08/03/2026: We were there today for our grandmother's birthday, we were treated wonderfully, and the food was truly delicious.
Appetizers included cured meats, ricotta, and a lovely trio of beans with pork rind, tripe, and giblets. I'll just say that mopping up the bread is a must! 😉
Then moving on to the first courses, my husband finally enjoyed a nice plate of pasta with paiata, as he calls it, done perfectly! My gnocchi with artichokes, crispy bacon, and pecorino were out of this world, and then the other classics, like carbonara and gricia, were also excellent. The tagliata and arrosticini were delicious.
And a big thank you also goes to the very friendly staff.
We'll definitely be back.

08/03/2026: What a lovely place! Super welcoming, a rich menu of traditional dishes, also available in gluten-free and vegan options, generous portions, and so much flavor.
I was just passing through and it's a shame I live so far away, but if I ever come back this way, I'll definitely stop here.

12/01/2026: This restaurant is located in a tourist area, so we were expecting a tourist trap, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Special mention goes to the Allamatriciana pasta, the best we tasted during our stay in Rome.

14/03/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance after a bad experience with another local restaurant that was closed despite a reservation.
We didn't have a reservation and the place was packed, but the staff was incredibly kind and found us a table anyway. The food was truly excellent, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.
It was a wonderful discovery. We'll definitely be back.

11/03/2026: A wonderful experience! We wanted Alfredo and pesto specifically on this trip and tho was exactly what we had dreamed of.
Samuel was very helpful making sure we were taken care of but also given the time to enjoy the pasta experience. 10/10 would come again. Cocktails were fantastic as well, and the bread was soft and paired excellently with the pasta dishes. Leaving full and satisfied thanks to great food and even better service! Thanks again Sam!!

16/03/2026: This was the BEST carbonara and amatriciana I had in Rome to this day! And I did eat these in many MANY restaurants there. Honestly the carbonara got me emotional. Such a wonderful surprise since we stumbled upon this place when walking near the hotel. It is definitely a simple place but the food is outstanding! Great bread and wine too.

07/03/2026: Delicious food (handmade pasta) in a lovely, pleasant atmosphere with a very friendly owner.
As a family, we ate there several times during our week-long trip to Rome and would have loved to go back even more often.
Be sure to save room for dessert!

Delicious carbonara and perfect cacio e pepe! Friendly, kind, and smiling staff! A hidden gem in one of the most chaotic and touristy areas of Rome!
