12/11/2025: We found it online and it immediately inspired us. The place was small and well-described, so we booked, which was a good thing because they turned away a lot of people without reservations. We had a typical local appetizer, which was delicious! And we had a second helping of tortelli, which were amazing. The Rigoletto dessert was also truly unique and delicious. The owner remains: a bit gruff in his own way, but courteous and efficient. On the other hand, he has to deal with foreigners who remove the prosciutto from the plates 😂😂😂. We had a great time.
12/11/2025: Overall ok, food tasty but not amazing. Service could have been more attentive and friendly, we arrived when they just opened and it felt like we intruded the space not very welcome. One of the glasses we were given had lipstick on it

The menu features traditional Parmesan dishes, plus a few off-menu items. Prices aren't disclosed, however, and are sometimes higher than the menu average.
The food quality is good, though perhaps a bit overpriced, about 20%.
The low rating is only due to the service provided by the owner, who has a rough, truck-driver-like manner.
It doesn't really embody the spirit of a good restaurateur.

22/10/2025: I was there last Sunday, and I'm not a fan of big meals. The location is beautiful in the Parma hills, the staff are very friendly, and the quality and variety of the food is top-notch! If you want more, no problem. I'll be back soon! I recommend it!

31/10/2025: Sublime. If you understand the quality of good food, made with care and love, with top-quality ingredients, with variety and exquisite kindness, just like in the old days, family-run, in a clean, bright environment with outdoor spaces.
A variety of homemade tortelli, fantastic stuffed tasca, gnocco fritto that leaves a delicious taste in your mouth, zuppa inglese that tastes of rum, chocolate, and cream... to name just a few of their specialties, at very fair prices.
Generous portions, in short, an oasis in the desert these days! Go there!!!!

19/11/2025: Excellent service. Nice place. Convenient parking. The food was good...but not great. The fried pie was heavy...you could taste the oil. The veal tip wasn't very tender, and the filling was dry and too thick. Highly priced for the quality. Still, worth a try.

I hosted a dinner for 30 people. Everyone was delighted and pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the food. Everything was handmade by the wonderful chef Paola. Delicious tortelli, not to mention the tagliatelle, and the Mariola sauce melted in your mouth. To finish, a selection of desserts was served, all accompanied by an excellent wine. Highly recommended. Everything is handmade.

Be careful if you park in the golf course parking lot, because they smashed my car windows. Don't leave bags in the car.

04/10/2025: The food didn't live up to the price: the meat was decent, the pasta tasteless. The service was lacking, with hurried and poorly trained waiters. The atmosphere was unwelcoming; you felt like you were being scrutinized from head to toe as soon as you entered.
The meat, the signature dish, wasn't weighed at the table or explained in detail. We paid €8 per 100g for 1.2 kg of tomahawk steak, but the weight seemed less. Disappointing value for money.
