07/04/2024: The existing restaurant was full, so we went to Plan B restaurant at 3pm. It was full of locals and tourists. We waited, and the owner, who seemed to be a calm and gentle person, told us to wait and eat the cherries provided at the entrance even though he was crowded with customers. We waited for about 20 minutes while eating the fresh, refreshing cherries. The restaurant is packed with tables so close together that the space between them and the next table is quite narrow. During meals, tables may bump into each other as servers and guests come and go. Personally, none of this was particularly problematic. I had a great meal at a narrow table while chatting briefly in English with a middle-aged Italian couple at the table next to me, and it was nice to see the atmosphere of the locals dining in the crowded restaurant and the neatness of the servers. If you want a quiet and calm restaurant atmosphere or professional servers, I would dare to tell you to go to another restaurant. The food was starter mozzarella tomato basil, second carbonara, third sliced ​​steak and cheese, and two glasses of wine. The mozzarella tomatoes were the ultimate in fresh ingredients. Italians were so jealous that they could eat such fresh and delicious mozzarella at a low price. Carbonara is really delicious. The flavor is excellent. Looking at other Korean reviews, the reason it doesn't suit their taste is that it's salty compared to Korean pasta, but I think it's because the locals' basic seasoning + naturally salty pasta (guachale, cheese). This is also no problem. The steak was also lean, and the wines, Merlot and Chardonnay, were decent. PS While eating, I noticed the uniforms and newspaper illustrations hanging on the wall, and the owner who first guided the wait was one of the legends of the AS Roma soccer team. We couldn't take a picture together because we were busy, but it was great to see that soccer was successful and the restaurant was successful.

05/04/2024: I went there with a friend last week and I was very impressed. We took a rich mixed platter, with really high quality Roman cured meats and cheeses. Then we tried the trio of meatballs and second courses, perfect for those who want to try more traditional dishes. The waiter was very friendly and approachable, it's worth going there (and coming back)!

01/04/2024: Excellent. Every time we pass through Rome we can't help but go there to eat. Small but welcoming. Renato, with a gruff appearance, is a DOC guest as is Mrs. Luisa (who does not look gruff). However, CHAPEAU to the Chef and whoever is in the kitchen. Delicious dishes prepared with skill and, despite the originality, respecting tradition, which reigns supreme. Last but not least, the very kind and attentive waiters. Special mention to Irene, kind and attentive, never intrusive, who always has the foresight of someone who knows how to do this job well and seriously. We greet our Sardinian compatriots, who are also wonderful.

10/03/2024: Evening in the company of friends, fixed menu... too bad that our son (a minor by the way) not only ate only a plate of meat but obviously only drank water (obviously being a minor)! Moral of the story... once dinner is over, once at the checkout we point out that our son following us has only eaten a plate of meat with water so we expect consistency from the restaurateur... instead we are told that since we all belong to a group of adults the costs of the wine must be recovered!... Result., 40 euros per person (being two adults it is 80.. plus an additional 40 and we are at 120!! Congratulations for the dishonesty No comment Unrepeatable experience.

06/04/2024: an ancient trattoria which today, after one hundred years of history, is a famous restaurant, elegant but not formal, with a traditional but constantly evolving menu, in which Leopoldo and Leonardo could certainly experiment, innovate, without however forgetting the origins; the terrace is pleasant, with a view of Rome, to be enjoyed especially during spring.

29/03/2024: Exceptional service, beautiful space with art deco features and a lovely terrace, and suggest that you take the waiter’s recommendation - the lamb he suggested to us was perfectly cooked and flavoured.

06/04/2024: Ate shrimp and spaghetti with clams there. I chose the prawns for 14 without a side dish as this is not included. The more expensive king prawns were charged for 18. It didn't taste particularly good. Bread was charged at 2 euros for both people, even though only one pack of breadsticks was eaten and I didn't eat any bread. Since we were hurrying to the train, we didn't look at the bill until later. Rip off and not recommended!

06/04/2024: My family loved this place. My son was looking for a lasagna and he found the perfect one for his quest. The atmosphere was so friendly, with the waitress and my son tried his Italian with a waitress. The serving speed was absolutely rapid, and the food was out of this world. When we left, the waitress held my son up Ang gave him 5 lollipops. Great food, great service, 5 stars.
