06/12/2025: Excellent, high-quality food... a beautiful, welcoming place, with friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend it. The owner, Angelo, and his wife are unbeatable. I recommend the tiramisu, accompanied by excellent grappa.

01/12/2025: I can only give it 5 stars... well-deserved! I'm celiac and stopped by on a Sunday for lunch with friends and family. The owner has personal, as well as professional, experience with my "problem": from the moment I called to inquire and make a reservation, I immediately felt at ease. Not only was I able to enjoy lunch with complete peace of mind, but all the dishes we'd agreed upon over the phone for the entire table were prepared gluten-free! I enjoyed an excellent mixed antipasto accompanied by gluten-free packaged bread, lasagna, and pasta with ragù, as well as roast beef with potatoes. Everything was excellent and cooked according to Roman tradition. They also prepared a truly delicious dessert for me, a mousse-like dessert on a chocolate and puffed rice base. I absolutely recommend booking, so the restaurant owners can guarantee you a unique, safe, and inclusive experience.

10/09/2025: The 80s style Roman inn ranking, a nice, cosy place where you eat really well with fair prices, obviously don't expect super abundant dishes like once upon a time but on the other hand the costs are no longer the same but with hunger you don't leave WORTH IT

18/07/2025: A pleasant surprise! Small but cozy restaurant! The waitress was very kind! We ordered... Pumpkin and cod fritters appetizer! What are you doing? Are you going to miss out?...😅 And mussels with pepper!... Mmmmmm! 🤤 What the hell am I telling you!... Super food!... Thanks for everything!

04/12/2025: I had the gnocchi in bianco with wild boar and the rabbit cacciatore, both excellent. The portions were generous and the service was kind and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

19/11/2025: Quiet place, good osteria, friendly waiters, very reasonable price: 1 water, 1 fried potato, 1 battered zucchini, 1 gricia, 1 carbonara, 2 coffees, bread, and a cover charge: €33. We stumbled upon it by chance, but we'll definitely be back for the abbachio. If you want to eat traditional Roman cuisine and soak up Roman culture, it's a must.

07/12/2025: We had made a reservation online, a bit late, which hadn't been registered; but the waiters and staff were very accommodating. They managed to get us a table even though the restaurant was very busy, and we had a wonderful evening! In addition to the excellent service, the pasta was delicious, and the tiramisu was just as good. If we return to Rome, we will definitely come back here; it was fantastic! Thank you so much!

30/11/2025: They are kind. The noodles are a bit... it might not taste good to Koreans. The noodles are thick and al dente, so they taste like they're separate from the sauce.

23/11/2025: The tasting menu started fabulous with a mashed potatoes truffle bite. Every dish after that got worse and worse. We didn't finish the main, the cheese, or our desserts they were so bad. It felt like the chef (if they even had any training?) wasn't even trying to make cohesive dishes with flavor, texture, or temperature in mind (steak with a milky sauce and cold tamatoes? Tiramisu with whipped cream instead of marsapone?) Even the wait staff didn't seem surprised we didn't finish our dishes. We were highly disappointed in our experience. The wine was good, surprisingly. Seems like a fancy tourist trap for travestere. Would not recommend to anyone for a true fine dining experience.

13/12/2025: At least once a month, a stop at Nonna Maria is a must. I've never had better carbonara, despite trying countless trattorias in Rome. The staff is kind and patient, and despite a short wait (easily bearable), it's absolutely worth it. The desserts are equally as delicious! The tiramisu and chocolate salami are divine. I can't wait to go back!

01/12/2025: After a long flight from the US and arriving in Rome early in the morning, we were exhausted. With heavy rain pouring outside, we didn’t want to venture far from our hotel so we decided to try the rooftop restaurant, La Fata Ignorante, at the iQ Hotel. It turned out to be the perfect choice. The rooftop setting is cozy, warm, and inviting, exactly what we needed after a long travel day. The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, attentive without being intrusive, and really added to the experience. The food was a standout. The pasta carbonara was absolutely amazing rich, creamy, perfectly cooked, and easily one of the best versions we’ve had. And the tiramisu deserves a special mention: it was hands down the best we had in all of Italy during our trip. Prices were very reasonable, especially considering it’s a hotel restaurant with such a nice atmosphere and high-quality dishes. Overall, La Fata Ignorante exceeded our expectations and offered the perfect first meal in Rome. We highly recommend it, whether you're staying at iQ Hotel or simply looking for a great, relaxed dining experience.

The service is unfortunately a bit slow, but that's probably due to the fact that it's the Christmas holidays, but the fact remains that 20 minutes for the first courses is a bit too long... a small flaw that, however, is overlooked given the quality. The staff are very kind and polite. Would I go back? YES

14/12/2025: We were incredibly lucky after a day of sightseeing in Rome to find this cozy spot in such a touristy area. We tried two pasta dishes and a margarita. The beer was fantastic, and the tiramisu was great too. Very reasonably priced.

17/11/2025: A restaurant in the green Castelli Romani area, with a beautiful view of the sea. I was already familiar with their cuisine from the previous location, and they certainly lived up to their promise. The meat was incredibly tender and of excellent quality (my 6-year-old daughter literally devoured a tagliata without even needing to cut it, it was so tender). The restaurant was meticulously maintained and very, very clean, which is not a given these days. The wait staff were all very courteous and always available without being intrusive. There were 14 of us there, and none of us waited on anyone else, meaning the dishes arrived immediately, not one before and one after, given the number of diners. The staff was highly recommended, and the owner was kind and attentive. The ingredients were top-quality. I highly recommend it if you want to eat well and, above all, enjoy GOOD meat. A fair price, considering we were almost eating at the tables, and considering many of the dishes featured porcini mushrooms and prized black truffles, the portions were generous, contrary to what you might think. We ate appetizers at the center of the table, almost a first and second course each, and desserts for everyone, in addition to the six bottles of wine. I will definitely return, especially if I want to bring someone and be sure of a good time. I almost forgot, we were in a private room on the first floor that also had a bathroom, while many on the main floor only have one.

08/12/2025: A glimpse of Rome down in the heel of Italy! 🍝 Really delicious pasta in the middle of Lecce! Right at the entrance you are greeted by a very homely feeling when you ring the doorbell just like an apartment. The owner of the restaurant is incredibly welcoming and makes sure that the food served is to your satisfaction. Recommend booking a table, often full.

07/12/2025: The aroma is always top-notch. My wife and I come here too infrequently, but every time we stop by, it feels like home. Today, after many years, we returned with the kids and even our dog (who is very welcome). Attentive service, excellent food, and the drinks are also good. Fabiana and Stefano are passionate about their work, and it shows!

05/12/2025: We've been in Rome for three days, and Mimì e Cocò is already one of our favorite restaurants. The carbonara was the best we've ever had, and the lasagna was spectacular too. Paloma served us, and her service and attention were definitely top-notch. We'll definitely be back.
