01/04/2024: Had a lovely lunch here. Good local food and super friendly service. We came a second time and it was just as good. Proper Aosta food after a morning skiing pow. Just what my body needs, the alpage soup and the beef fillet wrapped in lard were purely medicinal for achey legs. Couple of killer Aosta wines really helped soothe the pain. The whole experience is just what anyone who loves food and the the mountains could wish for.
19/03/2024: The restaurant offers outdoor tables, surrounded by lots of snow with a spectacular view of the Matterhorn, a wonderful day. The food was also excellent, we had lunch and the dishes are inspired by local cuisine. Impeccable service. Advised!

06/04/2024: Very good food, slow service (but I think it's typical of mountain places where people have the privilege of not having to rush), high prices (16 euros for a polenta with only cheese, although really delicious).
Friendly staff, nice environment.
Maybe they would say something to the parents who make their children (barefoot?) watch cartoons at the table... it's not respectful towards the other customers.

16/01/2024: Grazie Manuel per averci inserito in questa cena tra genitori dello sci club!!!! È stata una bella scoperta. Mangiato molto bene, servizio ottimo! Tris di carne con polenta concia, dolci della casa annaffiati da un ottimo vino valdostano. Torneremo sicuramente per gustare altri piatti.

23/10/2023: Ho cenato presso il ristorante Rascard da ospite dell'hotel.
Abbiamo optato per la raclette (su ordinazione)
Chiede dire - BUONISSIMA -
Innanzitutto la premessa è che raclette, pierrade e bourguignonne prevedono che a cena si vada con calma e pazienza, altrimenti optate per altro.
Il tutto viene presentato con una tagliere di salumi deliziosi, funghi sott'olio, cetriolini e verdure miste.
Si viene serviti dall'inizio alla fine e non ci si sente mai nella condizione di "dover chiedere" anzi, sia il titolare che il personale di sala sono di una gentilezza incredibile.
I dolci sono fatti in casa e non si può assolutamente dire di no, sono davvero buonissimi!
Per una gira fuori porta con una straordinaria vista sulle montagne e del buon cibo sicuramente ne vale la pena.
