The evening meal at the restaurant was delicious, with expert culinary advice from our server. The morning breakfast was complete and varied, with everything you needed to start the day off right. Antonio once again took great care of us. A big thank you for their warm welcome! I highly recommend.

Without a doubt, this has been a great success. Trattoria Diladdarno offers authentic Florentine food, with unique flavors and exquisite dishes that we have not tried anywhere else. Everything was delicious, with quality ingredients and careful preparation. Furthermore, the treatment of the staff has been exceptional, making us feel at home. This restaurant represents a fusion between Tuscan culinary tradition and technological innovation, offering a unique gastronomic experience in step with the times. The place has introduced something new that makes it unique: a robot waiter named Bob. The atmosphere is welcoming and with attention to detail with attentive and friendly service. The quality-price ratio is right. Thanks for a good lunch! Highly recommended!

13/04/2025: A hidden restaurant known only to Italian locals, a gem discovered through Chet GPT! Perfect for 30-month-aged Parmesan cheese, homemade olive oil, and dry-aged steak. The steak is so tender and clean that I keep eating it. Service, quality, and price are all the best!

Ciò che mi ha spinto a fare la recensione comunque è la gentilezza e l'accoglienza dello staff, che è stato un inaspettata e piacevole sorpresa. Il cibo era buono, menzione particolare alla sovra coscia di Pollo davvero buonissima e gli antipasti davvero ottimi. Il prezzo è buono considerando quanto si spende a cenare fuori in posti meno affascinanti di questo. Consigliatissimo anche per le famiglie, non solo per il buon cibo ma anche per il trattamento.

22/03/2025: Absolutely to try is the "fried octopus", a real specialty! Dishes ordered: mixed seafood appetizer, seafood risotto, spaghetti with seafood, mixed fried shrimp and squid. All very good. Punctual service. Very nice and well-kept environment with cloth napkins (increasingly rare). Small but certainly sufficient wine list. Spirits available, however, should be implemented in the list. The stability of the tables should also be taken care of more. Overall, however, the judgment is certainly more than positive, a place absolutely worth visiting.

22/03/2025: Absolutely perfect restaurant. We had a romantic anniversary dinner here last night with perfect food, friendly and kind service and a beautiful atmosphere. Wine selection is incredible and the recommendation by our lovely waitress was delicious!
