoured it in no time. Later, we tried the famous, legendary pistachio tiramisu in Venice. Yes, this one was so much better! Delicious food greatly enhances the travel experience. This place significantly boosted our mood and made our trip even better!

The squid ink pasta was €20. It was incredibly delicious! I tasted what real al dente pasta is like. The texture of the noodles was amazing. Once you've tasted this, you won't be able to eat pasta in Japan anymore.

Excellent service, quality products. Delicious cicchetti, made to order, warm bread, high-quality products, amazing tramezzini, fantastic view, what more could you want? Fair prices. We went back twice in 12 hours. If you're looking for quality cicchetti, this is an excellent bacaro in Venice. Highly recommended.

Fabulous restaurant! Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. The cod and saor, typical of the area, are a must-try!
