11/05/2026: Oh, how long it's been since I've seen my dear friend Lisa, whom I've known since we were young girls, chasing our dreams with our heads in the clouds. And we remained friends, for so many years that thinking about it makes me dizzy. Every now and then, in the little holes of the family network, we manage to carve out a little corner for ourselves, to reconnect and rewind the tape of life. So here we are, near Via Magna Grecia, where she has a Sunday engagement and I lived for many years, choosing a little spot for a bite to eat, interspersed with conversation. We spot a Chinese restaurant, but the interior is so shabby that, laughing, we run away. Then, since we both have a love for Sardinia, we find the ideal center in this little restaurant called "La Posada" (and we gladly settle in...) where she had eaten (well) once, who knows when. We enter, and the very kind restaurateur (who hails from Carbonia, in the Campidano region) assigns us a nice table, all to ourselves, in a still-empty room, then invites us to scan the QR code. "No thanks!" I say, and ask him to give us the house recommendations, as they did in the beautiful old temples without cell phones. Of course, and we begin with the Sardinian cuisine that I love. And the dishes are even better when seasoned with the Sardinian dialect that speaks to me of my beloved island. A fish salad, gnocchi with sausage, a tiramisu, and a crispy, warm guttiau complete a lovely evening with friends. The bill isn't as salty as the Gallura sea, and so, after paying, we leave the restaurant in the night, happy and bubbly like the water we were served. Go Paris.

And as always, I was blown away by the flavors of each dish, presented with care and passion by the owner, who immerses you in the traditions of Sardinian cuisine! 28/04/2026: Looking for a change of pace in Rome? Then why not take a culinary trip to Sardinia? You've come to the right place. Although quite tired from our day of sightseeing, we tried this little restaurant in the evening. We weren't disappointed; the seafood was incredibly fresh. The prices are justified by the quality of the ingredients and the service provided by the chef (and waiter 😁). I highly recommend it.

Everything was simply impeccable, from start to finish. 02/05/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant and had a great experience. The dishes were delicious, especially the shrimp tartare and pasta with sea urchin! The staff was very courteous, helpful, and friendly! We'll definitely be back.

10/05/2026: We'e been in Italy for 9 days and this was the best restaurant we"ve eaten at so far. Absolutely fantastic!

06/06/2026: After sitting down we were treated to a glass of very good prosecco, so much so that we ordered a bottle. The appetizers were truly exquisite: very crispy fried octopus, very good mussel soup with bread to mop it up 😅, and finally, grilled Sardinian cheese with honey, which was really good. For first courses we had seafood fregola, risotto with cream of scambi and spaghetti with clams, perhaps the only thing I would have preferred was the slightly more flavorful first courses.

11/06/2026: As usual, my family and I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday. The fish was incredibly fresh, the Sardinian dishes were not exceptional, the place was welcoming and clean, and the staff were friendly. The space isn't particularly large, so even during the week, given its popularity, I recommend making a reservation. See you next time!

03/05/2026: We ate incredibly well! We opted for fish appetizers and main courses. My rice with creamy scampi was incredibly good. The fried fish was also delicious. The tiramisu was sublime. The waitresses were very welcoming. We'll definitely be back!

02/04/2026: Excellent fish appetizers, flavorful mussels, delicious fried anchovies, and the carpaccio was also very good. Tagliolini with fish was creamy and flavorful. Seadas (a kind of pasta) with slightly bitter honey, which went really well, and a myrtle liqueur to finish. Very generous portions, excellent value. I absolutely must return for the suckling pig and wild boar.

Every course lived up to expectations, with a special mention for the house specialties, which were truly memorable. Excellent and plentiful raw food, (Corn cob, red shrimp, and Sardinian oysters were top-notch) Fregola pasta with fish, delicious and plentiful.... Pork and Vermentino wine were fantastic! 26/04/2026: I still don't know all the places in Rome... today I discovered Ai due otri! I'll start with dessert... fragile and forest-based with mascarpone cream made the old-fashioned way... soft, frothy, not too sweet... delicious. All the dishes were perfectly balanced, with well-defined flavors and fresh ingredients... both the appetizers and the first courses. The aromas always anticipated the delicate yet defined flavors. A delicious Sunday lunch... a place to return to!!!!
