23/08/2024: They welcomed us at 2.30pm without any problem. An exquisite and juicy meat, I have eaten few like it in my life, even the cooking requested by each of us was perfect. We also took some sautéed mushrooms (excellent) and a very tasty and balanced Sicilian salad. It's worth the stop.

21/08/2024: Un nome una garanzia, uno dei locali storici di Catania, tra i pochi che ha mantenuto inalterata la qualità dei prodotti e del servizio ai tavoli. Il loro concept originale va provato, un fast food in versione sicula, con ingredienti di qualità e ironia nei nomi attribuiti ai piatti. Un po’ caro, ma i prodotti sono di qualità e quindi giustifico questi prezzi.. se lo consiglio? Senza il minimo dubbio SIIIIIII !!!!!

We found this restaurant by referring to the reviews and I must say that it exceeded our expectations. If I were to return to Acireale I would definitely stay here again.

04/08/2024: A nice surprise … The place is well-kept, welcoming and the outside has an enchanting atmosphere. The sweet and sour rabbit is delicious!!! No surprises on the bill... honest to the core. B R A V I S S I M I!!!

09/08/2024: I recently had lunch at La Tana del Lupo in Pedara and really appreciated the quality of the dishes. I chose the meat roll, which was tasty and well made, along with the pasta with courgettes and mint. However, I have to say that the portion of pasta was a little small compared to what I expected from a typical Sicilian restaurant; I would have expected a little more abundance, but instead I received a dish more similar to a gourmet portion for the meal price per portion. The grilled vegetables were delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. Overall, a good experience, but I would have liked more generous portions.

16/08/2024: We chose this farmhouse to spend the August bank holiday. Welcoming and professional staff. Excellent food. Very attentive to my needs. I am celiac and have other allergies and with great care they prepared for me from the starter to the dessert. We will return with pleasure

15/08/2024: Just returned from dinner on the eve of August 15th! The kitchen literally ruined our evening, saved only by the kindness of the waiters and by Andrea the head waiter who was extremely mortified by what had happened! Dinner for 6 with a lactose intolerant girl. Fixed menu and so you think "it won't take long and above all it's difficult to make a mistake". Famous last words! A plate of fries arrived for 5 because don't worry because the cheese-free one arrives early (dish arrived after the first!) Starter arrived and the waiters didn't know which one was the lactose-free one and after several trips to the kitchen they told us it was one which later turned out to be with cheese. The lactose-free one under the caponata had a piece of paper left there with “LACTOSE-FREE” written in red marker that had never been removed. Brought back and replaced. First of the two starters arrived wrong with cream cheese on top. Sent back. Secondly, we didn't want it. Second course now two hours after the starter arrived but nothing exceptional and in any case dinner now ruined. Disorganized and incompetent kitchen, waiters who try to put a patch but who occasionally fail. We will never go back again considering that other diners besides us were complaining. There are many more beautiful farmhouses (really neglected bathrooms with rusty glass) and with quality menus with much greater attention to customers. PS the much publicized bonfire was a half bin with two logs lit. Other than playing the guitar with a bonfire lit!

04/08/2024: Make a reservation to come! We came last night, the restaurant was half empty. The waiter told us that if we don't have a reservation, there is no room for us. We had to leave again, in the rain.
