The food was delicious, the desserts even better, but the best was Roberto, kind and friendly.

The food is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. It's now a trusted restaurant.

After eating lots of the 4 Roman pastas over previous days, I felt like some lighter fare for dinner, so visited Sapori Sardi to get some seafood. The Sardinian backdrop comes through, with fantastic flatbread and marinated anchovies as a starter. These were excellent. For mains I went with the seafood risotto which – depending on your perspective – had very delicate flavours, or was a bit lacking in flavour. It was also a little sparse in seafood, with a couple of prawns, a handful of vongole shells (not sure I saw vongole), and four or five mussels. The rice was cooked well, and it was very filling. But I’m not sure it was there with the best seafood risotto I’ve eaten around the world. The staff were very helpful and friendly – my Italian is terrible, and I got the impression their English was not great, but we bumbled our way through, and finished up with a limoncello as a thank you as I was paying the bill. All up, great to have some seafood for a change, but not sure I would rush back for the risotto.

I have been here twice in 2022 and 2026 - both the same quality and attitude. It is a nice Italian restaurant with excellent sea food. I highly recommend it and hope to visit it soon.

A good restaurant in the center of Rome, with excellent service and hospitality. The seafood dishes are fresh and standard, nothing too complex.

We were really pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Overall I would say it was a nice experience, not a touristy restaurant at all and is quite central. The fish is very fresh and delicious!

Excellent restaurant serving Sardinian specialties! We had a lovely evening. I highly recommend the fregola pasta paired with Vermentino di Gallura. The typical Sardinian dessert, seadas, with sheep's cheese and honey, is definitely a highlight. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

The service and ambiance are very appealing, as is the menu, which offers a wide variety of seafood. Personally, the first courses I tried weren't particularly up to par, especially the carbonara (the lard was decidedly tough), but given the friendly service, the welcoming atmosphere, the quiet location in the Sallustiano neighborhood, and the reasonable prices (compared to what you'd find in central Rome), I'd give it an overall positive review.

Small, cozy restaurant. The first courses were very good, just disappointed with the second one which arrived with cold potatoes and the prawns weren't very nice to look at.
