I migliori ristoranti di cucina cucina romana

17/06/2025: Ristorante di altissimo livello qualitativo e professionale. Estrema cura del cliente senza mai essere invadenti, con piatti della tradizione italiana rivisitati in modo sublime, attraverso una cucina ricercata e innovativa. Vengono serviti piatti gourmet ma dosando le quantità in modo assolutamente soddisfacente per i palati più raffinati, con impiattamenti eccellenti. Coccole per i clienti con entree e dessert offerti dalla casa. A mio avviso un posto imperdibile se amate la cucina italiana e capitate a Roma.

15/06/2025: Después de varios días en Roma, el funcionamiento de los restaurantes de pasta y pizza de molino empieza a ser un poco viejo. Además, debido a que Roma es tan turística, muchos lugares no sienten la necesidad de mantener sus estándares altos. Eso no es una acusación. Es solo un hecho económico de la vida. Estos lugares están tratando con una multitud itinerante por lo que muchos de estos lugares no sienten la necesidad de sacar el producto de la mejor calidad posible. Creo que antico Arco es una excepción a esto. Está en un lugar muy bonito fuera de los caminos trillados. Sin duda un viaje en taxi desde el centro histórico, aunque creo que uno podría caminar allí si uno estuviera alojado en Trastevere El servicio es profesional y el menú es interesante. La carta de vinos tiene lo que uno quiera. La comida está bien hecha y sabrosa. Este es también un restaurante muy romántico. Aprecio lo que están haciendo aquí y les deseo lo mejor.

28/04/2025: A nice surprise in Via del Mandrione: the family that runs it is very friendly, especially Mrs Francesca. The dishes taken demonstrated how taste and style can be combined with popular Roman tradition. Their tiramisu was much appreciated by everyone, fair prices. To return.

19/04/2025: Accattone è una trattoria che mi sento di raccomandare con piena convinzione: ottimo menù, pietanze squisite, porzioni generose, servizio cordialissimo e premuroso, atmosfera godibile e molto confortevole, il contesto intorno unico. I prezzi sono molto ragionevoli, il che non guasta. Lo abbiamo eletto a nostro ristorante di riferimento in zona (e non solo)!

04/06/2025: Ho scoperto per caso questa trattoria romana durante il mio pernottamento a Roma nel mese di maggio. Si tratta di una trattoria locale ma non troppo romanesca nell’arredamento, con belle foto panoramiche di Roma e un lungo dehor. Ci è piacuta moltissimo. Cibo buono (tagliatelle alla pajata, gricia, coda alla vaccinara e il tiramisol buonissimi) e abbondante (beh siamo a Roma, ma ci sono le 1/2 porzioni che salvano), cucina romana con qualche variazione estrosa, sempre presenti piatti fuori menù, servizio veloce, tanta simpatia. Il conto (per noi turisti) onesto con una cortesia speciale. Consiglio, come ho fatto, di prenotare. Appena entrati ci hanno fatto accomodare subito. Alessio è stato molto caro, gentile e paziente con noi stranieri del nord. Da tornare per la prossima gita.

16/06/2025: Me and my dad went here for our last meal in Rome and it was the best one out of all the places we had been to. The restaurant is on the pricier side but well worth it. The staff were all very welcoming charming and kind, adding to the experience (especially Vito who was a real angel). The food came quickly and it was delicious. We had a shared salad, salmon, potatoes, and truffle pizza which were all great (especially the truffle pizza, the best pizza we have had in Italy so far). Then for Desert we had the tiramisu, which was exceptional, and their mud-cake with vanilla ice cream and strawberries.

13/06/2025: Superb first courses. The place is wonderful, on top of Trinità dei Monti. If the first courses are so good I can imagine the second courses, I will definitely return. Superb tiramisu, kind and friendly. And then there is an ancient piano that still plays very well and creates a romantic and ancient Roman atmosphere. Thank you

10/06/2025: We were in this tavern last Saturday and we had a great time. We ordered both first and second courses, everything was really good, the staff was kind and courteous, the prices were fair.

04/06/2025: If you want to feel at home and eat a lot and well, a stop here is a must. Carbonara sublime! As soon as I have the chance I will definitely go back.

16/06/2025: Typical local cuisine of the highest quality, I went 3 times and there was nothing I didn't like! Rustic and familiar atmosphere, modest prices. Highly recommended!

