20/11/2024: Small quiet restaurant with amazing food.

09/08/2024: We went to this restaurant with the intention of eating good Roman cuisine and we were very satisfied: the cacio e pepe and the amatriciana were excellent, the artichokes and tripe were delicious. We drank a good bottle of white at a modest price. The environment is characteristic of Roman trattorias, the space is limited but it is still quite comfortable. The only surprise: they didn't accept debit or credit cards but only cash. I would still happily go back!

19/03/2025: I had the chance to eat at the taverna borse, I have to say that my matriciana was good, my wife instead had the saltimbocca, eh nothing she makes better at home. Tough meat and plate full of oil or butter. Hygiene does not exist and neither does the service. I will not go back there again

Il ristorante è intimo e tranquillo, il proprietario molto attento e cordiale e il cibo è una coccola sorprendente. Il ristorante è storico, ma gli attuali proprietari lo gestiscono solo da un anno. Continuate così! A presto

02/04/2025: I leave this review super satisfied with what I ate, namely a cheese burger with chips... crazy quality of meat, chips you can totally feel that they are handmade... the owner of the place, Giorgio is very kind and easy-going! The place is small but very nice, especially the outside part, which on a beautiful sunny day makes lunch in this place even more beautiful and relaxing! I will gladly return other times because it is not often that you find welcoming staff, excellent quality of food and a clean and tidy place. 👍🏼

09/04/2025: Nonostante le cose che ci sarebbero da ridire ci troviamo davanti al classico che non muore mai. Nessuno e’ perfetto d’altronde, ma in un posto così anche il difetto passa in Secondo piano perché sei accolto, coccolato alla romana, servito bene e sai comunque di mangiare qualità!

03/04/2025: Un maravilloso restaurante clásico donde todo funciona perfectamente. El ambiente en el restaurante es sofisticado y todo es tan hermoso. El personal es atento y muy sensible. La comida en la cena era buena y a un precio razonable. Una visita maravillosa y ambiente! Haga una reserva de mesa con antelación.

02/04/2025: Honestly, the quality/price ratio is too unbalanced. We took 2 rounds of appetizers for 3 people, some good, some less so, but definitely not adequate for the 168 euro bill.

The place is far from the chaos of city traffic, so there is a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Really good dishes with generous portions. The pizzas are also good. Excellent quality/price ratio.
