18/05/2025: A great, small, and cute restaurant. We had the daily special at lunchtime during the week. There's a lovely warmth to be felt in this small, rustic restaurant. Classic Italian dishes at a fair price.

30/04/2025: A homemade lunch with a menu of the day of infinite goodness in its simplicity, mouth-watering even if I don't have it, a dessert to cry because it ends too soon, water, a glass of wine and 2 coffees... Total cost for 2 covers ds don't believe::: €30.00 uro….. to return soon after booking a little in advance…. A week more or less….. bon appetit…???? ….

23/05/2025: I have had the pleasure of going to lunch and dinner at Da Fagiolino since I could hold a fork, in Cutigliano, in the heart of the Pistoia Mountains, and I can say without a doubt that it is always an unforgettable experience. This restaurant is a true gem that encompasses the beauty of Tuscan cuisine, offering typical dishes prepared with passion and authenticity. The Tuscan cuisine here is simply exceptional. Each dish tells a story of tradition, with a modern touch that makes it even more special. From handmade macaroni with hare sauce, to Tuscan crostini, crostone, to cantucci served with vinsanto, each course is an explosion of flavors that celebrates fresh and genuine local products. The dishes are cooked with skill and love for tradition, but also with great attention to the quality of the ingredients. An element that makes this trattoria even more special is the hospitality of the family that runs it. Paola, the mother, and her daughter Diletta, are the true soul of Da Fagiolino. Their warm welcome and impeccable service make every guest feel at home. It is clear that they are passionate about their work, and every member of staff I have had the pleasure of interacting with has been incredibly courteous and helpful. I grew up with the traditions of Da Fagiolino, and since I was a child I have been fortunate enough to be able to taste their cuisine. Every time I return, the experience is more and more special. It is a place that never ceases to amaze, where every dish is a memory and a new discovery. The familiarity and authenticity of the place are truly unparalleled. The atmosphere of the restaurant is intimate and welcoming, with a rustic touch that perfectly fits the high Tuscan mountains. All this is accompanied by a selection of fine wines from the area and beyond, which perfectly enhance each dish. 19/05/2025: Era da parecchio tempo che volevo tornare in questo ristorante ed oggi mi sono deciso a farlo. Accoglienza ed ambiente: molto buoni Servizio:molto buono Menu : molto buono, in particolare evidenza i piatti storici di “Fagiolino” Rapporto qualità/prezzo : nella media….prezzi un po’ troppo alti rispetto ai piatti che abbiamo scelto Non ho stimoli per ritornarci

09/05/2025: Cena di coppia in ambiente gioviale e molto pulito. In 2 abbiamo mangiato il Grande antipasto consigliato per 2 così come la grigliata mista con fiorentina, una porzione di crostini supplementari, le patate della nonna(😋), un dessert, un caffè, 2 bottiglie di acqua e mezza fiasca di chianti. Tutto il cibo genuino e gustosissimo, molto saporito che ci ha veramente soddisfatti mettendo allegria e colore sulla tavola. Un servizio rapido ma caloroso con tanta cordialità e bei sorrisi. Il prezzo più che ottimo perché di lunga al di sotto dei 100 euro per 2. Torneremo...tranquilli che torneremo🔝🔝🔝

07/06/2025: Posto intimo, servizio gentile e attento, cibo incredibile. Ogni cosa è preparata e servita con cura. Tutto ottimo, a partire dai crostini con salsine locali fatte a mano (divine), passando per i pici, il cinghiale alla maremmana (scarpetta obbligatoria) e dolce al cioccolato e mascarpone. Continuate cosi, davvero una cena da DIESCI!

05/06/2025: Piatti della tradizione cucinati in modo esemplare, il cinghiale veramente ottimo sia alla maremmana che al finocchietto. Favolosi anche i pici. Accoglienza e servizio perfetti, non avremmo potuto chiedere di più.

25/05/2025: Last night we had dinner here, what can I say, superlative in everything, courtesy, well presented original dishes, flavours and combinations, perfectly balanced and equilibrated, with ingredients, that you can feel first quality, a wonderfully infinite wine list, enchanting place immersed in a countryside that speaks for itself, very good guys, compliments really!!!! we will definitely be back.

20/05/2025: We had a great experience, the waitstaff (especially Helen and Veezar) were really helpful and friendly. The wine was incredibly good, and paired perfectly with my meal, which was also delicious. The restaurant itself is also very cute, I recommend the outdoor seating.

24/05/2025: Guido, in the wonderful setting of the walls of Magliano in Toscana, has maintained a very high standard of typical Maremma cuisine for over 30 years with an excellent quality/price ratio. Excellent and very abundant appetizers, unsurpassable tagliolini 3 gnudi with truffles, exquisite second courses and, last but not least, superb crema catalana and zabaglione. Book well in advance especially on weekends and holidays.

01/06/2025: I had dinner at this restaurant with my family and the dinner was spectacular. We ate the Florentine steak and the meat was really good, soft and very tasty. As a side dish we had the porcini mushrooms cooked in the oven and they were delicious. The staff were all very kind and helpful. In addition to having ordered desserts (which were also very good), the owner even offered us tiramisu (after knowing that we were from Verona)... a gesture that I really appreciated. My review can only be 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 and praise. Thank you for making this evening special 🙏🌟🙏

20/04/2025: Locale suggestivo ed elegantissimo. Merita non solo la location con arredamento e mise en plate annessa, ma anche la qualità del cibo. Veramente eccellenti i tortelli al ragù bianco, o per meglio dire il ragù bianco e i tortelli di accompagnamento (considerando la quantità di carne nel piatto). Crostata di more servita calda e dalle dimensioni generose. Si spende il giusto considerando il posto e la qualità del cibo.

06/06/2025: Quaint family run restaurant. Was recommended by our hotel, may be easy to walk by but certainly worth stopping inside! We were served by the owner and his daughter, who were attentive and friendly. My mom, sister and I shared a Florentine steak along with a couple sides which were all delicious. The pear stuffed pasta was fabulous!! Definitely worth checking out when in the area.

22/05/2025: The food was very tasty but I opened too late at 7.30pm. The food was quickly at the table. The staff were super friendly. We were there with our dog and it wasn't a problem...we didn't sleep there so I can't say anything about it. The location is great and there's enough space to park. I would recommend it and will definitely go back.
