The food is excellent (every dish is carefully crafted and never improvised or distorted, as is often the case with overly original dishes). 26/11/2025: We went to this restaurant for lunch and were immediately pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is refined and modern, with ample parking and a dining room overlooking the garden. The owners, including the chef, offered excellent service. The menu, which is seasonal, was truly delicious from start to finish. Furthermore, since I'm not a fan of mushrooms, which were prominent on the menu, the chef prepared appetizers for me that didn't contain them without my asking. An excellent experience, highly recommended!

17/11/2025: I went there for lunch on a Saturday in November 2025, invited to celebrate a friend's birthday. There were about 40 of us. There were no other customers. We sat at a single table, arranged in a U-shape. Excellent food, impeccable service, and a pleasant atmosphere. It's in the countryside, just outside Noci, about 40 minutes from Bari. Adequate parking, no problems. A place I wasn't familiar with, but it deserves a mention. My only complaint: the appetizers were a bit too many. Some menu items: 1) Rigatoni with "San Giovanni"-style cod; 2) Burnt Wheat Bark with Turnip Tops and Cardoncelli Mushrooms; 3) Roast Lamb with Potatoes and Mushrooms.

11/12/2025: A very spacious restaurant with plenty of seating. The menu is adapted to Apulian cuisine, and the flavors are well-balanced and respected. The first courses are plentiful, the appetizers a little less so; we ordered the 10 appetizers as a single course. The staff was truly friendly and attentive. The explanations of the dishes were clear and thorough. Thank you.

09/12/2025: We ate at this characteristic Apulian restaurant, everything was really good, only 2 flaws, the meat dishes were not particularly generous, and the prices were a bit high for the local standards, for the rest nothing to complain, everything was delicious. We are people who travel quite a bit so we know the prices in other areas of Italy too.

08/12/2025: An excellent culinary experience in the heart of Monopoli. Although the trattoria was packed (a clear sign of its popularity) and we had to wait a bit to be seated, the wait was worth it for the quality of the food. We enjoyed traditional cuisine made with high-quality ingredients. The appetizer was the real highlight: a fresh seafood selection, with scampi, red shrimp, oysters, and the signature hairy mussels, all undeniably fresh. The appetizers: from raw seafood (scampi, red shrimp, and hairy mussels) to cuttlefish tagliatelle, to hot dishes like battered cod and prawns in tomato sauce. The first course was surprising: artisanal orecchiette with prawns, mussels, and a delicate sweet pepper cream. We finished with perfectly grilled red mullet from Mazara del Vallo. A cuisine that celebrates the traditions of Monopoli and the Adriatic with excellent ingredients. Absolutely worth trying.

Each visit is a unique experience, beginning in a welcoming and elegant setting, with attentive and friendly service, an excellent selection of wines and cellars that accompany authentic dishes that delight the eyes, mind, and taste buds to the point of inducing the natural and ancestral gesture of "scarpetta" (to mop up the bread), of course, using the delicious homemade bread. Then, we finish with wonderful desserts and excellent spirits. Congratulations to Rocco, Terry, and the entire staff.
