29/03/2025: La cucina è sopraffina, dagli antipasti, ai primi, ai secondi lo chef propone delle vere prelibatezze che deliziano il palato e la vista e mandano in estasi i sensi. Sapori genuini, di impronta mediterranea, come quelli che faceva in casa la nonna, che ti spingono ad assaggiare ancora altri piatti anche dopo la settima portata...il tutto in una location davvero molto bella, in una cornice naturale come il bosco di Noci, dove si respira aria pura e si può sentire il cinguettio degli uccelli, mentre si viene serviti da un personale molto gentile e cortese e di grande professionalità. 18/05/2025: Buonasera, appena rientrato da una Domenica fuori casa per festeggiare il compleanno. L' accoglienza dello chef e dei suoi collaboratori è eccellente. Hanno una attenzione al cliente di livello alto. Ci siamo affidati e fidati dei consigli del proprietario sulla scelta del menù e abbiamo fatto bene. Nonostante il ristorante pieno, abbiamo potuto tranquillamente chiacchierare se sa essere disturbato dai commensali vicini. Ci tornerei molto volentieri. Consigliato. Anche il prezzo molto onesy

The service is fast, super pleasant/welcoming and the managers give very good advice on wines. The asparagus pasta is delicious, the veal is also perfectly done (beautifully cooked). An excellent address in the heart of the historic center of Locorontodo!

03/05/2025: Location molto bella nel centro storico di Conversano, personale preparato/attento e educato. Abbiamo cenato questa sera ma siamo rimasti da subito delusi per la scarsa scelta in menù oltre ai piatti che erano di porzioni ridotte, sia pure eseguiti con ingredienti ottimi. Per quanto abbiamo mangiato, potremmo affermare che nel costo abbiamo pagato anche la location, trovando il costo finale alto.

27/05/2025: I was there recently for a dinner with work colleagues. I remember few restaurants where I had such a good dinner: from the very good food, to the attentive service, to the quiet and well-kept location. For a restaurant in the hinterland of Noci, I was very impressed by the quality of the seafood dishes. Truly remarkable! In general, the dishes are small, but well prepared. The costs are on average high, but it is not news that quality has to be paid for. From this point of view it can be demanding, but for those looking for a restaurant with an extra edge, "Il Falco Pellegrino" is certainly the right choice.

It is the prelude to a gastronomic experience which, for those who already know this cuisine, represents an awaited and desired confirmation. The starters tell the story of solid and creative cuisine, made up of intense flavours, refined shapes, harmonious colors and high quality ingredients. Then comes the sea bream in salt, impressive in presentation and perfect in cooking, confirming the expert hand of the chef. Dessert time is a little journey into doubt: what to choose? Among the proposals, a tiramisu stands out that leaves its mark, creamy, enveloping, with crunchy crumble and chocolate flakes that make it unique. And there is also a surprise: the chef offers a dove baked in the morning, soft, fragrant, with real apricots and generous pieces of chocolate. 04/06/2025: Qualità e preparazione (anche estetica) dei cibi ottime (in particolare, la tartare di tonno, nettamente migliore di quella, pur apprezzabile, servita in altri ristoranti locali, che "se la tirano", ovviamente anche nei prezzi). Servizio attento, cortese, rapido, ma ancora migliorabile nel coordinamento dell'arrivo in tavola delle pietanze e soprattutto dei condimenti e "accessori". I prezzi sono giusti.

11/05/2025: The food is very good, but the prices are now the same as those of a restaurant. There is no cover charge, but for me it would be preferable to pay it and have a minimum of service and not eat canteen style.

31/05/2025: Disappointing experience! There is no English menu! In the city center, for a restaurant not to have a menu in English is truly a big shame! One waiter didn’t speak English, so he called another waiter who had no patience to translate the menu for us and, saying “I’ll give you some more time to decide,” just walked away. We got up and left! What am I supposed to think about when I don’t understand anything on the menu?

31/05/2025: This "restaurant" is an insult to Italian cuisine: the dishes are greasy and flavorless! The Parmesan cheese has absolutely no flavor! It's the definition of a tourist trap... if you've ever tried Italian cuisine, run away! To top it all off, the service is as good as the food...

Very fresh products, authentic flavors and a great attention to quality that is perceived from the first taste. The cuisine is truly excellent, capable of combining tradition and creativity with taste and moderation. Dishes that surprise without exaggerating, prepared with a sure hand and full of passion. Chef Rocco Violante really knows his stuff, and you can see that behind it there is a lot of study and love for the profession. But what makes the experience even more pleasant is the kindness and helpfulness of the dining room staff coordinated by his wife Terry: sincere smiles, attention to the customer and a welcome that makes you feel immediately at home. The entire team, from the dining room to the kitchen, transmits competence, enthusiasm and human warmth, elements that make the difference. In short: a place where you eat very well, you feel pampered and you want to return. Highly recommended to those looking for good food and an authentic atmosphere!

You feel perfectly at ease thanks to the courtesy of the staff and the details that Rocco, the owner of this splendid culinary gem, has taken care of with care and love. Yes, because you can see the passion he has put into his business and everything coincides with what you expect. The food is prepared with wisdom and the combinations are truly successful. Maximum rating!! I recommend it for all occasions.
