31/01/2026: I went to this restaurant, not knowing it was an all-you-can-eat option. I thought it was a classic Roman trattoria—big mistake!!! No welcome at the door. The waitress, alone in the dining room, was a bit sloppy and unprofessional, I'd say. We pointed out that some of the dishes weren't exactly edible, and she didn't flinch. The food was awful, prepared without any care or attention. 04/02/2026: SuperMario, a great waiter, very friendly and an excellent adviser. Nice place and reasonable bill (the best oxtail stew we've ever eaten).

03/02/2026: Nice restaurant near Via della Conciliazione. Service is good but could be improved. Waiters who hum or don't speak fluent English are unacceptable in my opinion. We had the supplì as an appetizer, which were good, although the breading wasn't well done, thin and flavorless. The filling, however, was good quality and tasty. For our first courses, we had an amatriciana and a cacio e pepe. Both were well-executed, flavorful, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Nothing to complain about.

04/02/2026: I find myself in this "osteria" at this location even though I had booked two days in advance for the Tor dei Cenci Mostacciano location, considering that I'm leaving Caserta for Rome, hoping to eat excellent Roman cuisine... During the reservation process, I'm hastily rushed and answered by a switchboard operator. I specify the location, and she confirms it's about to close. I said, "Sorry, you don't need a last name for the reservation." She replied, "NO NO, DON'T WORRY." I leave. I arrive in Rome after more than 200km. I arrive outside the Tor dei Cenci location, CLOSED... I call the switchboard operator, but they don't know why they were closed either... Anyway, they send me to this other location... I arrive. THERE'S NOT A HORRIBLE SIGN. We're welcomed warmly and politely by a very kind waitress... The place is shabby, the outside is very abandoned... But the food...??? THE WORST CARBONARA, AMATRICIANA, and SALTIMBOCCA ALLA ROMANA I've ever eaten... extremely salty, luckily there were a few pieces of bacon... amatriciana simply tomato sauce with a little extra oil... THIN, HARD, COLD SALTIMBOCCA, GIVING ME THE IMPRESSION OF SOMETHING PRE-COOKED AND REHEATED... NEVER AGAIN I had high hopes... but they left me feeling angry and disappointed.

05/11/2025: I went to this restaurant for lunch. My partner works nearby. I absolutely didn't like the food, nor the quality. The air inside is stale and dark, and the staff isn't friendly. I eat better at home.

10/01/2026: We went in because it looked nice and we thought the food would be great... but we were actually very disappointed. The food seemed reheated, the atmosphere was uncomfortable, and even though the dining room was empty, they crammed people into the tables. They charged us for the bread basket... and the bread was stale and dry. I don't recommend it.

01/01/2026: We stopped at one of the usual tourist restaurants because at least from the outside it looked nice, we had our glasses and napkins changed because they were dirty, we waited 50 minutes for 6 identical first courses, which had been wrong, consequently the pasta that had not yet been seasoned was portioned for 6 even though it was actually 4 portions, when we complained about the 50 minute wait (with at least 4 tables arriving after us who had already eaten) the owner (I presume) started with "enlighten me, which are the tables", furthermore they tried to pass off €10 change in waste paper... not to be repeated
