10/06/2025: A slightly hidden place, simple but welcoming that I have loved for years but... like all loves destined to fade. The cuisine is always good (the gricia is excellent) but prices have increased much more than in other places. 14/15 euros for any first course not even in the center and 4 euros for a supplì I spend in a Gambero Rosso restaurant. Something doesn't add up... shame!

26/05/2025: Good quality food, maybe a little high in terms of quality/price ratio. The environment is nice and well-kept, but the lighting is poor. The service needs a bit of revision, the second course and side dishes arrived before the first course, without the right knife to cut the meat. When the second courses arrived....you can't serve the previous dish (even if kept warm), it's not the customer's mistake....he can't lose out. The first courses were plentiful and good, full of seasoning, the carbonara was very good, even the cacio e pepe even if the seasoning on the cacio e pepe was exaggerated in quantity. The desserts were good and the parking lot wasn't very big but it wasn't a problem as we arrived early. The second courses lack salt, as confirmed by them, so a salt shaker at the table by default wouldn't be bad. I will gladly return, hoping for a little more attention. Calling the service N times can be unpleasant for both the customer and the waiters....steps of a pain in the ass. (for the second course in advance, for the unsuitable knives, for the salt...). Kind and courteous staff.

07/06/2025: We came for an aperitif and then we went on with dinner, excellent cocktails and I must say the cutting board really amazed us so much that we ordered a joker and an angus sword. The meat melted in the mouth and the dough of the pinsa was super leavened. The staff is really kind so much so that they offered us coffees (something that rarely happens nowadays). Highly recommended, the 4 stars are not true at least 4.6 deserves it.

22/01/2025: Eravamo in 3 più una bambina di tre anni. Abbiamo mangiato 2 antipasti e tre primi, per la bambina abbiamo chiesto un pezzetto di carne e ci hanno portato una tagliata da 21€, 2 calici di vino + un babà da €8. Totale 116€ di cui 6€ scontati per un pelo nella mia pasta che ho lasciato. Colpo di scena finale il pos non andava e abbiamo dovuto pagare contanti e senza ricevuta. Da cancellare, non mi era mai capitato

06/05/2025: Inviati dal proprietario dell' agriturismo abbiamo trovato un ristorante delizioso con una cameriera molto gentile. Primi fatti in casa veramente eccezionali e un plauso alla coda alla vaccinara da leccarsi le dita.

01/05/2025: Provato per la prima volta il primo maggio. Eravamo un po' scettici ma ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. La formula era 45 € buffet assistito (antipasti/ 3 primi/3 secondi/contorni /dolci/bevande). L'affluenza era massiccia per cui il personale é risultato un po' disorganizzato all'inizio ma nonostante la formula fosse a buffet era un continuo susseguirsi di pietanze quindi nessuno ha rischiato di rimanere a pancia vuota. Anzi. Tutto é stato abbondante e di qualità. La location é gradevole, ha sia una sala interna che tavoli all'esterno. Servizi igienici ampi e puliti. Essendo il primo maggio eravamo preparati al solito posto caotico e di scarsa qualità invece siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti!

21/06/2025: tablecloths with holes and dirt, chairs with holes, napkins with holes, flowerbeds full of tall grass and nettles, a dirty swimming pool despite the explicit request to clean it the day before, rude and unhelpful staff, fountains in the swimming pool that soak the tables and therefore cannot be turned on, raw pasta, the sheet of paper with the names and tables has to be placed on an easel as best as possible because they don't even know what a tableau is, But how come this place is still open??

15/06/2025: Last night I celebrated my birthday and that of my son at the Domus Ristora restaurant. I would like to compliment Marco, Matteo and the other collaborators for their professionalism, attention and total availability to any type of request made. Quality and abundant food, served with care and in the right time in a beautiful location. The singers who cheered up the evening with their live music were also very good. They made us all dance despite the great heat!! I recommend it to anyone looking for the right place to hold their event

15/06/2025: Alas, it lives on the reflected light of the 4 restaurants program. The courses are not quantitatively from an osteria, the execution of the dishes is mediocre. The gricia in my opinion is not well executed, little flavor and very greasy. Guanciale bordering on burnt.

14/06/2025: Cuisine like few others, sincere dishes with the flavor of the past with a nod to the new. For those who want to taste the real Roman dishes, this is a fraschetta that you absolutely must try. Don't forget to try the desserts. Last but not least, the friendliness of the owners is an added value.

07/06/2025: Acabamos de regresar a nuestro hotel a la vuelta de la esquina después de una cena fabulosa aquí. Nuestra comida fue preparada individualmente y muy bien presentado. Volveremos mañana por la noche seguro.

27/02/2025: In una giornata con cielo grigio e pioggerellina che ti deprime,andare a pranzo da Zia Titta ti cambia l'umore.Entri in un ambiente accogliente e caldo ,curato nei minimi particolari.Le proprietarie ti invitano sorridenti ad accomodarti presentandoti un menù con prodotti del territorio e pasta fatta in casa cucinati in maniera personalizzata da una cuoca esperta.La nostra esperienza in questo posto è sempre ottima e il cibo che consumiamo lì è sempre ottimo.

09/06/2025: Nous avons goûté plusieurs plats traditionnels romains ; tout était absolument délicieux, notamment les croquettes de riz frits, les fleurs de courgettes farcies au fromage et les gnocchis sauce provola et gorgonzola . Nous adorons cet endroit ! Le service et l'ambiance étaient excellents, et nous le recommandons vivement. Un grand merci à Mory pour son service exceptionnel !

Staff retraining is needed They throw the card terminal and receipts down And most of all, they are rude and impolite They rushed us to choose our steak menu because they said we didn't have time. This is the first time I've seen a restaurant like this in my life (There weren't many customers other than us at that time) The staff spoke harshly and had loud voices, so it was noisy 2. Dishes were dirty There was grass on the forks Overall: It's just a restaurant with a good location (It's a good place to go if you're in a hurry)
