03/06/2025: È la seconda volta che pernotto e ceno qui. Il primo anno sono rimasta estasiata, la camera era stupenda perché i dettagli la rendevano unica! Fiori, cura, profumi, angolo per il the, terrazzino...tutto da fiaba. Colazione meravigliosamente allestita sia dolce che salata, tutto freschissimo e di qualità. Personale gentilissimo, solare. La cena sul terrazzo è solo da provare! Quest'anno, la seconda volta, sempre super! C'è stato un piccolo problema che ha dimostrato quanto la pace e la cura del cliente sia per il Pinzagrilli una pratica da non trascurare. Il problema è stato risolto con grande professionalità e gentilezza, con calma e serenità, in un lasso di tempo incredibilmente breve. Tornerò al Pinzagrilli ancora e ancora. Lo consiglio caldamente soprattutto ai fidanzati che vogliono fare una bellissima impressione alle loro fidanzate 😍. La conduzione è famigliare, garanzia di un servizio che vuole essere il migliore possibile. Il cibo è curato, fresco, buonissimo e bellissimo da vedere. Apprezzato da vista, olfatto e gusto. 20/05/2025: We had dinner in this place in 4 people, excellent service and food, special dishes cooked with care, excellent Fiorentina. Good guys if I return to your area I will definitely return. If I can make a point, in the rooms I would add more light points. For the rest very good.

14/06/2025: Great place. You can feel the atmosphere of real Italy, not just a "beautiful picture for tourists". The owner is a very nice person, you can see how much love he has for his establishment, and how he wants to please every visitor. Very tasty steak and tiramisu. Huge selection of wine. Adequate prices.

17/05/2025: Siamo voluti ritornare in questo ristorante ricordando le esperienze positive di qualche annetto fà! Mio marito ha prenotato il martedì per il sabato successivo .quindi 4 giorni prima ..Abbiamo anche chiesto se accettavano i cani visto che vive con noi un maltesino che al ristorante è buonissimo! Appena arrivati ci collocano sulla salettina alla sinistra dell' entrata. La salettina era pienissima ed eravamo veramente stretti! Altro che seratina romantica: sembrava di essere ad una mensa!. Sicuramente nelle altre due sale l'atmosfera era ben diversa ! I piatti che abbiamo scelto non eccellevano per armonia e gusto...troppo ricchi di salse e condimento. Il servizio è stato gentile, professionale e molto veloce. Rapporto qualità e prezzo nella norma. .

02/06/2025: My wife and I visited this elegantly rustic retreat for a private cooking class. It's location alone is breathtaking! Eleonora and her staff were so welcoming and in a short time we felt like family. I would stay, eat, experience this gem again!

11/06/2025: Il nome del ristorante è proprio giusto. Esperienza fantastica dall’inizio alla fine! Pasta fatta in casa, ingredienti freschi, consiglio su vino per abbinare al cibo. Tutto perfetto!

08/06/2025: The staff is very friendly, service-minded, polite and attentive. The food is just delicious. They have menus in many different languages, which we believe is quite rare in such small towns. The ribollita soup was the best we tasted during our two weeks in Tuscany. We also had a pasta dish with rocket and nettle - yummy! Very pleasant experience, and a highly recommended restaurant.

24/05/2025: Atmosphere is off the charts. Food is incredible. Wine is annoyingly good and the couple who runs the restaurant are legends. 🙌🏼 5 stars is not enough.

25/05/2025: All the dishes were delicious, but the lobster pasta was the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. It was so delicious that I forgot to drink my beer, forgot to talk, and when I realized it, I had finished eating it all. Buonissimo!!

02/06/2025: Lamentablemente estaba lloviendo así que no podíamos sentarnos afuera. Tienen una gran ubicación con una bonita vista de la puesta de sol. La comida era buena, bastante caro, pero vale la pena. Lo más destacado fue sin duda el desierto!

21/05/2025: Fuimos dos veces - una para el almuerzo y otra para el servicio de cena. Maravillosa experiencia con personal amable y deliciosa comida. El jabalí ragu para el almuerzo era excelente y el pollo deshuesado asado para la cena era crujiente y húmedo. El puré de patatas con huevo escalfado y la sopa de cebolla serán largos - recordado. Recomiendo encarecidamente una visita.

22/04/2025: Genuinely, the absolute best meal I've ever had. I will always search through reviews to find the best place.. and I cannot explain how much you need to trust me that this is the best place. I don't really want fellow tourists to find it as I wish that this could stay a hidden gem, but my gosh, they deserve too. Wowowowow!! Had 20% discount with The Fork, but asked them to take it off because it was wildly deserving of the full price. Wowowow! Will come back to Pisa just to eat here again.

12/06/2025: Wife and I came in our trip to Italy - we split the Carbonara and the Steak. Both were very good! The steak was cooked perfectly and was high quality. The Carbonara was very good as well and cooked to perfection. We got the recommendation from someone else and we would recommend it to the next person!
