02/08/2026: Amazing restaurant! During our holiday in Tuscany, we visited several highly-rated restaurants, but Da Alighiero was without a doubt our favorite. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The service was friendly, relaxed, and even up for a joke, making you feel welcome immediately. We found it a special detail that the chef herself came out of the kitchen for a moment to explain at the table which fresh pasta she had made that day off the menu. That really gave a personal and authentic feel. We started with delicious Tuscan antipasti to share, followed by the fresh homemade pasta. After that, each of us had a different main course, and everything was truly excellently prepared and very flavorful. The homemade panna cotta was a perfect ending. Truly amazing! So, we had a fantastic meal, a great atmosphere, and excellent service. If you are in the area, you really shouldn't miss this restaurant.
