03/09/2025: We had dinner at the Villapiana location during the summer holidays...what can I say...everything was wonderfully top notch...the quality of the food was excellent, the raw seafood was top notch, the staff were friendly and the bill was also very good compared to everything else...we will be returning.

02/05/2025: Tornare a casa. La nostra esperienza alla locanda potrebbe riassumersi con queste semplici parole, ma è doveroso spenderne qualcuna in più. Guidati dalla cortesia e professionalità di Andrea, dalla simpatia e dalla competenza nel servizio di Mirko, ogni piatto ci ha regalato un sorriso e soddisfazione difficili da riassumere in poche righe. Un ringraziamento anche alla brigata ed alla cucina: eleganza, garbo, riguardo, gusto, piacere. Questo è l’antica locanda dal povero Enzo. A presto, Michele.

If you're craving a truffle and steak combo in Florence with a view, this is undoubtedly the best choice. The steak is a bit rare for Asians; ask the waiter for it to be well-done. Unfortunately, they didn't have black truffles today, only white ones, which was a bit of a shame. The steak and truffle combo cost 50 euros, which isn't cheap. However, the service was excellent; the staff were all smiling and enthusiastic. It's best to make a reservation. There's an elevator to the top floor, which is another flight of stairs. Evening is the ideal time to dine.

09/10/2025: We visited La Limonaia Restaurant with an organized group. The owner, Alessandra, was truly delightful, the perfect hostess. The service was excellent, and she paid great attention to the guests, including the little ones. We were truly satisfied!

31/07/2025: Visitamos este encantador restaurante el día después de nuestra boda. Éramos dos parejas con nuestros bebés pequeños. La comida que pedimos era preciosa, el personal era brillante y todo el entorno era hermoso. Lamentablemente, nuestra cena fue arruinada por la mesa de al lado que parecía pensar que los niños deberían ser vistos y no escuchados. Cuando esta mesa nos dijo que lleváramos a nuestros bebés afuera porque eran fuertes (NO llorando solo haciendo ruidos que no eran más fuertes que ese grupo de personas) el gerente trató con esto excepcionalmente. Solo quería decir que estamos tan agradecidos con la forma en que usted y su personal trataron este asunto, que es un crédito para su restaurante. Y si la gente que estaba a nuestro lado está leyendo esto, entonces recuerde que puede elegir vivir una vida sin hijos, pero no puede vivir en un mundo sin hijos.

23/03/2025: Bella scoperta! Ci siamo fermati a mangiare in questo ristorante per caso, di ritorno da Siena. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, soprattutto Andrea disponibile e accogliente. Porzioni abbondanti e prezzi giusti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

08/12/2024: Family-run restaurant, so simple and welcoming, with an outdoor veranda that can be used in the summer. Traditional cuisine, more than generous portions. Excellent price/quality ratio. Even though I ate a very substantial meal, I had no digestion problems. I will definitely return.

13/09/2025: Delicious traditional Tuscan food with a warm, family-like welcome. We had a plate of traditional cheeses, delicious meatloaf with excellent baked potatoes, and a delicious crème brulee. Oh, and the tiramisu doesn't have cream, and of course, that's homemade too. Amazing.

14/08/2025: Excellent location, right in the town square. The room was standard, fairly clean, but a towel was missing, and a bar of soap was already opened. But the biggest problem was the lack of breakfast. We'd mentioned that one of us ate a savory breakfast, but the morning clerk didn't know, so she brought a single croissant and then half a schiacciatina from the next door. The coffee and cappuccino were poor.
