02/03/2026: My favorite restaurant in Parma! I go there often with my boyfriend; we recently had dinner there last Saturday to celebrate his birthday. We had the off-menu duck, a pasta dish with white ragù, and pumpkin and bacon gnocchi. Everything was delicious, as always, and the wine selection, especially the Friulian ones, is top notch.
18/01/2026: Dinner with friends, first time. Welcoming and beautiful place. Professional and friendly staff. Excellent quality dishes, with many variations in addition to those on the menu. Prices are reasonable for the variety. Worth a try.

25/02/2026: A pleasant lunch just a few minutes from the Fornovo motorway exit. In a vintage 1960s setting with swing music in the background, we enjoyed a platter of excellent cured meats accompanied by hot fried gnocco and focaccia, and a selection of delicious ravioli.

In the heart of Parma, this traditional restaurant is a true gem for those seeking an authentic culinary experience. The warm and welcoming atmosphere is complemented by a glass-enclosed terrace that allows you to enjoy the city view even on the coolest days. Inside, a glass-enclosed viewing area reveals the preparation of cured meats and cheeses, served with fragrant torta fritta.
The first courses are excellent and tasty, but a special mention goes to the horse meat tartare: incredibly fresh, flavorful, and carefully prepared, it surprises and captivates from the first bite.
Highly recommended for those who love authentic
Parmesan cuisine.

12/02/2026: I recommend this place. Animals are not let in and that is fine. Good local food with some specialities. We love their culatello, torta fritta, stracotto di asinina ( donkey) and daino ( deer) con polenta. Good professional service and tasty wine.

07/01/2026: We chose this restaurant for lunch during a day trip to Parma. It's a quaint restaurant serving traditional Emilian cuisine. The wait staff was very attentive and friendly. The portions were adequate and not overwhelming, and the dishes were very good, especially the lasagna and the traditional boiled meat platter. The wine list was varied and well-stocked. The prices were commensurate with the quality of the dishes and in keeping with the character of the restaurant. We were satisfied and will definitely return.

13/02/2026: I was here for lunch on my way back from a business trip. Eating at a service station in Emilia is definitely out of the question. Given its proximity to the highway, I chose Osteria il Norcino.
I had the tagliolini with meat sauce and the tartare (there was a really wide selection of meats, with premium cuts, but when I hear the word tartare, I don't understand anything). Both were wonderful and delicious.
The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Definitely my favorites.

11/01/2026: The torta fritta with cured meats is delicious, the coppa and prosciutto are excellent.
The potato gnocchi with salami paste, Lambrusco reduction, and parmesan shavings are delicious.
The caramel panna cotta is delicious.
The staff is friendly and the service is very fast.

27/12/2025: Well... neither good nor bad... the testaroli were good, and the appetizer was an artichoke roll on a cheese fondue that completely covered the flavor of the artichokes.
The owner was attentive. The atmosphere was rustic and well-maintained. From the reviews, I expected much more.

Excellent food, carefully prepared dishes, and local cuisine. I'd go back tomorrow!
