11/03/2026: I should start by saying that I could eat anywhere in the world, but no one can cook like my wife. This location is a new one for me, having gone with colleagues because we were away on business. I can say that in terms of quality, there's no equal in the Rosolini area. Despite there being an evening (not ours) with a demonstration, the dishes arrived very quickly. The CARBONARA was truly five-star, tasty, and a full plate. The main course was a bit more modest, but no complaints there. Anyone passing through Rosolini simply must visit this place, which is also open for lunch.

The ricotta-filled ravioli served in a meat broth with generous pieces of meat were also delicious. Generous portions and friendly staff.

A true artist, his kindness and expertise made the experience even more special. And they didn't ask for a deposit when booking, unlike a restaurant of the same name! 23/11/2025: We went on Saturday evening with friends, and we immediately found the kindness and hospitality very welcome. Since it was our first time, the waiter recommended it to us. What can I say about the impeccable food? The waiters were always attentive and, above all, always smiling, even when the rooms were full. We will definitely continue to go there. Recommended.

23/03/2026: Nice restaurant with overall good food. It's quite surprising that the main course arrived in record time, just enough time to clear the appetizers; it seemed like something already prepared. As for the rest, at 11 pm, they couldn't wait for you to leave. This is a bit out of place with the quality you'd expect from a restaurant like this. For example, the coffee machine was already turned off and cleaned. The acoustics could also be improved; those ceiling islands are a bit ridiculous and ineffective.

14/03/2026: On our first day in Palermo, the manager of the B&B where we're staying recommended this trattoria, located in a quiet, off-the-beaten-path area and frequented by locals. The advice proved spot-on. The place is charming and the staff welcoming. They serve typical Sicilian dishes (the pasta with sardines and fennel is sublime), well-prepared and made with top-quality ingredients. The price is absolutely right.

01/03/2026: We had dinner at La Tavernaccia and were truly satisfied. It's a typical Sicilian restaurant with an authentic, family-friendly atmosphere, serving home-cooked dishes cooked with great flavor and attention to tradition. We had excellent fried fish, crispy and fresh, and delicious sardine meatballs in tomato sauce, flavorful and perfectly prepared. Each dish was rich in flavor and made with quality ingredients. Even the starters served to other tables were truly inviting and plentiful, so much so that they made us want to come back for more next time! The service was excellent, attentive and friendly, always available without being intrusive. The value for money is excellent, absolutely in line with the quality offered. Highly recommended restaurant: I would happily return!

26/10/2025: The food was exquisite Pastas with sweet ricotta are delicious , I recommend the appetizers, they are super delicious. The waiter is super friendly and nice, he speaks several languages making things easier. The place is very well decorated and I think the cat theme is a very good idea.

04/03/2026: Excellent food, courteous, and punctual service! If I can make a small comment, it's about the dessert: I ordered a cassata, which didn't quite meet my taste, having grown accustomed to the authentic ones you can find in Sicily. The other diners, however, thoroughly enjoyed it, so I'm probably a little... spoiled. I definitely recommend this place!

23/02/2026: Today's experience: The restaurant was almost empty for lunch on a Monday. There were two of us, and the owner offered us two tables, one in the corner near the plate rack... thanks to the waiter, I was redirected to a more comfortable table. The atmosphere is wonderful, full of details, from the entrance to the bathroom, everything is stunning. About the food, unfortunately, I have to say that the portions are extremely small, and the downside is that there's no typical Sicilian mixed hot and cold appetizer (I'm Sicilian). The quality was good but not excellent. Fast service. Thanks to the waiter from Palermo who did everything he could to make our lunch pleasant and without waiting. However, I repeat, as a Sicilian, I haven't found satisfaction in the food at home.

07/03/2026: A place in the center of Rome that brings back memories of when going to a pub was part of the exotic side of teenage highs, and being able to try a different beer was something to be proud of. The Peroni brewery has remained authentic and true to its tradition, even though its clientele these days is more touristy and the hit-and-run type.
