18/05/2025: J'ai fais des longues recherches pour trouver un restaurant pour un repas avec mes clients. Avec Andri j'ai fait le bon choix! Carte minimaliste, mais tout est excellent! Le service impeccable, Giacomo comprend tout de suite ce qu'on aime et vous gâte avec des plats à partager "hors carte". Mes clients et moi-même avons adoré cet endroit.

22/04/2025: I sought this place out specifically for their moeche, and I was very glad I did. It's a charming restaurant not too far from Piazza San Marco that I guarantee will have you leaving satisfied. Their staff were very kind and accommodating to me and my wife. We shared the razor clams, which were buttery and flavorful without being too filling. My wife had a fillet with mushrooms and artichoke that was divine. We cleaned her plate with the tasty variety of breads they provided. I had the moeche fritte, which is a unique local softshell crab only available for a short time in April. They are lightly breaded, fried, and you eat them whole. When you bite into them, there is a delicious explosion of buttery flavors reminiscent of lobster, but not quite as rich. The meat and shell together has a soft and slightly stringy texture that chews easily. The moeche is also served with polenta. If you're in Venice in April, go here and get the moeche, then try any of their other fine dishes. You won't be disappointed.

04/05/2025: Arrivati alle 22 abbondanti di domenica 4 Maggio quasi convinti che ci avrebbero rimbalzati…colpo di scena il cameriere ci accoglie già sulla soglia del locale con un bel sorriso e ci invita ad accomodarci… dato l’orario decidiamo di stare leggeri e dividiamo un antipasto per poi prendere 2 primi e un dolce. Qualità delle materie prime alta , ottima mano a lavorarle e un servizio professionale e attento, oltre che simpatico e di buon umore! I prezzi sono adeguati al prodotto che questa attività mette a disposizione degli avventori… signori ricordatevi che la qualità, si paga… P.S. selezione vini di altissimo spessore come se ne trovano sempre meno in giro.

30/04/2025: Non all’altezza delle aspettative e tantomeno del prezzo dei piatti. I primi buoni ma non ottimi. Nulla di eccezionale. Pesce fresco ma abbastanza anonimo. Nulla di che. Servizio garbato, un tantino lento. C’è di meglio pochi metri più avanti.

14/05/2025: The food was good, but there are many better ones in Venice for the same price. There is nothing to complain about regarding the service and the beauty of the environment. The bathroom is also clean.

13/05/2025: The best Pizza Margarita in Venice, and price was very democratic! You can order one Pizza for 2 kids, it will be enough. Other food is more expensive, but it is common in Venice. Very friendly stuff, it was pleasant to take conversation. They have wonderful terrace, and in sunny day it is so nice to enjoy the view to Grand Canal. Ciao, and we hope to come back some day! 🤗

24/05/2025: We came here for dinner and if you’re not into fine food, then just keep scrolling. This is probably one of a handful of local restaurants that actually serves authentic Venetian cuisine and was recommended to our host by a local. Rich in history and only using the freshest ingredients, our party of ten enjoyed every single dish- not one person was disappointed. The service was top-notch and Luca the owner was outstanding. Very knowledgable on food and wine, he made excellent pairings and recommendations for our party. His hospitality was top-notch and also treated us to some local and Italian grappa - an experience in itself. If you love seafood and some of the delicacies Venice has to offer, then this is the place you need to eat. Posted below are the highlights of some of the dishes we ordered. Prices are very reasonable for fine dining compared to what an average meal at an average place, costs in Canada these days. Not pictured below was the owner’s recommendation of a monkfish and scampi dish, which a couple of our friends said was outstanding. The desserts were also fantastic.

08/02/2025: Uno spettacolare viaggio nel passato, dall'arredo al servizio ed ai piatti. Un vero bacaro che chiude alle 14,00 dopo aver esaurito tutti i meravigliosi cichéti accompagnati da un'ampia scelta di vini (Ma ottimo quello "alla spina") . Tutto buonissimo, un luogo commovente con uno spetacolare gestore (unico!) aiutato dalla figlia. Un vero presidio gastronomico culturale. Se siete a Mestre dovete andarci!

30/04/2025: Siamo tornati in questo ristorante dopo due anni dalla prima volta, ma siamo rimasti meno soddisfatti:menu meno vario, qualità della cucina mediocre(il fegato alla veneziana era troppo asciutto) , rapporto qualità prezzo non soddisfacente

22/04/2025: Sulla location non si discute, sarà pure un ottimo posto per un aperitivo, ma se ti fermi per cena troverai prezzi esosi e un buco nello stomaco a causa di porzioni bonsai. Ok posso pure accettare che in questo posto non vai per sfamarti ma allora non chiamare nel menu un piatto " piovra" quando poi servi quattro (dico n° 4) piccoli tentacoli bolliti di polpo (scongelato riscaldato ) con ai quattro angoli del piatto quattro (dico n° 4) puntine di cavolo romanesco con una salsina gialla per 24,80 euro ! Non presentarti con il "fegato alla venexiana" quando devi andarlo a cercare in un angolino del piatto e che in due forchettate sparisce 22,80 euro! Ho chiesto 2 calici di vino della casa e mi hai portato due calici dai quali aveva evidentemente gia' bevuto qualcuno essendoci solo il fondo (massimo 1,5 cm di altezza)! Ma come puoi farmi pagare un piatto di pasta aglio ed olio 20,80 euro? Ok ti pago la location ma il biglietto per visitare il Palazzo dei Dogi costa meno! e poi il piatto di amatriciana 20,80 euro lo hai colorato con polvere di oro o per principio ogni primo piatto deve costare questa cifra? Ma il biglietto per cenare vista canal Grande non te lo avevo già pagato col coperto? 4 euro a persona! Caro Ristoratore , se prenoto una cena presso il tuo locale é perché voglio passare una bella serata con la mia famiglia, Immagino che mangerò bene e sono ben predisposto a spendere, so bene che non ho prenotato presso un agriturismo, ho scelto io di cenare in un posto unico, ma se il cibo che mi porti è scarso in qualità e quantità, se il livello della tua cucina non va oltre la pasta aglio, olio e peperoncino allora.....

02/05/2025: This place was our only bad dining experience in Italy. High prices for low value meals and atmosphere. The Spaghetti with Clams was lacking flavour and I picked out 8 empty shells before finding one that contained any meat. The mussels with tomatoes were the only dish the group liked. The waiters all stare at you the entire time which makes for a very uncomfortable dining experience. Pales in comparison to all the other places available.

23/04/2025: Excelente restaurante, lindas mesas, muy buena atención, la comida sabrosa. Lo recomiendo al 110%. Entre Rioalto y la estacion de trenes, es una parada Obligada. Las pizzas son espectaculares y el menu del dia es contundente y bien preparado
