Authentic Italian cuisine and a rustic ambiance come together perfectly here. We had pasta cacio e pepe and the best carbonara I’ve ever had in my life. The desserts were also fantastic.

We had a delicious gluten-free pasta carbonara, half a kilo of Italian ribeye steak, and house wine. Excellent quality and top-notch service—a fantastic team!

A restaurant that didn't have many tourists, it had mostly local customers. It had very nice food, but we especially liked the carpaccio. It was amazing!

We stumbled upon this place by chance during a weekend in Rome. It's a less touristy place and very authentic. Between the location, the staff, and the service, 5 stars aren't enough. Flavio's kindness and Manuel's charm made this dinner a true culinary experience. The meat and wine selection are extensive and high-quality. It will be the first place we return to in Rome.

Excellent, everything!
Led by Valerio, we journeyed through top-notch dishes and exquisite natural wines.
The best welcome was the melt-in-the-mouth Nebrodi black pig prosciutto, followed by an excellent Picaña carpaccio. Special mention goes to the boiled meatballs: the crispy, firm, and not at all greasy breading encloses an incredible boiled meat.
The grilled meats are to die for. Valerio chose a Danish and a Spanish steak for us, both of which were, of course, amazing.
Not content, for dessert we opted for a small plate of capocollo, also from Luisa Agostino, like the prosciutto we had at the beginning.
I can't wait to return.

Nice place, excellent meat (and I'm Argentinian, so I know good meat). We ordered some delicious crostini, especially the lard and honey ones.
It's quite expensive, but the meat is worth it, but things like bread and bitters aren't usually paid for in other places.
