17/06/2025: We had a great Italian restaurant with Roman culinary specialties. We had the pasta carbonara: it's the best in Rome!!! Go for it! I highly recommend it. The tiramisu is super good and the value for money is also excellent. Thank you for the limoncello and the Roman pastries ;)

29/06/2025: I wanted to experience Italian Michelin, so I made a reservation. It wasn't crowded. I ordered a 6-course meal to try the signature menu, and I felt that they put a lot of effort into the desserts in addition to the courses. I think they put a lot of thought into the desserts before the course and after the course, from the display to the composition. The truffle-infused marshmallows I had before the meal were a really unique experience. The menu that came out as carbonara was like a soup made with cream and cheese inside eggs without pasta noodles. I didn't use a fork or knife once during the course. They kept giving me a new spoon every time the menu changed. The creamy fish soup in the shape of tiramisu was also unique. The food was small enough to be eaten in one bite, but I felt quite full after eating it. I don't know much about Italian wine, so I drank a bottle of cheap wine that was recommended, and it was delicious. Since I'm used to stimulating flavors, it was good to savor the flavors of each menu that brought out the original flavors of the ingredients. It was a unique experience to see the dishes with my eyes rather than the taste, and to see how they broke away from the composition of existing famous dishes and made them into new interpretations. Oh, and the store is in the basement of the hotel.

26/06/2025: We went to this place for dinner based on good reviews on TripAdvisor, but this time the good reviews turned out to be misleading. We didn’t like it. Not the atmosphere, not the service, not the food. We were disappointed. Our most unfortunate dinner choice in Rome.

10/06/2025: We were in Naples, Sardinia and finished our Italian vacation in a vrbo a little outside of Rome. Found this gem of a restaurant by luck. Best meal in Italy. Walked in with no reservation and were greeted be Dominic as soon as we walked in the door. Dominic had his hands full of glasses and dishes resetting a table. He immediately stopped what he was doing and got us promptly sat. The restaurant is BEAUTIFUL! There is an amazing garden that you can enjoy and the food was awesome. Best pizza we had. More of what we would call a Flatbread pizza in America with a killer crispy crust.The fried zucchini is a must have. I dont know what kind of sauce they served with it but it was amazing! Everything was perfect and even tho we don't speak Italian, Dominic made us feel like we were regulars and his English was quite good! A must go to if you are in the area! Thank you Dominic for making our last night in Italy a memorable one!

30/06/2025: Quick lunch yesterday between 2 friends. Random but perfect discovery near the Colosseum, a cacio e pepe and a super gricia! Really welcoming staff, it feels like being at home! Very well-kept place, informal and not touristy! And the entrance in the shade of a creeper attracted us...highly recommended!

04/07/2025: Great place. Highly recommended. In an area full of tourist traps, a true Roman osteria. The dishes aren't extensive, so it's not a cheap place. But the quality of the food is EXCELLENT. Ask about the off-menu dishes. Their variety of ravioli is wonderful. The atmosphere and service are also excellent.

30/06/2025: The wait staff was kind and patient as I attempted my limited Italian. They made great recommendations. The location was lovely and quiet even in the middle of the Jubilee. Food (a lot of seafood options) was delicious. I'm not sure what our dessert was (a recommendation from our waiter), but it was delicious!

29/06/2025: Spotted this Osteria from New Zealand before we left on holiday. it was on my to try list and was only 1 min from our accommodation. Turns out it was a winner. There are 100.s of restaurants to try in the area, this one combines great food, friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. It was busy so I would recommend booking. We will most definitely be back for more.

10/06/2025: I went with my family to this restaurant on June 2, 2025, Republic Day, attracted by the reviews on Google. I called to book a table and was told that on that day they would not take reservations. So I showed up and had to queue for a bit (about an hour), however the wait was repaid by the food we ate: carbonara for me and classic meatballs for my wife, really very good. Kind and helpful staff and honest prices. Definitely a place to keep in mind for the next occasions when we will take a walk in the center.
