Overlooking, if ever possible, the nostalgia for the previous management, in the new Settimio you can eat good Roman cuisine with quality raw materials and execution of the dishes in line with the best levels. Courteous and fast service. A serious flaw for me is the total lack of soundproofing of the place, which was recently renovated, which, when crowded, makes normal conversation difficult.

Chic & Very Good!💅🏻😋 Settimio is a very historic place in Rome and although no longer managed by the wonderful couple of old owners, today under the ownership of "Cesare al Casaletto" the tradition of quality and goodness has been maintained if not strengthened!🔥❤️‍🔥 The menu is classic and wonderfully respects the Roman tradition and everything is good and tasty, made with passion and quality!!!💥😍 So yes, a restaurant, but very well frequented and with (deservedly) rather high prices! If you are in the "core" of Rome you must go there!!!🌟🌟🌟

Unfortunately I didn't like the mushroom pasta I had. The whole thing was quite bland and the mushrooms undercooked. My wife's carbonara, however, was superb! Too bad for you !

We saw the reviews and were then recommended this restaurant as an authentic Italian restaurant. We services always excellent, the food was great and the prices were reasonable.

My daughter and I enjoyed a delicious meal here of several seafood items. The service was disappointing however - we were outside and they were so busy inside that I think they didn’t have enough staff. While it was not our best meal in Rome, I would try them again next time I am in the city.

Trattoria nel centro di Roma Mangiato gnocchi buoni, peperoni perché riscaldarli???? La crostata buona In finale tutto buono ma nulla di eccezionale. Servizio troppo lento e prezzi un pelo troppo alti Rimandato

14/03/2024: I was in Rome with my partner for the weekend and we chose this restaurant because it was close to our hotel and had good reviews. It was a good choice. We first had dinner and then also lunch. Taken as appetizers: Giudia style artichokes and courgette flowers stuffed with mozzarella and Alice. First courses: spaghetti all'amatriciana and tonnarelli cheese and pepper. Second course: beef steak with potatoes. Everything really excellent. Friendly staff. I would happily stay here again

06/04/2024: We have been outside on the terrace. A marvel. The food is delicious, we have had 3 different types of pasta, each one better and 2 very delicious meats. You can't leave without having the tiramisu, we loved it! Super soft and tasty. A Roman friend recommended it to us and it shows, we will return!
30/03/2024: Very charming and central place. Good value for money.
