04/11/2025: I've been here three times and would dine here every night if I could. Everything is thought out down to the smallest detail: the location, the service, and the food. The Fassona tartare is undoubtedly my favorite appetizer. The prices are high but absolutely fair considering the quality of the experience.

15/10/2025: The food was good and well-cooked, but the "wow" factor was missing: you ate like you would at a grandmother's house who knows how to cook. The first course with truffles was very good, but the one with white duck ragù was a little less so, too salty and a bit dry. The location was very charming, the service was adequate, but the prices were far too high for the type of food offered. We had a mixed appetizer for two (€22), a burrata (€15), and two first courses, water, and two coffees (€2.50 each). We spent €45 each: perhaps a bit too much considering the setting.

14/11/2025: What a gem. We just happen to walk by and made reservations for that evening. It was outrageously delicious and the ambiance was incredible. Imagine eating beautifully prepared roman dishes in an ancient theater. It’s unique charming. The service perfect We are actually going back for our last dinner in Rome. What a find!

05/12/2025: A truly welcoming trattoria, with a small but relaxing atmosphere. You feel right at home. The owner is truly kind and attentive to our requests. The dishes are traditional Roman and the wine is excellent, all truly delicious! We'll definitely be back.

04/12/2025: We ate here in the evening. The carbonara was delicious, although we would have liked the portions to be a bit larger. The Aperol was also very tasty. The service was very friendly!

29/11/2025: Chosen by chance, but a truly excellent choice. A cute little place, welcoming staff, and friendly owner. Excellent rigatoni alla gricia and excellent green pepper fillet... fair price. Next time we come to Rome, we'll definitely be back.

27/11/2025: Friendly atmosphere and food is great here. The artichoke alla romana is soft and braised properly, cacio e pepe has a nice al dente texture without being too hard and not too salty, the best is their oxtail stew. I would comeback again for this.

04/12/2025: I ordered a biodynamic white wine, Malvasia di Candia, listed for €22. On the nose, I immediately detected a distinct acetic aroma, which was confirmed by the taste. I then asked the waiter to taste the wine himself to assess the flaw. After tasting, I was told that the flavor was normal for a biodynamic wine, that it was exactly what it should have, and that perhaps I was unfamiliar with biodynamic wines. That's not the case: it was a 2022 vintage, and three years is already too long for a Malvasia, especially for a biodynamic wine that doesn't benefit from the antibacterial protection provided by sulfites. Ultimately, it was a wine ruined by a distinct acetic note. It's not my style to embarrass my wife and ruin a meal over an argument: I ordered another wine and paid for both. But I won't be returning to this restaurant. Regarding the restaurant owner's response, I'd like to point out that the waiter absolutely didn't offer to replace it with another bottle, as is usual in these situations, nor to remove it from the bill; he simply brought me a cork, telling me that "you can take it home, since you paid for it." Never before has that happened in my life! I forgot to mention it because I didn't want to be cruel. Obviously, I declined the "offer," telling him to take it away, which he did. For the sake of truth...

08/11/2025: A lovely place with a beautiful view. Fast and attentive service. The dishes were very well prepared and delicious. Returning for dinner, I confirmed the attention to detail in the dishes and the choice of ingredients. The desserts were also delicious.

11/12/2025: Everything was excellent and the price/quality ratio was good. The place is quite quiet, so it's hard to find them.