15/06/2025: The service was in general good and staff friendly and helpful. Fish was also good, but The Burgers were dry and chips to oily, would bit recommend them. In the end the Tips were included in the bill and charged extra without informing us which is not very nice sign and feels a little like scum. Do not recommend to do it like that or at least inform customers in advance. Here we noticed it only after we paid and gave also tips extra. Not very professional.

20/06/2025: Amazing! Best food I had so far in rome. Classic and creative dishes. Everybody was super nice. So much better than all of the overhyped places. Totally underrated!

19/06/2025: A nice characteristic place in the heart of Trastevere the food is excellent the staff is polite and they don't make you wait long between courses. A really nice experience.

16/06/2025: Interno del locale molto carino!! Buono il crostino Virginiae e i fiori di zucca!! Idem gli spaghetti cacio e pepe!! Tutto servito in piatti super colorati! Complimenti a Silvano x simpatia ed empatia!!

03/06/2025: It's the first time we've been for dinner, A very welcoming and unpretentious trattoria, the staff very kind and always available, we ate from appetizer to dessert, all the courses were delicious and well prepared, for seven people we spent about 140 euros, very little for what we ate. We will return again because we didn't manage to try everything. Highly recommended.

02/06/2025: I went to this tavern with my boyfriend and we can only speak highly of it! Everything was delicious, from the starters to the desserts, with generous portions and more than fair prices. A special mention goes to the amatriciana: simply fantastic, among the best I've ever tasted! (The carbonara was no exception) The staff was super friendly and nice, they made us feel at home right away with a warm and authentic welcome. A truly pleasant experience that I recommend to anyone who wants to eat well and spend a meal in a familiar and genuine environment. We will definitely be back! -Brindisi

11/06/2025: If you are looking for authentic Roman cuisine this is the place for you. Excellent dishes, generous portions and Mrs. Luisa at the service are a fantastic recipe. Reservations are absolutely recommended.

08/06/2025: If you are looking for authentic Roman cuisine without frills, you are in the right place! I am sorry I did not take pictures, but I was too hungry!! The atmosphere is simple and informal, made warm by Mrs. Luisa in the dining room, of infinite sweetness and helpfulness!! Absolutely popular prices, because for 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 2 side dishes, 2 desserts, 2 water, 1 large beer, 1 coffee and a sambuca we spent €78!! If I am not mistaken, the bill did not include the service charge. Go there but remember to book, because the place is small!

19/06/2025: An excellent restaurant that stands out from the crowd. Refined Roman cuisine, full of thoughtful touches for guests throughout the meal. An extraordinary wine list, with a wide selection of ready-to-drink wines. A real treat.

05/06/2025: After 21 years I returned to this restaurant. Everything is like 21 years ago: the delicious Roman cuisine, the typical environment where you feel at home and the kind, helpful staff, beautiful people. It seemed to me to return to a dream that I thought was lost. See you soon, I will not wait another 20 years to return.

02/06/2025: We ordered the Lonza casareccia appetizer and 2 first courses: amatriciana and carbonara. The best thing we ate was the loin. The bread in the basket, given while waiting for the dishes to arrive, was hard, in fact we ate the breadsticks to accompany the loin which was simply a plate of cured meats, without any accompaniment. The first courses were the most disappointing part of the dinner: in the carbonara you couldn't taste the egg at all and it was full of parmesan, so much so that it made you disgusted. The amatriciana on the other hand was a pasta with sauce with lots of parmesan and a few pieces of softened bacon. We strongly advise against it, especially for those who want to eat typical first courses of Roman cuisine. We hope that the rest of the menu will be fine, but we certainly won't be back to check.

20/06/2025: Highly recommend the pizza from Amalfi Madre! The margherita was very good and the Diavolo was AMAZING. We also really enjoyed the bruschetta. The service was wonderful (gratzie, Valentino!) and we felt the price was more than fair for GOOD Italian pizza. There was some air conditioning inside and the restrooms were clean and very nice. It was such a pleasant experience that our large family went there twice over the course of just a few days. Highly recommend!!

20/06/2025: So good we went back for a second time during our trip! Definitely get the bruschetta and the fra diavola pizza! Valentino was a great waiter!
