04/08/2025: Vengo spesso a mangiare al Chianti e sempre per lavoro. Ottima la carne (filetto, tagliata e fiorentina). Buoni anche gli antipasti. Buon servizio e buona carta dei vini. Prezzo leggermente alto ma coerente con la qualità dei prodotti.

18/07/2025: Auténtico restaurante Italiano, opción para sentarse por dentro o por fuera, elegimos dentro, que era un ambiente muy agradable y frío. El servicio fue atento y amable, no esperó demasiado tiempo para nuestra comida. La comida estaba deliciosa, me dieron el filete de carne, que se hizo exactamente como pedí que se cocinara y muy bueno. Mi compañero consiguió el pollo que también probé y fue el pollo más agradable que he probado en un tiempo. Todo fue por un buen precio, alrededor de £ 75 para las 2 comidas principales. Me gustaría ir de nuevo, pero se va mañana.

24/06/2025: This was a hidden gem, and we loved this place! Very local with amazing staff and great dishes. We took a bistecca (the portion is for 2 people), handmade pasta Ragu, drinks and a desert. Everything was perfect and the bistecca was the best we tasted during all our week trip in Tuscany. There is a parking area available at around two minutes further on the street where you can easily park. If you are in this area don’t miss this place! Note it opens at 7.30 for dinner (not sure if it is open for lunch)

22/07/2025: A charming restaurant with a charming atmosphere and decor, but the food needs a serious overhaul and a quality upgrade. Despite the new management, the menu remains the same, and the quality has actually deteriorated. The cured meats appetizer is unremarkable. The truffle fillet, with clearly industrial truffles, tastes cloying. The Chianina beef ragù is a highlight. Service is poor and haphazard. Prices are too high for the quality of the food. I hope the new management will soon invest in a more original menu and higher-quality ingredients to do justice to the restaurant's beauty.

22/07/2025: Beautiful venue with an exceptional view. Breathtaking garden and terrace... excellent food, with tagliolini with truffles not to be missed!!! Excellent service and friendly service. Recommended for anyone looking for a romantic evening!!! Definitely worth a try! We'll be back soon!

15/06/2025: Nice location, really large menu, excellent quantity and quality. Fast and courteous service. The price is a bit high but that's okay. I highly recommend it and if I have the chance I'll go back

10/06/2025: I ate well and the portions are generous. The tordelli with Chianina sauce were excellent. I booked with the fork and the discount was applied correctly, the only discordant note was the wine by the glass, too bad.

25/07/2025: They are very good at dealing with tourists. The waiter, who seems to be a professional in his field, compliments the woman he is with while working. It's a kind of entertainment. And childish. The food is average, or rather, it is tailored for tourists. I guess I paid the tip poorly, because I wrote €10 for the tip on the bill, but they actually took €20. By the way, the original amount including the coperto was €140. Maybe I should have just left the cash on the table. Well, that was my fault. It was actually fun, and my wife seemed satisfied, but I don't recommend it because it's not cost-effective lol It's a half-baked memory lol For your reference.

24/07/2025: Having been here 3 times over the last 26 years we were disappointed to be served huge portions of food...very off-putting.....service without humour only irritation...also now see no Italians eat here...not going back.

17/07/2025: The enclosed veranda of the Mastrojanni Relais restaurant offers a magnificent view, but the interior is truly captivating, renovated and furnished with great skill and taste. The dishes are truly exquisite; the Campanian chef, Alessandro del Mastro, expertly uses carefully selected local products (the cheese selection is nothing short of astonishing). The wait staff is attentive and friendly. A delightful lunch in a welcoming setting immersed in the natural beauty of the vineyards surrounding Montalcino.

19/06/2025: We’ve been guests at the wine resort and we’ve been loving every minute. The restaurant has access to a huge vegetable garden, and has lots of seasonal choices. The staff has been lovely. We will be back in a heartbeat!

25/07/2025: We went. Today we had the tordelli with butter and sage and the wild boar stew. Very good dishes, but for what we paid, the portions were a bit small. The same doesn't apply to the roast potatoes, which were a nice big dish and reasonably priced. In my opinion, a second course, twelve or €14, seems too much in a diner. Let's at least increase the portions. Very good food. Beautiful location overlooking the lake. I gave it 3 stars but I would have given it 4! If it had been a weekend. Instead, it was a normal day. Oh, I forgot! If you order the sautéed vegetables, know that they are chard! But there are a lot of them this time. Which are vegetables, yes, but it's just one type. Maybe I was a little harsh... Anyway, overall, we ate well.

24/06/2025: The breakfast needs improvement. We expected a farm with local products. Instead, we were offered none of that. The interior of the accommodation needs to be renovated! The location and the view are fantastic!

03/08/2025: We went to this restaurant because it offered gluten-free options, something we value greatly when traveling. However, the experience was disappointing. Although they did offer gluten-free dishes, they didn't seem to have any control over cross-contamination, as we got stomachaches after eating there. They charged us €2.50 per person for the coperto, which we understand is common in Italy, but they didn't even serve us bread, while all the other tables received it without even asking. Based on our research, the coperto includes bread, and there was no price for bread on the menu. This made us feel unfairly treated as young tourists. When we asked why we should pay the coperto if we hadn't received bread or outstanding service, they curtly replied that it was for the "service." The treatment was particularly unpleasant from the person we believe to be the owner (a bald man), who spoke to us aggressively, didn't let us finish our sentences, and displayed a clearly hostile attitude. In short, we do not recommend this restaurant, especially if you have specific dietary needs or expect fair and courteous customer service.

06/07/2025: I had a pleasant evening but there are some details that definitely need to be reviewed: if I see photos on the Internet of various platings, maybe I choose the place also because I am attracted by that image of a dish, as they say "first you eat with your eyes" so I expect to receive the same treatment as everyone else... but it was absolutely not like that (photos follow to make it clear). Nothing spectacular about the cold cuts, served on a flat plate as anyone would prepare it at home, Tartare served in the same way. Paccheri cacio e pepe good, Rigatoni all'Amatriciana definitely needs to be reviewed, rubbery bacon and sauce that tasted too much of onion (which I didn't expect to find in an Amatriciana). "Chalice" of red, which despite being the bare minimum, was perhaps the thing I appreciated the most. For how much I paid, which for goodness sake is average in Siena, I expected something more. I definitely had higher expectations, maybe it was the wrong evening.

30/03/2025: Menù degustazione di 7 portate: esperienza eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. I piatti sono allo stesso tempo creativi ma con uno sguardo alla tradizione. Molte materie prime del territorio. Prezzi chiaramente descritti sui menù ed assolutamente adeguati all'offerta gastronomica.
