22/09/2025: I'll start by saying that I've been going to La Sibilla for 30 years; I got married there. But lately, I haven't found it the same way I used to. Sunday The appetizers used to be more inviting (30 euros!!) The scialatielli were simply cut fettuccine, not pasta al ferretto with hard clams (probably pre-heated). There was a mistake on the bill (38 euros of I don't know what), which they said they knew, but I had to report at the cashier. The attire of the lady taking the orders didn't match the place and the very attentive and precise staff. The place is always enchanting... but...

21/09/2025: I wasn't able to eat at this restaurant, but the treatment we received would be 0, so 1 is already a lot. I booked a dinner for two people 16 days in advance for an anniversary, specifically asking for a table on the terrace overlooking the Temple of Diana. I called back two days before to make sure everything was okay. One. When we arrived, I discovered they had reserved us the table facing the kitchen, the furthest out of the way and the furthest from any archaeological site. A private event was taking place on the terrace with loud live music. We had time to drink a glass of water and then left, but not before making our complaints. A historic and renowned restaurant that certainly has its strengths, but a structure that is neither honest nor the least bit attentive to its customers.

12/09/2025: Authentic, flavorful Italian food made with love! The cozy, family-friendly spot is a gem. Must-orders: the Supplì (risotto cheese ball) and the Carbonara—the absolute best I've ever eaten! We also had a fantastic dish with succulent meat and veggies. Highly, highly recommend!

23/09/2025: Delicious food! Nice atmosphere, but perhaps the lights could be dimmed a bit for an even better ambiance. We were well served by Rubi and had a fantastic experience! Definitely recommended.

08/09/2025: Our server Kate was really sweet and gave us really nice service. The food was very good, both the pasta and the pizza. A bit noisy at times, but other than that the vibe was really good.

08/09/2025: When we walked in we were greeted with a “where are you from?”, to which we replied “Alabama”. The host said, “Roll Tide” and it made our day! Pizzas were huge and delicious. Pasta and fried rice croquettes yummy as well. A great place close to the Colosseum.

04/09/2025: Best meal we had during our 1 week visit to Rome! We started with caprese, had lasagna as our 1st course, and then the osso bucco next. This may well I've been the best lasagna I've ever had. We've been home a couple weeks now and I'm salivating just thinking about it!

18/09/2025: When owners know how to do the time-honored job of running restaurants, the quality is evident and felt: in the welcome, in the delicious food! I love dining there. Pasta, potatoes, and provola cheese are exceptional, and they're not the only ones on the menu! Delicious pizza, and I especially recommend the suplì!

15/09/2025: We often come to this restaurant with family and friends. The outdoor area with inflatables for the kids is fantastic. The pizza is very good, but the carbonara is even better. The owners are very friendly.

05/09/2025: I've been to this restaurant several times, always for dinner. What can I say? Their delicacies are guaranteed in terms of quality, deliciousness, and that feeling of love from the first bite! The grilled fillet—my favorite—is simply amazing! If you ever come to Frascati, I highly suggest you stop by and enjoy the great Italian food! If you're a meat lover, this place is definitely for you: you'll simply love it! Rana

11/08/2025: The setting is lovely on a quiet street in Prati. The service was charming and student-friendly. The Chardonnay was enjoyable. The Carni Crude Miste was okay, but nothing remarkable. The Spaghetti Carbonara with Lemon was a bit better. Still, I can't really understand some of the very enthusiastic reviews here. The restaurant is, at best, slightly above average. The prices are also.

28/07/2025: We expected better quality than the Fiorentina: good but nothing exceptional; perhaps we had higher expectations. The service and the unique location didn't disappoint at all. Excellent wine list! The menu certainly offers many other dishes worth trying! Recommended? Yes Will we return? I don't think so.

31/08/2025: We'd been there a while ago, brought by a friend, and we had a great time. Yesterday we were in Castiglione del Lago and we went back. The impression was confirmed. Excellent food, very kind owner, and super fair prices. A delightful discovery.

25/08/2025: Excellent food, very nice place. Portions are perhaps a little small for the area. But the prices are good. The manager (?) is very friendly and uses informal terms without being asked. Slightly inappropriate.

02/09/2025: This is just such a nice place to eat. Food was extremely delicious - we loved it. Very fair pricing. Such nice chef and waiters! If youre looking for an authentic rome-like dinner with great value - we recommend coming here!

17/08/2025: The best pasta I've had in all of Italy was here. Excellent in every way, delicious food, good prices, and especially excellent service from the people who bring the place to life. I'm grateful to have found this place and to have met the people who run it. Special thanks to Esteban and Matilde; it was a pleasure to meet them. I'll always come back.

10/09/2025: The 80s style Roman inn ranking, a nice, cosy place where you eat really well with fair prices, obviously don't expect super abundant dishes like once upon a time but on the other hand the costs are no longer the same but with hunger you don't leave WORTH IT
