03/08/2025: Negative experience, 2 people, a miserable appetizer with half a bruschetta, a small piece of cheese and decent cured meats, the first courses, the second course to forget, mixed roast with a slice of chicken, in total 4 small pieces of meat, inedible chicory, total 62 euros, absurd, never again

24/07/2025: Immediately after eating a caprese salad & aperol spritz here, I got sick from stomach. For sure I’ll never come back, ruined my day! And that caprese salad was ridiculously prepared 3 balls of small mozzarelle and 3-4 small tomato. Are you joking? I live in Italy too and never seen this caprese anywhere else so far, in this way.

12/07/2025: A hidden gem. Restaurant was off the main streets and provided traditional food. Waiters were friendly and attentive. Ordered the carbonara, steak, chicory, lasagne, ravioli and tiramisu. Home made ravioli was a highlight.

27/06/2025: We had the most wonderful lunch hiding away from the Roman heat. We wanted to get the artichokes but our wonderful waiter let us know it wasn’t the season and we should get the zucchini flowers instead. So happy he did because they were done to perfection. Then we got the Spaghetti Carbonara which was the best we had ever tried anywhere! Phenomenal service, so kind, and amazing food. A must see!

31/07/2025: Delicious! We were there twice during our vacation. It's close to Lake Trasimeno, but much less touristy. Mostly locals eat here, and you can taste it. The location might not seem inviting, but it doesn't have to be. The food is delicious. We tried the various pasta dishes and pizza. Everything was very tasty. The pasta portions weren't huge; it's primi piati, of course, so no huge plates full of it. Instead, we had plates of truly homemade pasta. Delicious. The pasta with garlic, pomodori, and bacon is especially recommended. A nice wine to go with it. The owner/waiter works tirelessly, but remains hospitable and makes sure you have everything you need. The food was delicious. Highly recommended!! Authentic Italian cuisine.

29/07/2025: The owner welcomes us in an 80s atmosphere. We ordered a simple platter of excellent cured meats and cheeses, but what makes the difference, in addition to the excellent products, is a delicious onion jam with berries. We continue with the excellent cod and special pici alla carbonara. We decide to have a Margherita pizza, even if with some doubts, but we receive an excellent pizza, perfect dough, very tasty, very delicious, and we finish with a shortcrust pastry with cream and peaches, the price is a gift for everything we ate and for the excellent products. We will return as soon as possible, thanks to the very kind owners who reflect the authenticity of the dishes they offer. Highly recommended.

27/07/2025: The dishes are abundant and exquisite. We prefer to have lunch inside the restaurant, so we can cool off for a while and enjoy the peace and quiet. Highly recommended.

14/07/2025: Roman trattoria on the outskirts of town with a good selection of meats. I appreciated the menu selection, which allows for a great dinner with friends at a very reasonable price. The meat was excellent, and the pici alla amatriciana was delicious. The mixed antipasti were good and just the right amount to keep you hungry for the hearty dishes to come. We'll be back.

25/07/2025: Questa graziosa Osteria è un posto "piccolo" quanto accogliente: vi sentirete subito a casa!Il personale vi coccolerà mentre vi darà una mano a scegliere tra piatti creati con ingredienti primi sublimi e cucinati alla perfezione!Ogni giorno preparano pane e pasta freschi, fatti in casa, e credetemi: si sente!L'ottima scelta dei vini e il sapore divino dei dolci vi faranno sicuramente tornare in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso... Provare per credere!

16/07/2025: We went a few nights ago with a couple of friends. We had a great time and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The food was excellent, including all the different dishes we ordered. We were particularly impressed with the service; the waiters were always friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this place; our experience was perfect!

19/07/2025: First restaurant we tried when we arrived in Italy. The food portions were enough for our hungry kids. It’s a small spot but they were able to accommodate all 9 of us. The food was good as well as the service.

19/07/2025: Was looking for some authentic lagsana and Hostaria la Scalinata didn’t disappoint. It’s a nice local restaurant with super friendly staff (M) who made me feel very welcomed. A nice spot to have dinner near Spagna after a long day of walk around the city.

16/06/2025: We went to Osteria Dal Micione and we were thrilled! The place is welcoming, rustic and with a family atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The carbonara is among the best we have ever eaten: creamy to perfection, tasty and prepared with top quality ingredients. The other Roman dishes are also excellent - the mixed fried food and amatriciana are highly recommended! The staff is kind, smiling and always available. Honest prices and generous portions. An authentic place, perfect for those who love good Italian cuisine. We will definitely be back

13/07/2025: We had a great time..everything was good..we had booked for our wedding anniversary but the reservation had not been noted. The owner still found us a table for 5 and did everything to solve the problem. Thanks again to her for our evening.

13/07/2025: Best pasta I had in Rome without a doubt!! The pasta was delicate and fresh, the ragu was flavourful. Very nice service as well. I probably wouldn’t sit outside again, it’s a tiny street and there are cars driving right in front of you, but indoors has a good vibe too.
