15/02/2025: Found by chance, it was a nice surprise. Excellent food and a warm and welcoming environment. Chef Luca has the power to triple himself while simultaneously managing to control the kitchen, take orders and proudly explain the dishes of his beloved Sardinia. We will be back for sure!

09/02/2025: We had a very good time, quality caught fish which obviously has a higher price than average, personally I appreciated the oysters most of all. The owner is very careful to describe the dishes and their origin, he even asked if we had any allergies or intolerances. It was a great experience to repeat

15/02/2025: Valentine's evening, I worked all day until 11pm. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend of Sardinian origins by bringing her a seadas (a dessert she often talked about and that she had wanted for a while). At 7pm I called the restaurant that was supposed to close at 11:30pm and asked them this unusual request, that is, if it was possible to make one to take away at the time I would arrive at the restaurant. The owner, understanding the situation, waited for me and prepared the seadas and despite having traveled an additional quarter of an hour to get home, it remained warm. Well, what can I say, she loved it and I'm happy to have given her a nice surprise. We will definitely be back to try other dishes. Thanks again, you saved my Valentine's Day.

20/01/2025: Siamo andati a cena la scorsa settimana. La scelta di aprire un ristorante nel quartiere è stata coraggiosa, perché a ridosso di un centro commerciale con i soliti punti ristoro. Locale piccolo ma molto carino, con tanti prodotti provenienti dalla Sardegna. Il proprietario gentile. Abbiamo mangiato due spaghetti alla bottarga con un bel po' di bottarga: grattugiata e a fette. Una insalata di polipo e un filetto di maiale al mirto. Ci hanno portato anche del pane abbrustolito e il carasau. Unica pecca, forse il filetto di maiale non è perfetto da fare arrosto, perché si asciuga troppo, però era buono. Abbiamo speso sui 70 euro, ma considerando che in molti ristoranti della capitale paghi lo stesso prezzo per mangiare cibo qualunque...

20/01/2025: We had lunch at this place on a rainy Sunday in January. The experience went far beyond expectation. Excellent raw materials, good selection of wines, exquisite and absolutely traditional Sardinian dishes. The owner is a passionate, friendly and highly knowledgeable host. The platter with cold cuts, cheeses and vegetables in oil is highly recommended. Excellent fgole with scampi cream. Malloreddus Campidanese style delicious. Super promoted!

15/02/2025: Siamo tornati alla Locanda del Sardo a Genzano e con la soddisfazione di sempre possiamo confermare la sublime esperienza gustativa vissuta a pranzo oggi... Inizio con elogiare lo spirito di accoglienza mostrato dai proprietari, sempre sorridenti e disposti a soddisfare le richieste di ciascun ospite. Piatti eccellenti, preparati dal grande chef, con tanta passione.. I prodotti primari freschi e genuini sono senz'altro uno dei tanti motivi di successo di questo ristorante:competenza dello chef e bontà delle materie prime creano il connubio vincente per asserire che questo ristorante rappresenta il fiore all'occhiello della cucina italiana. Sono pochi i luoghi del cuore dove si respira aria di tradizione, di buono, si genuino.. Questo è uno di quelli! Grazie per la vostra maestria e simpatia! Consiglio a tutti questo ristorante!

10/12/2024: Stunning restaurant, I had very high expectations but the mixed souté was made with old fish, clearly due to the raw fish which had not been sold, zero flavour. The fried anchovies however were spectacular. The rock was full of fish, the octopus were wonderful, but it tasted of nothing even the sauce was low in salt. The frying is average, the fish is exceptional but the squid is rubbery. In short, what can I say, they have all the features but lack a strong base in the kitchen. The wine list was excellent, we had a spectacular Vermentino. I'm sorry because if it weren't for some things we would have returned.

Cibo di qualità e davvero ottimo: dal carpaccio con tartufo, la tartare di gamberi rossi, i calamari con carciofi come antipasti, gli gnocchetti sardi gustosi come da tradizione, per non parlare dell’astice alla griglia e della catalana di rombo SUPERLATIVI; tutto accompagnato dal tipico pane carasau sardo . Dolci fatti in casa buonissimi. Torneremo prestissimo, peccato averlo scoperto solo dopo un anno dall’ apertura. Complimenti anche ai padroni di casa, moglie e marito (lo chef) di una carineria e umiltà unica! Bravissimi continuate cosi !!!

31/01/2025: Typical Garbatella restaurant with exceptional value for money. The specialty of the restaurant is fish, but the pizza is also fantastic (very low Roman style). The prices you will find on the menu are now a rarity in Rome

27/01/2025: il posteggio del ristorante è incustodito ed è fonte di rapine alle auto in sosta. Ci hanno scassinato la nostra autovettura per poter rubare indisturbati all'interno, recando a noi un bel danno, senza alcun rimborso da parte della direzione. Perciò se avete intenzione di andare in questo ristorante state molto attenti.

11/01/2025: E bravi Andrea e tutti. Un piacere venire da te e mangiare quel pesce al sale che riporta all'estate anche se siamo nel pieno inverno. La cucina la conosci ma tornare ogni volta qui e come andare a trovare i vecchi amici e sedersi con loro . A casa degli amici e di mamma, si mangia sempre tanti e bene. Continua così. Ristorante pieno di gente e di sorrisi. Apre il cuore e ....lo stomaco. complimenti sinceri da uno che ha sempre appetito. Cerco solo il meglio.
