28/09/2025: Really good value for money. Typical Italian restaurant with authentic food at a fraction of the price in Rome. We were the only tourists! Plus, the menu was explained to us by the server. A huge WOW during our three weeks in Italy. Note: The archaeological sites of Ostia should be part of any tour of Italy. We enjoyed them more than those in Rome...and the sea is very beautiful.

16/09/2025: What a satisfaction. It's been a long time since I've eaten like this. Roman cuisine at its finest. Dishes prepared with care and truly generous. We were warmly welcomed. A true osteria, in the best sense of the word. The classic atmosphere of a Roman osteria, with the aromas of the kitchen whetting the appetite. The menu wasn't overly complex, featuring all the fundamentals of classic Roman cuisine (and believe me, that's no small thing). We had a great time and ate (a lot) very well. The owner spent time with us and was extremely friendly. I repeat, it was a satisfaction and a consolation to find a place where they still have the courage to offer classic Roman cuisine without interpretation or adulteration. Try this "osteria." The standard is truly high, with high quality and a respect for tradition that will surprise you. Enjoy your meal.

05/10/2025: Carbonara pasta 2/5 Light pesto pasta 5/5 Fried eggplant app 5/5 Salty reviews of Carbonara are precise. Order at your own risk. Server managed a busy lunch opening himself for about 15 minutes gracefully. Service after that was lacking but I can forgive it. At the end he told me I have to leave a separate tip. I didn’t and I’m only not deducting a star for it because my girlfriend really enjoyed her food here. I tried her pesto pasta and it was very good. I will take this as a win for a super touristy zone. Super helpful to walk up 10-15 min before opening since we had a Fork reservation but they evidently aren’t checking that site prior to opening and sit a full table by 10-15 minutes into lunch service. Wine was delish.

13/10/2025: Amazing dinner in Trastevere. Bit of a queue when we got there, but happy to wait. Only took 10/15 mins and we were quickly shown to a table. Staff very friendly (Linda being a highlight). Wine list very good — had a nice local Frascati. Food-wise, tried some of the supplì which were great; Ravioli with butter, sage, and ricotta was out of this world; gnocchi al pomodoro also very tasty, as was the tagliata steak with potatoes as a secondo. Tiramisù was another star of the show (nice to see it not contained within a glass like others in Rome — and not stingy on the portion size). Great night out; would go back to Trastevere just for this restaurant.

20/09/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant almost by chance, during a quiet midweek lunch, because it had the most convenient opening hours. What a wonderful discovery! The food is excellent, so much so that we all left feeling full but not weighed down. There were five of us, and we shared two mixed appetizers to try a little bit of everything, plus meatballs in tomato sauce and fried pizzas (montanare), which I highly recommend: truly delicious! The prices are fair, and the atmosphere is welcoming, thanks in part to the family-run business. The host who served us was kind and approachable, helping make the experience even more enjoyable. When we return to Ariccia, we'll already know where to go: highly recommended!

A welcoming atmosphere, meticulous attention to detail, friendly and smiling staff, but above all... *dream cuisine!* Each dish was an explosion of flavor, prepared with fresh ingredients and elegantly presented. Congratulations to the entire staff for transforming a simple dinner into a special experience. Highly recommended for those seeking quality, flavor, and a touch of magic on their plate!

03/10/2025: What I really loved was the classic atmosphere of the restaurant. The food and desserts were also very good. I had spaghetti, grilled lamb, and panna cotta. Everything was excellent, and the waiters were very professional.

02/10/2025: This is a pleasant Roman restaurant. A very classic trattoria offering typical Roman dishes. Special mention goes to the polpette and the saltimboca. Unusually, the desserts are also interesting. All in all, we had a good time in a relaxed and fairly family-friendly atmosphere.

18/09/2025: Nice local restaurant vibe. Good food and friendly service. We enjoyed our evening there. Would definitely go again. There were mostly locals there I believe with some tourists mixed in. The pasta portions were maybe a bit smaller than what we got at other restaurants but that meant we were able to order the second course of meatballs and sausage. We were happy with the house red wine (1 bottle = 0,75l = 10€). Highly recommend. 2 starter + 2 pasta + 2 main + 1 bottle house red wine = 57€

12/09/2025: As a plumber I'm always on the go and bringing food from home often becomes a problem. It's our first time here (lunch break) and we passed by chance and found the right place: artisanal products made with passion, the owner gives us a general overview of the dishes, in conclusion, excellent in everything. I WORK WITH AND FOR PASSION.

07/10/2025: I really enjoyed my solo dinner here. I arrived right around opening and there were already a few people. It has a very cozy vibe. The menu was on a blackboard that they brought to your table. I had the Caprese salad, it was the best I’ve had in Italy so far. The chicken with red peppers was also fantastic. Really good service and reasonably priced, I would for sure return!

As a solo female traveler, it’s always really appreciated when the service is as warm and welcoming as it was here. Especially the young waiter with perfect English and his charming service made me feel very welcome – a thank you to him!
