Typical Roman food restaurant. Located in a non-central neighborhood. Very good starter with truffle crostini and ham. The house offers bruschetta with tomato. The first dish, the pasta, serves two or three people without exaggeration, it should be 250 gr. I chose a gricia and I didn't regret it, very good, stitching on point, great balance. Tiramisù dessert...... good. I was satisfied. The only negative note, as always, is the air conditioning. The equipment cannot cool down when the room is full.
Times have changed, today the dishes are normal. It remains very good, I recommend it

Excellent Roman trattoria: the food is good, the portions are huge 😉, the owner is very kind, the service is instant and the prices are more than reasonable. And in fact there was a full house, almost all local people (and this says a lot). Well done!

I have certainly eaten better in other locations, dry and grisa carbonara without the taste. Courteous and quick service.

Scrivo la recensione che non ho ancora lasciato il locale. Sono qui con amici al termine di una buonissima cena. Piatti della tradizione romana abbondanti e genuini. Ci siamo stati un mesetto fa e ci siamo tornati. Qui Dar Bottarolo a Tor Marancia ci sentiamo già di casa.
