16/03/2026: Great food in Rome today, as so many times before. One of the highlights of a visit to Rome is Er Pallarò, a restaurant serving traditional Roman food, in a great location. There is only one menu, but it is extensive. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. Worth a try!

30/11/2025: I've never eaten such terrible food. We were nauseous all night, both my husband and I. I'll probably never be able to eat my favorite pizza again. It wasn't good, and when they brought it, I had to cut it myself: no pizzeria will serve you uncut pizza. 🤬🥴🥴🥴🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

05/04/2026: The restaurant is close to the Colosseum. It's large, so it's easy to find a table. The service is friendly and helpful. The wait for meals is never longer than 15-20 minutes. Our order included baked zucchini flowers with mozzarella and anchovies, grilled artichokes (very good), niocchi with cod, and grilled chicken (a bit cold) with spinach. The dishes were generally good, but the appetizers were definitely better. The wine list was good.

05/03/2026: I returned last week to this restaurant I've known for years, and as always, it didn't disappoint. The menu is truly delicious, the kind that makes you want to try everything. You read a dish and think, "Okay, I'll have this," then you keep reading and change your mind three more times. You can tell there's been care and research 🤩 The service was excellent, attentive and kind, without being intrusive. And something I really appreciated: even though it was a Saturday night, the place was quiet, with a relaxed atmosphere, so we could talk and enjoy the dinner at our leisure. There are only two photos... because I didn't have time to take them before the dishes had already been tasted. I think that says it all. 😁 A special thanks to Alan and all his staff for their hospitality and professionalism. For me, it remains a certainty 🤍

18/03/2026: The atmosphere is airy, well-decorated, and bright; the tables are too small. I personally don't appreciate a bare tablecloth, especially when the space is so small, but I understand the stylistic choice. The amatriciana is good; the tonnarelli cacio e pepe and the mezzemaniche alla carbonara (€14) are excellent. The pinsa is not bad. Service is reasonably fast and efficient. The restrooms are very clean.

15/03/2026: The food was really delicious and the server was friendly. I had pasta, fried zucchini blossoms, fried artichokes, and calamari, and I think I'll keep thinking about them... Each dish was fried using a different method and was truly tasty.

16/02/2026: A casual neighborhood restaurant serving traditional fare. Everything is excellent: fast and informal service, average prices, but small portions (the saltimbocca is four tiny pieces, the size of a pinky, and the boiled meatball is the size of a two-euro coin).

07/01/2026: Very nice place, very friendly staff, and good prices for the area. From a location like this, however, you expect something better. Almost everything was good, but the fried seafood was a total fail. It was sparse and ugly, with a few very small pieces of a plate presented practically empty, and tuna in a bag because it was too thin. Also, the menu listed oysters for €4, but they charged us €5. Aside from these three items, which we will avoid and advise against, we will definitely be back.
