20/03/2026: A welcoming, family-run restaurant with excellent service and excellent food. The only downside is that it's not well signposted. I highly recommend it.

15/02/2026: As a starter I ordered raw fish and it was fresh, I also ordered bruschetta with sea urchins and they were also good, it was a shame about the pasta I ordered which was salty, undercooked and cold, the salty bill was not up to the dinner's standard.

14/03/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Trattoria Piccolo Napoli, and the experience was simply excellent in every way. The kitchen is the true heart of the restaurant. The chef demonstrates remarkable culinary skill, showcasing each ingredient with great balance and sensitivity. The dishes arrive with meticulous attention to detail, prepared with technique and passion: authentic flavors, perfectly cooked, and a presentation that respects tradition without sacrificing elegance. 04/04/2026: Typical dishes with a homemade flavor: heavenly sardine meatballs and pasta with spectacular sausage sauce! The caponata, Sicilian-style involtini, and pasta with sardines are also delicious. "Zia Anna" is a delight in person; we'll definitely be back to try other dishes.

02/04/2026: Forget stars and the Michelin Guide! Period! It all starts with something: the quality of the basic ingredients, the things you use to cook. And? When you get home and, despite the amaro and espresso, you can still taste it on your tongue, then you know for sure: That was amazing—or do I have to jump up like Rosenthal at "top-notch"? The pasta, the best I've had in ages. Arriminata with broccoli, which here in Palermo is cauliflower. With raisins and pine nuts, and you have to take a close look at those. I even took a picture of them. No cheap, tasteless Turkish products ever make it into the pot here! The house wine, a quarter liter with lunch, was definitely from the winemaker in the neighboring town, Duca di Salaparuta. Perfect for a fantastic, authentic meal, perhaps the best I've had in the last four months. No, it was even better. The inn is small and cramped, so reservations are recommended. I, dining alone, was very lucky, but only because I arrived early. The heavy rain had driven me there, as you never know if there will be a parking space. You order yourself, with a slip of paper listing all the dishes, and the daily specials noted by hand. Off we go, and certainly not for the last time. See you soon, Nino. 20/04/2026: Thank you for the dinner. Spaghetti with red sardines. With a small glass of limoncello. Family atmosphere. Simple, unpretentious dish. Cutlery is €2.

19/04/2026: Atmosphere is actually quite nice, you really feel that Sicilian vibe as soon as you walk in. The place has a unique, colorful character and it feels authentic. It also seemed like actual Italians were working there (at least the chef), which is always a good sign :) That said, the food was… okay. Not bad, but also not memorable. It felt a bit emotionless, like something was missing. Presentation was also just average, there’s definitely room for improvement in many areas. The most disappointing part was the service. The waitress forgot about the coffee we ordered, even though she wrote it down. Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal, but by the time we realized, my wife had already finished her wine and it just didn’t make sense to ask for it anymore. Overall, not a bad experience, but not a great one either. It just lands somewhere in the middle. The interior and atmosphere deserve praise, but the food and service didn’t quite match that level.

06/04/2026: I'm from Venice, visiting my son, who's happily settled in Palermo. He invited me to this restaurant for Easter lunch. The cuisine was perfect, top-notch, with attention to every detail. The staff was extremely friendly, and the enchanting setting with its splendid paintings is not to be missed. Adriana Pitacco

08/03/2026: There are two set menus: €50 and €80. We chose the €80 menu and were surprised when the bill came because they charged €4 per person, €4 for water, €3 for coffee, and €6 for limoncello, even though it seemed like they were offering it. The food was good, but not everything on the menu. A shame.

07/04/2026: One of the nicest, if not the nicest place for dinner in the heart of Cefalú. The atmosphere is special and very nice, the menu is a great selection of meals you don't get everywhere, the service is very welcoming and the prices as well. If you stay here for more than one night, you miss something if you don't visit this restaurant. You should reserve your table, of course.

05/04/2026: I had a great experience at Le Chat Noir: the service was truly excellent, attentive, and friendly throughout the Easter lunch. The dishes are simple, even too simple, and true to tradition, well-executed and enjoyable, although I would have appreciated a touch more elaborateness in the preparation. A definite highlight are the desserts, carefully prepared and well-crafted, which are undoubtedly the highlight of the menu. Overall, a place definitely worth a visit, especially for the quality of the service and the welcoming atmosphere.

23/02/2026: Wonderful setting (huge outdoor spaces, charming interiors), surrounded by nature, just a short distance from Palermo. Excellent lunch, dishes prepared largely with fresh garden produce or top-quality ingredients. Reasonably priced and generous portions.

20/03/2026: Enjoyed a couple of the appetizers including the capponata and the fried cheese; both were very flavorful and enjoyed by everyone. The entrees arrived a little out of sync with one another but the pasta with red mullet was perfectly cooked and extremely tasty.

30/06/2025: In zona centrale, entriamo per puro caso, ambiente accogliente, accolti un sorriso, prendiamo due pizze (dai nomi legati alla tradizione letterale sicula). Che dire: fantastiche. Ottima farcitura, impasto soffice e leggero (sinonimo di una adeguata lievitazione), leggera alveatura, cornice elastica e pronta al ritorno. Veramente buone, complimenti. Servizio rapido, prezzi nella norma. Bellissima esperienza.

07/03/2026: A truly delightful discovery. We stumbled upon this trattoria almost by mistake, having booked a table at the adjacent pizzeria of the same name. But as soon as we entered and saw the ambiance, we immediately changed our minds. My wife and I were there on a Friday. The atmosphere was intimate, with several separate rooms where small groups dined in complete tranquility. The first thing we noticed was the absence of the typical "revelry" that too often occurs in restaurants. Then we were drawn to the kindness and friendliness of Mr. Biondo, the owner, who is capable of entertaining you with the history of the place. The food was truly delicious, especially the pasta with the freshest sea urchins, which are brought to you open on a separate plate so you can season it as you like. And the strudel, well-seasoned and just warm, was truly delicious. As mentioned, a delightful discovery.
