06/08/2024: We were on our way to take a tour of Vatican City and were looking for a small restaurant for a light lunch. This was a nice spot to cool down. They offered us water upon entering and provided the full menu when asked…the specials were a little too heavy for midday. I had the spinach a ricotta ravioli and it was delicious. My husband said the gnocchi was one of the best he’d ever had. Overall service was alright but felt a little odd being the only ones in the restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant for others looking for a quick, light lunch.

04/08/2024: Ristorante a conduzione familiare con cucina veramente tipica romana. Oltre all'ottima qualità della pasta, i secondi piatti sono preparati alla perfezione. Il tiramisù è stato il migliore che ho provato a Roma.

04/08/2024: I give the second star only for the kindness of the girls in the room and for the decor. Based on food and VALUE FOR MONEY I would have given it "unclassifiable". High prices, small portions and mediocre food quality. Green peppers served with 3 pieces of cheese, half a cob with some spices on top, a small plate of fettuccine with mediocre sauce, spoon desserts in the true sense of the word because with one spoonful they were finished. List of exclusively natural wines, a choice that I personally don't agree with but it's okay, especially if you have a competent sommelier in the room who can direct the choice. High prices also for wines. I don't know if it's a coincidence that it's frequented a lot by tourists but for being in San Lorenzo, it's far from a popular place. Total 62 euros per person!!! Pretentious. I wouldn't go back.

06/08/2024: We found this restaurant walking near our hotel. I am really baffled why their rating is lower than a 4.0, we had a great experience. The caprese salad, minestrone soup, amatricana pasta, and everything else we ordered was phenomenal. What was equally a surprise was the amazing service. Claudio was our waiter and he was the sweetest, kindest man. We ended with fresh watermelon and limoncello. I will be back when I visit Roma again.

03/08/2024: I read a lot of negative reviews relating to school groups, it's probably more than one of the same people who didn't have a good time and I can't tell you what happens with 70 people, but my experience with tables of 2/8 people is 5 stars. Tasty and quality food, I would like to recommend the meat with fillet at the highest levels. I normally eat at the tables outside and the place is comfortable and clean, the waiters are impeccable in removing annoying people who frequent the largest railway station in Italy, allowing you to eat in relaxation. The price is fair and average and the owner is always present and ready to intervene to fix any errors and to pamper the customers who trust him. Kudos to you for running a family-run restaurant in a place where many others are targeting the hit-and-run tourist.

14/08/2024: Extremely slow service, we waited 25 minutes for 3 beers and a bottle of water even though we were the only guests.

14/08/2024: Our first place that we stopped at in Rome as we it was so close to our Airbnb location - quite literally around the corner. Staff were friendly, seated us quickly, and were ready to take our order whenever. I had a very large beer for around 8 euro (not bad considering the size of it) and my girlfriend and I split a pizza that we enjoyed. Definitely a nice little area to quickly grab a beer, pizza, pasta, and more.

13/08/2024: Clean restaurant, possibility of eating inside with air conditioning or outside in peace, central location, very easy to reach, very friendly and helpful staff, the owner Francesco is a very competent person, he can advise you based on your every culinary desire. I was there July 2024.. I recommend it. I will happily return..

Piatti proposti molto buoni ed interessanti, vini assolutamente all’altezza. Rapporto qualità/prezzo adeguato, considerata la location e la qualità dei cibi. Unico piccolo neo, il parcheggio…ma basta prendersi 5/10 minuti in più prima di arrivare. Lo consiglio

08/08/2024: Starters and second courses to forget, dessert and coffee and bitters not on the menu. If you don't want to binge without limits, go and eat well in an à la carte restaurant for the same price. Perfect service and place, shame about the most important thing is the cuisine!

04/08/2024: We have been to this place many times when it just opened. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated a lot. We went there on a Sunday for lunch, the place was almost empty, the food and wine were of poor quality, for the first time we ate almost nothing. I will definitely not come back again.

02/09/2024: Serata tra parenti posto consigliato da mio fratello che è un loro frequentatore da sconsigliare assolutamente. Chiesto menù da 25 euro comprendete antipasto più primo ci viene portato un antipasto da 20 euro che comprendeva 1 Mozzarella 1 ricottina al miele 1 fetta di prosciutto 1 melanzana grigliata 1 zucchina grigliata 1 fettina di mortadella grigliata 1 fettina di frittata al tartufo altezza omelette mezza salsiccia cotta al vino mezza salsiccia secca due piattini di porchetta e due fettine a testa di due diversi tipi di salami 8 primi 1 vino della casa 8 acque e 3 caffe dimenticavo un piattino di pasta al pomodoro per mio nipote totale in 8 persone 291 euro questi non sono prezzi da fraschetta fatto notare che avevamo chiesto il menù antipasto e primo con pagamento di differenza per i primi in quanto sono stati presi dei primi che costavano 1 euro in più di quelli compresi nel menù la loro giustificazione è stata che avevano portato il menù da 20 con solo antipasto. 01/09/2024: Una fraschetta con la F maiuscola per tuo ciò che abbiamo potuto gustare ed apprezzare. Materie prime infinitamente fresche. Servizio celere, cortese e professionale. Il titolare è stato attento ad ogni nostra pretesa. La porchetta la migliore di Ariccia. Complimenti.

27/07/2024: Wow, what an experience. Best food we have had in 3 weeks traveling throughout the country. Highlights: Anchovy endive flan Oxtail gnocchi !! Veal stew !! Mixed salad All the desserts! Great service Focused and exceptional wine list mainly natural. We would highly recommend this location. My only qualm is the atmosphere is a bit sterile and music would be nice to warm up the vibe.

05/08/2024: Super warm and attentive, they make you feel at home in an italian way. Very good food, quaint table, very good service. Recommend for an everyday occasion.
