20/10/2025: we visited every night during our stay in Palermo, it’s just perfect. great food, best pizza i ever had, welcoming atmosphere, superb and professional service.

The food is good, though I wouldn't say it's among the best I've ever had; the dishes are tasty, but they don't stand out much from other Italian restaurants. The service, while friendly, was a bit slower than I expected, especially when compared to other restaurants in the area. It wasn't a major inconvenience, but the wait was a bit long for a casual lunch or dinner. Overall, it's a recommended place if you're looking for a pleasant atmosphere and good food, but perhaps with a little quicker service and a little more flair in the flavors, it could be an even more interesting choice.

14/09/2025: Fantastic! Osteria Ballarò combines tradition and creativity with incredibly tasty dishes, crafted with attention to detail. The atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming, and the service is impeccable. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, making you feel right at home. An absolute must-have in Palermo!

Located at one of Palermo's most famous intersections, the sign is beautiful...for a bookstore!!! 😆 A very cozy little place that was recommended to us by practically everyone!!! A very welcoming place with fast and knowledgeable service. We ate typical dishes, such as pasta with cauliflower and primo sale cheese and delicious fish couscous!!! To finish, a coffee and... everyone was settled!!! One word: GO!!!

21/10/2025: Everything was excellent, as always. The only negative was the price of coffee, which has gone up significantly since last time. But other than that, nothing to complain about. Excellent food, and the staff are always friendly.

04/11/2025: The Sicilian platter is varied and quite good; the pasta with ricotta and eggplant is also excellent, thanks in particular to perfect cooking. The setting is charming and the waitstaff is very attentive.

07/11/2025: It was a good experience, this location is more for locals than tourists. We tried eggplant pizza, chiken with fries pizza, tuna pizza and calzone, all were very good. Very good customer service.

22/08/2025: I had the pleasure of visiting the masseria during the Ferragosto holiday. It's a charming place surrounded by nature, just outside the city of Palermo, about 30 minutes away. I had a wonderful lunch on Ferragosto, an excellent menu, served by very attentive and friendly staff. I'll definitely be back!

01/10/2025: Excellent and very well-prepared food. Very friendly host in a family atmosphere: tradition in the cuisine and the restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere in a secluded square, entirely dedicated to good food.

28/09/2025: wonderful! truly authentic and hard to find Sicilian cuisine - spaghetti alla nero & bucatini con sarde - real classics - all set in a wonderful atmospheric lane off via Romana in Palermo. highly recommended!

24/09/2025: A nice little place to eat on a terrace, just a stone's throw from the historic center. The dishes are high quality; I had a very good stuffed squid. Good value for money.

21/10/2025: Authentic Trattoria in the heart of the Vucciria market, with mostly local clientele, fresh dishes, including pasta with sea urchin, very friendly and sympathetic staff including waiters and owner. I brought great friends from Zaragoza and they enjoyed authentic local dishes. Very much recommended in a relaxing atmosphere. You cannot go wrong ordering here

19/10/2025: Discovered by accident, but a real surprise! Never seen such large mussels, everything was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind. At the end, they even offered us a homemade dessert. Highly recommended! 😄🍽️

23/10/2025: Magnificent! We popped in by chance this lunchtime. A menu featuring fresh seafood, daily specials, and perfectly prepared original dishes—we all had a blast! Special mention goes to the sardine meatballs and the spaghetti with bottarga and shrimp carpaccio.

11/11/2025: A family-run, homey trattoria with impeccable service. Their specialty is fish. We enjoyed excellent Sicilian-style sea bass and sea bass with lemon! The service is flawless, especially the maître d', a true professional. The tables are very comfortable, several of them round, and they have one for groups of up to 10 people. The wine list is also very good.
