everything was simply excellent. we had a great time, as if we had eaten at home. the owner is legendary and sincere, like every 100% true Roman. I will always come back.

I had dinner in this restaurant, the first ones were good 4 not 5 stars, the meat, the Danish excellent quality, the excellent price therefore 5 stars well deserved!

Ristorante/trattoria di ottima qualità di fronte agli "Studios" personale molto cordiale e attento alle singole esigenze i piatti consigliati erano veramente squisiti e abbondanti diciamo che ci siamo sentite proprio a nostro agio.... da ripetersi alla prima occasione un grazie di nuovo ai ristoratori per l'accoglienza

28/03/2024: What can we say about this hidden gem? I am sure many others had echoed my words but it is worth mentioning it again. The food, service, and atmosphere transport you from a restaurant to a local's home...and make you feel at home while at it! We had the bruschetta, ravioli (with spinach and cheese), cacio e pepe, and the house (red) wine. We would have gone for the tiramisu had we not been overly satisfied and filled with the amazing food. Portions are great and mouth-watering. A definite must for anyone visiting Rome.

Osteria Cacio e Pepe

06/04/2024: Great pasta! The bad part was the terrace in the sun without awnings or shade. Definitely recommended if you want to eat authentic Roman pasta in Trastevere.
05/04/2024: Was unsure from trip advisor review but overall was a great experience. The Spaghetti alla gricia dish and pizza were fantastic. Also did a gluten free version which was just as good.
