30/03/2026: This was the best meal we had in Syracuse, and one of the best seafood restaurants we’ve experienced so far. We shared the grilled fish platter, and every single piece was delicious and cooked to perfection. The prawns were exquisite and naturally sweet. For dessert, the pistachio tiramisu was to die for. What a wonderful find; we will definitely remember this place! The staff was also very kind and attentive.

06/11/2025: Ristorante Manna Noto, discovered on our last day, was easily one of the best dining experiences of our entire Sicilian vacation. It is a true hidden gem, tucked away just a short drive from our hotel (only 9 minutes!), nestled beautifully among olive and mandarin fields. Ambiance and Hospitality: As soon as we drove in, the setting was stunning; the outdoor courtyard was beautiful, and the interior was the perfect blend of rustic and stylish. We were greeted warmly at the door and immediately felt like we were entering someone's home rather than a restaurant. The waiters were incredibly friendly, professional, and natural. We even chatted and laughed together! They provided personal, thoughtful recommendations for both wine and food and genuinely did not try to upsell us on the most expensive items. The Exceptional Food: The menu is wonderfully diverse, offering excellent choices of antipasti, pasta (including gnocchi), fish, meat, and plenty of vegetarian options. What sets Manna apart is that the menu included delicious dishes not only from Sicily but also from other regions of Italy—my husband loved his special of Tuscan Beef Stew. I ordered the superb Caponata and Gnocchi, and my daughter enjoyed the Pasta with Lamb Ragu. Every course, from the antipasti to the mains, was exceptionally delicious. A special shout-out must go to the bread: it was the best I've had in Italy—fresh and perfectly made of sourdough! The desserts, with their intense taste of local fruits, were also fantastic. And the Arancina—the flavor was so incredibly intense it lingered for hours. Despite having a close-to-fine-dining, slightly poshy ambiance, the staff's warmth and natural manner made us feel completely at ease and comfortable. If you are anywhere near Noto, you must make a reservation to eat here. You will not regret it!

The food is top-notch, with dishes that often leave you speechless thanks to the quality and exquisite ingredients; the service is top-notch, always attentive and ready to guide and/or advise you on the best choices; the atmosphere is youthful and fresh, yet always maintains the tranquility and elegance that distinguishes a certain type of restaurant. Déjà vu in Avola is the advice you give with your eyes closed! PS: Always save room for dessert!

19/12/2025: Rude service, very bad english, menu lacking basic information. Not only that, but food was burnt, slow. And they wouldn't split the bill..incompetent! When payed, complained and left. their reaction: Standing outside and laughing at us, showing fingers. What a shame!

29/10/2025: Great place, delicious food, excellent service. We arrive early in the afternoon. Other restaurants around were closed, ragtzi at the plaza told us about Ci Volera, we were really hungry and my pregnant wife needed to eat so we were lucky we arrived here. I ordered the sea food risotto and it was yummy and very generous. I think the owner took care of our order . It was a good experience in the beatiful Syracuse. Molto Gratzie señora.

06/04/2026: Terrible service. A guy with a ponytail says you can only sit with a reservation. The group of customers after us arrives and asks, "Do you have a reservation?" No! But they sit down anyway because they're foreigners. Congratulations on the service. We may have spent the same amount of money, but we were clearly treated differently. Change the staff, people want to work. Mr. BURGIO, with love, a former loyal customer of yours 👋

04/03/2026: We came here once and decided that we needed to return for our last meal in Ortigia. Absolutely phenomenal pasta - the tagliatelle dish was literally a ratatouille come to Jesus moment for me. Lobster pasta was also insanely good. And whatever that dessert was drenched in liquor was TOP! Great service and cute, unpretentious atmosphere. Gracie!

21/11/2025: Absolutely amazing! A real authentic place in the touristy Noto. Top notch lasagna and their house wines are definitely great with any type of dish you pick from the menu. Last but not least, if you're lucky, the owners brings out his guitar and plays you some real Sicilian tunes!!! Don't miss out on this gem

21/03/2026: Bravissimo! I first saw this restaurant in a video with Chef Giovanni making caponata. I followed his work I that video and have been making my caponata very similar to his. We're in Ortiga for the week and had a chance to dine here. The outstanding service started with Roberto carried through right the rest of the staff to the end of the evening.

22/11/2025: An incredibly homely atmosphere - the rustic thrown together interior feels authentic and charming, just like the food. The service was amazing: there was a mistake with our order and even though we said we didn't mind and would eat the dish that we received, they still brought us a free taster of what we ordered. Afterwards, to apologise again (even though we really really didn't mind) we got some pistachio cookies to take home. I mean. That's just too nice. ✨✨

27/03/2026: The food was delicious. We ordered lasagna and carbonara to go. The portions were generous and the food was really tasty. The staff was very friendly and played a lot with our 10-month-old daughter.

12/03/2026: Terrible experience. We went on Tuesday with a couple of friends. We're from Catania and not on vacation. I should point out that my friend's husband ordered mussels, and my partner did as an appetizer. As soon as my friend's husband started eating the pasta with clams (which were full of sand), he started feeling sick. He came out and vomited. The owner thought it was high blood pressure, but it wasn't at all. By the time we paid and were walking to the car, my partner started feeling sick, too. He was vomiting and had diarrhea. At this point, the mussels weren't fresh! And they're still sick now. He should be thankful we didn't file a complaint! I strongly advise against it!

24/02/2026: Don't let the unassuming facade fool you; even the entrance area gives no hint of the fantastic food inside. We had made a reservation, which was definitely necessary. From the appetizer (bruschetta) to the main courses (risotto and filet), everything was truly perfect. Generous portions. Unfortunately, we didn't have room for dessert. The house wine is delicious. All in all, 5+ stars. The only thing that tops it is the price.

22/12/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant with a sea view in Marzamemi. The tuna dishes, a Campisi specialty, are particularly recommended (I recommend purchasing tuna from the nearby shop). Reservations are required during the summer if you don't want to wait for table service at the end of the shift around 10:00 PM. The staff are very friendly and will let you wait at their bar with complimentary prosecco. The prices are more than fair for the quality of the seafood.

01/11/2025: Stunning venue, it was a sublime experience, top-notch cuisine with carefully prepared dishes where tradition and innovation meet in perfect balance that leave you truly satisfied, the staff super organized, professional and friendly, we will be back next season!
