La caponata dello chef è stata sublime per delicatezza, retrogusto e presentazione del piatto. L'ombrina alla palermitana cucinata perfettamente rispettando canoni di qualità e stile. La collaboratrice in sala perfetta. Complimenti

22/03/2025: Had such a fun time sitting at a large table with others we got to know. Tartare of swordfish and tuna was fabulous. The pasta with sardines in a green sauce was perfect. Enjoyed the overall experience and the food is very reasonable.

31/03/2025: Wonderful! The menu isn't very extensive, but it's a delight to eat here, and the prices are super reasonable. The pasta dish with anchovies was spectacular, plus beer, €13! The staff is also very attentive and friendly. If you visit Palermo, this is a must-visit!

28/02/2025: Sicilian restaurant. Refined environment. Value for money: excellent. We chose: bucatini with Palermo-style sardines (passolina and pine nuts): excellent! Asparagus risotto with prawn tartare: delicious! Sicilian cassata: super! Sicilian strudel with whole almonds and cinnamon served with scoops of vanilla ice cream: delicious! Congratulations to the owner and all the staff. We will definitely return.

14/02/2025: Great experience at Biondo Pizzeria! You got to ask beforehand for the pizzeria because the pizzeria and the restaurant are two different places. Pizzas were huge, we ordered Nuvoletta and Profumo di Funghi (pizza with truffle): in fact, surprisingly, besides the size they were really light, as they are not very thick. A light and tasty pizza! Also the service is great. And the atmosphere is normal overall. We paid 20 euros each: in my opinion the price is quite right with respect to the overall quality of the place.

14/02/2025: Tornati dopo un paio di anni e devo dire che sono sempre al top, cucina eccellente, piatti fa pregiati ingredienti locali sapientemente elaborati e presentati, non bisogna farsi ingannare dal titolo ‘Osteria’, e un ristorante di alto livello che merita quello che si paga; servizio eccellente e la sommelier Cacile e’ di una professionalità e competenza unica, sicuramente ci torneremo!

13/02/2025: The place where this bistro is located is one of my favorites. As elegant and atmospheric as it is quiet. In the warm months, I've often had a wine or two on the terrace here - and enjoyed the ambience. The bar next door is great, the food there is very good. Today was my first time eating in the bistro. Very attentive, friendly service. Beautiful interior in the vaulted ceiling. The food was visually appealing. However, the taste was dull and boring. I mentioned that there was a lack of spices here. The answer was: Sicilians don't like spices. That may be true. I have often eaten with Michelin-starred chefs, including various 3-star chefs: it was always excellent, no matter what philosophy a chef espouses. Not a single course was tasteless. 80 euros for 1 course plus cheese plus 1 glass of sparkling wine and water. Without having any culinary pleasure. Some reviewers write "tourist trap". It's possible. Great place. Beautiful location. Wonderfully planted terrace in summer. I won't be eating there again. I expect a melange of wonderful flavors and spices from good cuisine. It should always be an unforgettable evening. At least I remember really fabulous food for years to come, whether in Madrid, Paris, New York or with chefs like Sven Elverfeld, Dieter Müller or Christian Bau, Joachim Wissler, Tim Raue from Germany.

07/03/2025: Nuestro grupo de cuatro llegó cuando abrieron a las 7: 30 PM y pudimos estar sentados inmediatamente. Tenga en cuenta que también tienen otra ubicación a una cuadra de distancia que tiene el mismo menú y pizza. Nuestro servidor, Filippo, era muy servicial cuando se trataba de selecciones de vinos y elementos del menú. Pedimos los diferentes aperitivos de berenjena, patatas fritas, múltiples platos de pasta para las entradas y albóndigas para el segundo plato. Algunos de los elementos del menú estaban desafortunadamente no disponibles, pero todo lo que teníamos era bastante sabroso. Disfrutamos de todos los aperitivos de berenjena y eran bastante sabrosos. Todo el mundo disfrutó de las grandes porciones de pasta como nuestro primer plato y especialmente disfruté de mis espaguetis Norma. Después comí las albóndigas y también estaban abundantes y la salsa de tomate estaba bastante buena. En general, sin duda recomendamos este lugar para la comida y el personal amable!

10/03/2025: A few months ago this restaurant offered excellent quality dishes, but unfortunately the recent experience was disappointing, probably due to a change of chef. I ordered a pasta with sea urchins and, despite the staff's willingness to make it again several times, the result was always unsatisfactory. The first dish was excessively salty, the second watered down and with a bitter aftertaste, while the third—a pasta with mussels—arrived salty and with the pasta still raw. Reluctantly, I had to eat it due to hunger, but it all ended with a strong stomach ache that forced me to go to the bathroom several times. A real shame for a place that in the past stood out for the quality of its cuisine.

09/03/2025: What can I say, we tried this place in itself a nice environment. In a restaurant where prices are important you expect important dishes but it wasn't like that, a disappointment, sloppy dishes, without character without any taste which is the worst thing that can happen, the fisherman's risotto that tasted of nothing, no satisfaction after a high bill. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

07/12/2024: I cannot express an opinion as, after having booked and having received confirmation of acceptance of the reservation, I arrive at the restaurant and find it closed. I ask some neighbors the reason for the closure and I am told that the place has been out of business for some time!!!
