23/06/2026: A very special dinner. Everything was impeccable, from the appetizers to the dessert. My wife's and daughter's pasta dishes were both excellent, but I must recommend the fillet, which was perfect. All this in a pleasant atmosphere, with a beautiful view and very friendly service. I highly recommend it!

19/07/2026: Cant say we've ever been to a restaurant where blocks of beef were rolled out to review the amount to cut! We ordered everything from the menu from primi to contorni. We really enjoyed everything - pasta was cooked perfectly, meats were perfect temperature, desserts tasted homemade. Both wines tried were reasonably priced and delicious. Highly recommend!

11/07/2026: Every time I come to Monsummano, it's a must! One of my all-time favorite restaurants! The meat is excellent in all its preparations, and the staff always gives excellent recommendations!

26/05/2026: We ate here but didn't stay overnight. The food is truly excellent and authentic. If you want to enjoy genuine Tuscan cuisine, this is the place to go. The restaurant was also frequented mostly by locals. Highly recommended.

03/06/2026: Pasta is the greatest thing here. Carbonara here is just perfect. Atmosphere is really nice there, they even got their own wine which is really great and the service is really helpful, kind and quick!

02/06/2026: One of the best experiences I had in Florence. The place is very typically Italian and avoids the current concepts of being Instagrammable. With authentic cuisine, bread to savor the dish until the very end. The dessert was also delicious, we will definitely be back! Everything was perfect.

20/05/2026: There's honestly no better place than Osteria del Teatro. Last Friday, we celebrated with 40 friends in a private room, and it was truly one of the most special lunches we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the whole team welcomed us with so much warmth, kindness and care. Every single person working there made us feel incredibly looked after, and all of our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the space is and how delicious the food was. We even had a baby with us and the team kindly brought her toys to play with and made sure she felt entertained all time. That level of care meant so much to us and says everything about the people behind this place. A huge thank you to everyone at Osteria del Teatro for giving us such a memorable night. We had the best time ever, and this has become such a special yearly tradition for us that we honestly wouldn’t want to celebrate anywhere else ❤️

17/05/2026: Everything was excellent, the prices were spectacular for the taste. I had the stuffed gnocchi, the Chianina beef appetizer, and the Pavlova...I'll definitely be back. The bathroom with the dolls is a little scary 😅

04/07/2026: The restaurant is very nice and cozy, the people who work there are very nice and treated us well. The food came quickly, and it was clearly home made, fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is light but happy at the same time. I strongly recomend this restaurant to families, couples and individuals who want to have a memorable dinner.

28/06/2026: Authenticity, passion, Made in Montalcino!!! June 2026 True Italianness and local specialties. Usually, in historic and crowded places you find touristy places, but here you can savor authentic flavors, cooked with care and passion. The place and the flavors took me back in time, to my childhood. It's hard to find places as authentic and cared for as these these days, from the evocative retro location to the fresh flowers on the table. As for the food, what can I say? 10 out of 10. We had two first courses, a pinci with wild boar and tagliolini with nettle and arugula pesto, and for the second course, a guinea fowl with vin santo and a sliced ​​steak. A cool, quiet place, ideal for enjoying a good lunch or dinner with friends. From Ilaria and Francesco

16/06/2026: We went for dinner. The food was good, the place was delicious, the staff very kind and friendly, but the prices were decidedly high for what we ate. A plate of pici each was good, a main course each without sides, and dessert for two was €70.

13/06/2026: Meat served on a cold wooden board, various wines offered on the menu but not in the cellar. However, on the fourth bottle of wine, the cork has a problem and the opening is hidden. We are offered a tasting with a cork in the glass, but we decline, a piece of cork literally floating in the bottle. A quick trip to the kitchen and we are offered the same wine filtered into a glass jug... politely, we decline again. However, the price of the bottle (very high) seems to be included in the final bill. Stunned by such poor manners, we leave, disappointed.

03/05/2026: A quaint restaurant run by an enterprising young couple. I tasted the care and passion for this work in every dish I ate. The menu isn't overly extensive, but the ingredients are of the highest quality. The service is friendly but attentive. Highly recommended.

25/01/2026: Whenever we pass through, any excuse is a good one to stop and eat here. The staff is courteous and helpful, the location is the most relaxing, and the food is endless. It goes without saying that they deserve full marks!

25/01/2026: I've been there many times and have always loved everything. The last time was for my mom's birthday. We had a mixed Tuscan antipasti (special), then straight to the main course with fillets and steak, and to finish, a mix of homemade desserts, all delicious. The outdoor garden is stunning; in the summer, you can eat outside in the cool evening air. In short, there's little to complain about; you can't fault such a perfect place.

11/06/2026: We had a wonderful experience at La Castellana. The service was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Both the pasta dish and the meat dish were excellent. The meat was cooked perfectly, and they were very generous with the truffle, which added a fantastic flavor. The quality of the food was outstanding, especially considering the price. The restaurant offers excellent value for money, which is becoming increasingly rare to find. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely recommend La Castellana to anyone looking for great food and a pleasant dining experience.
