30/11/2025: I've never eaten such terrible food. We were nauseous all night, both my husband and I. I'll probably never be able to eat my favorite pizza again. It wasn't good, and when they brought it, I had to cut it myself: no pizzeria will serve you uncut pizza. 🤬🥴🥴🥴🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮

07/01/2026: Very nice place, very friendly staff, and good prices for the area. From a location like this, however, you expect something better. Almost everything was good, but the fried seafood was a total fail. It was sparse and ugly, with a few very small pieces of a plate presented practically empty, and tuna in a bag because it was too thin. Also, the menu listed oysters for €4, but they charged us €5. Aside from these three items, which we will avoid and advise against, we will definitely be back.

01/04/2026: We had an excellent night of dinning. The cacio e pepe was really wonderful. It is served in a Parmesan bowl and its saltiness really adds to the dish. We also had the gnocchi special and the pork ragu. All were very good. The grilled veggies were a nice offering in a city that often doesn’t offer such simple veg offerings. Would totally go back.

07/02/2026: We were lucky enough to try this restaurant only once, because unfortunately it's very often closed. The food is plentiful, the prices are very low, and everything is delicious. We'd like to return sometime; it would be nice to know when it's open and closed... What a shame.

21/03/2026: I was really enjoying my meal, and ready to give 5 stars. Unfortunately, the waiter (a guy, i didn't ask his name), ruined everything, note: other staff members were fine. I advise the managers to teach him some manners, maybe not dropping the bill on the table for me to pay would be a good start.

05/10/2025: Informal place, the fried foods are good, the suppli are excellent, the pizzas are also good. The service initially had nothing to say, but from ordering the pizzas to eating them the wait was interminable.

05/03/2026: For a Michelin-starred restaurant, it fell short by a long shot. The ambiance was mediocre, the service from waiter Rafaele was terrible, and the dishes were far below Michelin-star standards. The experience was not the best.

14/12/2025: Everything was excellent, the staff was attentive, precise, and courteous. I didn't give it a fifth star simply because the portions were a bit small. The first course, second course, and side dish were finished quickly, and the bread was enough to fill us up. Otherwise, I was satisfied. 😀
07/12/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, good food, shame about the portions... a bit too small compared to the hefty bill!! A real blow! In a city like Rome (even though we're on the outskirts), value for money has to be the key, given the fierce competition...

08/04/2026: On Easter Monday, we decided to move from the crowded city center to Garbatella to discover a different side of Rome. Right in front of the Cesaroni bar, we found this osteria. We were hoping for a quick bite, perhaps a sandwich, since it was already 2:30 p.m., but instead we were greeted with "what a sandwich, maybe a nice plate of pasta!" And it was definitely worth it: both the amatriciana and the cacio e pepe were excellent, generous portions (which we finished!), a simple and authentic atmosphere, and a lovely shaded outdoor terrace. We spent a stress-free hour enjoying simple and tasty home cooking. Thanks to all the staff who served us with warmth, friendliness, and kindness!

02/01/2026: A restaurant with a true Roman fraschetta atmosphere. However, behind the excellent service and smiling waiters, we found a carbonara with touches of perhaps raw bacon and an egg "a frittata." The appetizers were nothing special. The uniquely shaped biscuits were charming.
30/12/2025: We were on the veranda, and I felt a bit chilly, despite the gas stove near the table. The seating (wooden benches) was a bit uncomfortable. The place is very rustic, a typical Roman osteria. We had the porchetta sandwich, which was excellent, as were the gnocchi with both ragù and truffle and sausage. I tried the mutton arrosticini, which were very good, as was the berry crumble.
If you like the typical atmosphere of the Castelli Romani restaurants and the simplicity, this is a great place.

07/02/2026: We had a wonderful meal! Traditional cuisine, reasonably priced, and friendly, professional yet approachable service. It's a shame we only stayed in the area for one dinner; we would have happily returned the next evening.

29/12/2025: The staff were friendly but slow, the food was nothing special except the meat, and the prices were very high.
23/12/2025: Typical Roman food. Super generous portions. Drinks are served in 1-liter bottles, like Coca-Cola or beer. Excellent charcuterie board. The pasta is delicious, whatever kind it is, but the carbonara is spectacular! The tiramisu is served with rusks and coffee so you can finish making it yourself.
