03/10/2025: I had dinner at Pastificio with my friends, and I have to say that besides the beautiful and welcoming atmosphere, the food and cocktails were truly exquisite!! The staff was very professional and friendly, and the manager, with his attentiveness and kindness, made our evening perfect. I will definitely be back.

04/06/2025: Frequento questo ristorante regolarmente e ogni volta è una conferma: semplicemente eccellente. Dall’antipasto fino al secondo, tutto è sempre curato nei minimi dettagli. In particolare, la guancia è stata spettacolare: tenera, saporita e cotta alla perfezione. Il personale è sempre cordiale, disponibile e molto attento, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e piacevole. Una nota di merito anche per il vino, consigliato direttamente dal proprietario: una scelta azzeccatissima che ha esaltato i sapori dei piatti. Un posto che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca qualità, calore e una cucina davvero appagante.

15/10/2025: Had dinner with my husband a week ago. The food was good quality-price but there is better places (more expensive ofc). The outside terrace was super cozy and roman style. The service was a bit confusing and uninterested, we didn't feel welcomed. Also it was the only waiter so it's understandable the service. The manager or owner didn't have the best attitude either. Not a super nice experience overall

10/10/2025: A typical Roman trattoria that makes you feel right at home. We had cheese and artichokes for appetizers, and for main courses we had carbonara and amatriciana, both very good. Considering it's in the Vatican area, which is a touristy spot, it was all very satisfying.

02/10/2025: Exceptional, the meat was delicious, cooked to perfection. My husband ordered spaghetti carbonara, and it was also delicious. Excellent seasoning. I highly recommend it. Authentic Italian cuisine. We'll be back!

23/09/2025: An evening with friends on a Monday evening, greeted by the very kind and helpful owner, along with the waiter Patrizio, who joked with us from the start and was truly brilliant, polite, and friendly. We enjoyed the food from the first course onward; the appetizer and their entrees were delicious, and the first courses were just as good. The atmosphere is the same as always, the air is fresh, and the prices are fair—perfect service, in our opinion, is something you're happy to pay for.

31/08/2025: Sorry to say, but eating here wasn't a success. The Cado alla vaccanara/oxtail was rock hard. That meat should fall off the bone. It was probably braised far too short. The wine was acidic. The veal was dry with no flavorful sauce. The waitstaff was busy on their phones and chatting amongst themselves. While they were nice people, there's no professionalism or strong leadership. It's probably a cozy neighborhood restaurant, but don't expect too much from the food. Regarding the owner's response: You could, of course, blame your customers for a bad review. You could also learn from it and take responsibility yourself. For example, we know perfectly well whether waiters are working with their PDAs or texting, chatting, and not working.

28/07/2025: Terrible experience. The dishes came out without any logic. There were four of us, and each of us ate separately. The carbonara and saltimbocca were decent, but the fried foods were too greasy and the seafood salad was awful (which was taken off our bill) made for an unpleasant evening.

28/09/2025: I was there last week. Due to the intense heat, I didn't finish lunch—a shame, because everything looked really good. Greater care and organization to ensure greater comfort would have been better. The heat, combined with the smells from the kitchen and the crowding in the room at the entrance, was unbearable.

07/10/2025: It was fantastic!!! The owner (Dino) walks around, making fun with the guests, and his wife is in the kitchen cooking incredibly delicious food. The waiters are incredibly friendly and great to chat with. simply amazing people. It feels like home! Definitely worth a visit (or several!!)!!! Simply idyllic!

26/09/2025: That's simply one of the best places in city. The food is amazing, local, and very simple but ridiculously delicious. The service is awesome, I do salute to Pietro, our server, since he made our day much better :) They don't have an espresso machine, but don't miss out on their amazing coffee as well!

13/10/2025: This is the usual restaurant in a busy tourist area, so it doesn't have a high rating for a restaurant with high expectations, but overall it's okay. I ate decently, the pasta was precooked, and the service could be improved. It's fine for a quick stop and a quick stop on your way to the next stop.

30/09/2025: A very large venue, with multiple rooms for multiple receptions simultaneously, yet allowing for individual events to be held in peace. Good food, welcoming staff.

17/09/2025: We celebrated our silver wedding anniversary here. The location was beautiful, the waiters were very professional, and the menu was traditional and beautifully executed. Special thanks to Mr. Matteo, who gave us excellent advice for the perfect reception. We will definitely be back for future events.
