We found a seat right away. Our order was taken immediately, and the waiters were knowledgeable and very fast. The meat is truly their forte; everything was delicious and prepared to perfection. The price was in line with similar restaurants, considering the quality.

We arrived on Saturday around 2:30 pm and found a table right away. The service was very attentive and fast, and the food was excellent, especially the meat. I would recommend it to anyone who loves Roman cuisine, especially meat.

Repeat experience nine months later. A spacious and bright restaurant where you can enjoy excellent cuts of meat. The Florentine steak was spectacular! The Danish rib eye steak and Jewish-style artichokes were also delicious. Service was excellent even when the restaurant was full. Reservations are recommended on weekends.

02/06/2026: I don't often go to "Fraschette" for lunch or dinner, but believe me, it's been a while since I've eaten so well!!! Everything was delicious, from appetizer to dessert, a welcoming atmosphere, and very friendly staff. We'll definitely be back!
25/05/2026: A very spacious and clean fraschetta. You can eat everything Roman. It offers a wide selection of appetizers, including tripe (delicious) and beans with pork rind, assorted cured meats, porchetta, ricotta with honey, buffalo mozzarella, and many other items. Traditional Roman first courses are excellently prepared. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. We'll definitely be back. Reasonably priced.
