16/02/2025: Yet another excellent restaurant in the Parma area. Nice welcoming place, excellent service, attentive and attentive staff, delicious dishes and excellently presented, with excellent raw materials cooked by the chef. The delicious rice savaren not to be missed, without forgetting the desserts. The wine list is also good. The prices are fair, the only drawback is that it has few parking spaces. Highly recommended.

Delicious ravioli encore (spectacular ravioli with candied orange), even the desserts "all made by them" were truly excellent, all topped off with top service!!!. Adequate final bill. I will definitely come back when I'm in Parma!!!

09/03/2025: Nestled in the hills of Parma. Spacious and tidy restaurant. Quick service on courses. The cured meats are excellent, the tortelli with herbs are very good and the fried pie is easy to fry. Delicious coffee tiramisu. Abundant servings. Spent by two, a total of €65.

12/03/2025: Spectacular meal! The fried pizza with a platter of cured meats is excellent, the straw and hay pasta with cured meat ragout is top-notch Fabulous chocolate cake with cream ice cream

15/03/2025: I haven't eaten this well in years. I ordered the boiled meats with their sauces and was happily surprised by how good they were. Then I shared - with the girl who was with me - a plate of raw tagliatelle and truffles: delicious! Compliments to the chef! The portions are generous and the prices (considering the quality of the dishes and the current times) almost cheap. The place is very nice. I would just recommend putting in warmer lights. At first, we were greeted in a cold and detached manner. After we were seated, they continued to pass by us as if we didn't exist, without asking us what we wanted to drink, or bringing us a menu. After a long wait, I had to cry out for them to finally calculate us. But then the lady "melted" and gradually became more and more pleasant and kind.

15/03/2025: I have been to this place several times for lunch and dinner, the food was all very good and the staff were friendly. I also organized a lunch and I had a great time. I also take this opportunity to thank the owner Claudio who is always helpful and kind.

Great welcome, good cold cuts, they also offered us their salami and some local bread, as a first course we tried the anolini, a good lambrusco and two excellent desserts, the guys in the dining room were great, I recommend booking, a very well-known place!!! Il menù degustazione offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, con ingredienti selezionati e piatti di grande qualità. Il servizio è cordiale e attento, mentre la carta dei vini è ampia e ben curata. Ogni volta che veniamo da Milano, è sempre un piacere tornarci!
