21/01/2026: L'Antica Locanda in Noci (Ba), I returned after a long time, either due to commitments or because it is always full, I was more than happy, characteristic place, refined, clean, beautiful as it has different areas, very welcoming, all TOP staff, lunch from the appetizer to the dessert coffee and I love everything and I repeat EVERYTHING EXCELLENT, a big COMPLIMENT TO EVERYONE, modest prices, it is 1000% worth it, I recommend it to everyone, I will definitely return, thanks to all of you, you in addition to making the numbers also make the difference, thanks again, F.A.Sgobba

03/02/2026: Just when you think the food can not get any better in Puglia along comes this restaurant. Chef Natale is extraordinary and he pours his love into every dish, made by hand, all his vegetables grown in his land surrounding this beautiful establishment. The fish was so fresh and delicious. Every dish balanced and beautifully presented. Michelin needs to get over to Noci to hand this man and his restaurant a star (or two). The front of the restaurant is managed by Mirella who is warm and inviting and manages the dining experience with precision. Very worth a visit if you are coming to bella Puglia.

08/12/2025: I have been to many restaurants all over Italy, but what I experienced here is like no other. We had excellent food, I highly recommend the starter selection. All the staff were very nice and polite, they recommended great main courses. And the prices are really reasonable! Wide wine list. Cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be back. Reservations are recommended!

10/01/2026: I'm in Puglia for work, staying overnight in Locorotondo, and someone recommended Bina, a restaurant in the heart of the historic center. A historic establishment: Bina and her husband—whom I've nicknamed the Maestro. They welcome you like true hosts of yesteryear, with a sincere chat and that rare beauty of being able to discuss anything, without rushing. It's the perfect example of hospitality where the people make the place, not the other way around. Traditional cuisine, excellent ingredients. The atmosphere is historic, tastefully and elegantly furnished, dominated by light tones. Everything is good, starting with the welcome (yes, I repeat). A tip for restaurateurs: the cream of fava beans: better served as an appetizer than as a first course; the ingredients are excellent, but the cream (purée) is too generous.

07/01/2026: I recommend it! 🫶 The dishes are delicious, absolutely delicious. We ate rabbit cheeks and tiramisu for dessert, everything beautifully presented. The service is great! The decor is good! The prices are okay.

They even recommended some dishes off the menu, and the entire meal was fresh and original. We highly recommend this little restaurant with its welcoming atmosphere and delicious cuisine. The food is excellent (every dish is carefully crafted and never improvised or distorted, as is often the case with overly original dishes). The atmosphere is beautiful and refined, the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable, and the service is prompt but never rushed. I will definitely return.
