07/05/2025: Excellent restaurant. Good food and warm atmosphere. Given that the waitress was very kind to us, the only flaw is that when we were there there were many changes to the menu which were only verbally reported to us by the waitress, if there are a couple it's not a problem but when there are many it would be better to make a piece of paper to attach to the menu otherwise the customer will forget what he was told.

24/04/2025: I liked it. Small, family run environment. Few culinary choices but of quality. Some dishes were no longer available also because we were at the end of the season.

31/05/2025: Jolie trattoria au bord de la route. Terrasse aérée et ombragée. Accueil et service professionnel et agréable. Carte variée. Nombreuses spécialités à base des produits locaux. Chariot de desserts magnifique. Carte des vins étendue. Une très bonne adresse aux accents gastronomiques.

27/04/2025: Well-kept hotel, very welcoming interiors in typical Aosta Valley style, comfortable triple room, excellent breakfast from sweet to savory served in a very beautiful room. Convenient location for direct access to the lake where there is a beautiful park, convenient hotel parking. Very welcoming and friendly staff, we mostly dealt with the young girl who, in addition to being kind, is extremely nice! However, everyone was very kind. Highly recommended. 01/04/2025: Non abbiamo fatto foto al cibo perché impegnati, con tutti sensi, a degustarlo: eccellente. Cena varia e colazione ricchissima, con reparto salato molto fornito. L'albergo ha la vista sul lago, appena sotto a Champoluc. Stupendi gli arredi, curati in ogni dettaglio, la cantina superba, l'idromassaggio esterno vista montagne super. Tagliere di aperitivo servito in botte così fine e le elegante...E infine, essenziale, la cortesia, accoglienza, amicizia dei padroni di casa e del personale tutto. Un luogo del cuore.

17/05/2025: Piazzetta del Cavallo Bianco, luogo storico e affascinante di Aosta antica. Locale carino, accoglienza pessima. La nostra ospite alla domanda "avete prenotato?" risponde di aver provato più volte a chiamare senza risposta, riceve un cenno di fastidio per nulla celato. Menù che definire essenziale sarebbe un eufemismo. Nessuna benché minima descrizione. Cibo di scarsa qualità, alla lamentela del cliente una secca risposta: "è il suo gusto, tutti l'hanno mangiato!" Scortesi e sgarbati. Delusione.

15/05/2025: Relaxing and typical atmosphere. Very attentive and fast service. Excellent value for money considering that you are in La Thuile where everything is more expensive. Recommended

13/05/2025: Passing through after an excursion to Lake Arpy. A welcome stop with typical products. Generous portions and a clean environment. Staying in La Thuile in the summer or winter season, it is definitely recommended.

05/04/2025: Frequento La Thuile da 20 anni, al Pepita non ero mai venuto da quando è diventato ristorante perché mi ricordava il pub messicano che c’era fino a qualche anno fa. Devo assolutamente ricredermi! Il miglior tagliere di salumi e formaggi mai assaggiato in Valle D’Aosta , agnolotti ripieni di prosciutto di sanità marcel al lemon grass eccezionali, carni di grande qualità. servizio professionale. Complimenti!

08/03/2025: We went here as a party of ten, comprising all f two families with four teens. It was very busy and we had a few minutes wait for our reserved table (which was good as some of us were running late). The one disappointment was that they did not serve pizzas in the evening, which is a little odd in an Italian restaurant that has “pizzeria” in its name! I’m not sure what the cut off time is but we were sitting down after 9:30pm. The food we did order was all very good and well received. The wine too was good quality. Recommend.

25/04/2025: Some time ago, my family and I came to eat in this small restaurant, which we had seen on the Borghese show. Disappointment, that the owner seen on TV was no longer there, now we don't know if the gentleman we found is still there, let's hope not!!! RUDE, unwelcoming. Advice...CHANGE JOB!!! To one of my requests, he responded so rudely that we later regretted not leaving immediately Bad food, annoying, inexperienced service, unpleasant and listless waiter. Worse than that!!! Money wasted, leaving with disappointment and a bitter taste in the mouth, because we hoped to make up for it with dessert. Two desserts, one of which they only had 2 more, so we couldn't take it all Tasted it... SUCKS!!! One star is already too much. Let's hope there are new owners. If so, we will definitely return, since it is located in beautiful Cogne

16/04/2025: A nice experience, we had a good dinner, well prepared food except for the ravioli which were a little cold and small. The second courses were very good and refined while the desserts I expected more. I will definitely return and recommend it.

24/05/2025: We ate divinely typical products, a fondue like this.. never eaten! Unforgettable!!! I hope to be able to return soon, the staff very friendly and helpful, the typical atmosphere of the area warm and welcoming, I recommend it to everyone!! Portions quite generous!!

20/05/2025: This brasserie serves some of the best food I have ever tasted. I eat at 5* venues in London and this is on a par with any such establishment. I started with a tagliatelle, which was superb. But the best was yet to come. My main was the duck with a couple of sauces. This was out of this world. Tge meat was tender and succulent. It was not dry at all. The sauces were to die for! It is truly a great dish that will live long in the memory. I selected tiramisu for dessert. I was far from disappointed! It was an open pastry base, and sides with the main part of the delicious creamy chocolate were simply delightful to the palette. The alcoholic content is often overdone with a tiramisu, especially when coffee based. This was exactly right. It was tasteful but not overpowering. I have visited out of the traditional ski season, and the opening hours of many venues are spartan, if at all. It was such a delight to find this brasserie open. The staff are also warm and friendly. In summary, whoever the chef is, they are worthy of many stars, and their skill is incredible. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

16/03/2025: Dopo una bellissima ciaspolata siamo tornati alla baita per un buon vin brûlé e poi una magnifica cena. Abbiamo provato il menù degustazione. Una favola: abbiamo provato un po’ tutto quello che propone il menù. Piatti ricercati e molto buoni. Il tutto con un’atmosfera magnifica visto che fuori nevicava. Assolutamente da provare!

26/02/2025: Siamo stati a cena alla Baita La Jolie Bergere,un vero gioiello incastonato tra le montagne. L'atmosfera del locale è magica e di gran classe,arredamento in legno tipico di montagna. Staff molto attento e cordiale,servizio impeccabile. La cucina è un'esplosione di sapori autentici,con piatti tipici con dei tocchi innovativi,preparati con cura e con ingredienti di prima qualità. È stata una esperienza indimenticabile che ha lasciato il segno,grazie Laurent e Gabriele per la vostra grande ospitalità.
