07/08/2025: We stumbled upon Ristorante Target on our first day in Rome, tucked away in a charming narrow alley — what a great find! They offer cozy outdoor seating, which adds to the lovely atmosphere. I ordered the linguini with shrimp and leek, along with a pizza topped with mozzarella and anchovies — both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were fresh, authentic, and perfectly balanced. We also ordered espresso, and it was incredibly aromatic and nutty — so different from what we’re used to in the U.S., and in the best way. The staff were kind and attentive, and the restaurant was very clean and welcoming. We’re already planning to come back before we leave. Highly recommend!

26/04/2025: Ogni qualvolta da Treviso ci capita di andare Roma, per noi questo locale rappresenta tappa fissa in quanto e' possibile degustare ottimi piatti tipici della cucina romana accompagnati dalla gentilezza, dall' accoglienza e dalla simpatia dei proprietari .Assolutamente da consigliare!

08/08/2025: Absolutely loved it. The waiter (Raffaele) was great. Made us feel so welcome within our stay, food was amazing and well priced. Even our teenage son was so impressed that we ended up back there time after time for dinner. Would recommend making this a must on your trip.

07/08/2025: I've been to this restaurant a couple of times and both times I was very happy. The first time we tried different pizzas and they were truly delicious. On the second visit we opted for pasta and it was also a great choice. The desserts were also excellent; the tiramisu was one of the best. Furthermore, the service was excellent on both visits: attentive, fast, and very friendly. Definitely a place I'll want to return to.

07/07/2025: We were greeted by a very kind and helpful waiter, who didn't hesitate to teach us Italian and make an effort to understand us. The dishes are simple and tasty. A good experience we stumbled upon by chance, and we weren't disappointed!

19/07/2025: A great place to eat. It's hard to tell from the outside, but inside it's well-organized and clean. There are no menus, but the waiter tells you the details. There are no surprises on the bill at the end. The prices are fair, actually competitive. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos because I was busy eating.

05/07/2025: The restaurant is located at 13 km of the Via Aurelia and has large indoor and outdoor spaces as well as a parking lot for customers. The menu includes meat and fish dishes. The appetizers and desserts are served on the trolley which makes the choice easy. I went there for dinner with friends and I had a nice evening. The owners are very welcoming and the waiting staff is professional.

30/07/2025: I discovered it by chance and became a regular customer. In addition to the excellent dishes prepared with expertly selected raw materials and prepared with passion, Dall Ardito not only satisfies the palate and stomach, but also satisfies the soul because everything is wrapped in affection, hospitality, and thoughtfulness without overdoing it. The lasagna, made with hand-rolled dough and cooked in a wood-fired oven, is highly recommended. I'm crazy about their creme caramel, also cooked in a wood-fired oven. I've tried almost the entire menu, from fried foods to pizza, to first courses and second courses, everything is always excellent. The simple, relaxing atmosphere immediately embraces and welcomes you with the unique energy emanating from Paola, the owner. In short, a stop at Dall Ardito is an experience worth trying... and meditating on. Highly recommended.

14/07/2025: One of the many establishments we tried in Rome. The only one that served bread without us asking, and more importantly, that charged for it (€1.50 per person) even though we didn't touch it. There were three of us. €4.50 easily earned, to be honest. A bit of a hassle, especially considering that in Italy you have to pay for water (okay, filters are expensive, but at €4 for a liter bottle, that must be a lot of filters...). The food was decent, but for the rest alone, I won't be back.

27/06/2025: Frequento il posto e lo standard si è abbassato nel tempo. La responsabile non è stata affatto cortese nell’accoglierci: avevamo portato una torta da fuori regolarmente documentata con tanto di scontrino. Per il solo fatto che anche altri ospiti avevano portato un dolce, si è mostrata con noi a dir poco contrariata e piuttosto maleducata (se c’è la possibilità, i clienti fanno ciò che è permesso; è inutile che poi ti mostri risentito). Il livello della pizza è buono, soprattutto se consumata all’aperto nell’immenso e bellissimo giardino. Ma l’ultimo pranzo all’interno è stato davvero una delusione: porzioni misere, al limite dell’imbarazzo, e qualità piuttosto standard. Peccato.

31/07/2025: Poor value for money. The appetizer was as poor as the rest of the food we ate. For four of us, they forced us to choose at most two different first courses. I wouldn't recommend it.

27/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, on a hot Sunday at the end of July for lunch... a typical little place full of rusticity... fantastic food, their set menu with appetizer and first course truly delicious... wonderful staff, all very friendly and kind, nice and very polite... a great place to stop for a meal... ps the carbonara is AMAZING!!!!

20/05/2025: Piacevole scoperta in un quartiere ancora vivibile e poco conosciuto. Locale molto spazioso con ampio spazio esterno. Atmosfera vivace e familiare da osteria di quartiere. Personale amichevole e spontaneo. Cibo curato e di buona qualità. Sicuramente ci tornerò in una prossima sera d’estate.
