A charming place! Attention to detail is evident everywhere, from the Genoa-themed paintings to the rustic yet elegant tables on the veranda overlooking the Superba. A wide selection of food, from their famous pizza by the meter (highly recommended, and even better if you're with friends), to traditional first courses and refined second courses. Nothing to complain about, a truly delightful place. Unique atmosphere and convenient funicular nearby.

It was my first time there because everyone spoke highly of it. We chose a restaurant. But I have to say, it wasn't what I expected! For example, the first course, the walnut sauce was a bit dry. And the second course, meat with baked potatoes, was average—nothing surprising. It may be famous for its pizza, but as a restaurant, I've had much better elsewhere. Again, we went because everyone recommended it. I found it...normal...

But the real added value of the evening was the service, particularly Ilaria's. It's rare to find someone who manages to combine professionalism, courtesy, and naturalness with such elegance. From the first moment, she welcomed us with a genuine smile, making us feel immediately at ease. Throughout the dinner, she was always present, yet never intrusive: attentive to every detail, ready to understand what we needed even before we had to ask. Ilaria demonstrated great skill in recommending the dishes, explaining them with passion and precision, clearly conveying her love for her work. Every recommendation she made proved spot-on and helped make the experience even more enjoyable. What's truly impressive is her ability to make every customer feel cared for with attention and genuine kindness, not with formality but with a genuine availability that's hard to find these days. Her service was impeccable from start to finish: perfect timing, constant attention, courteous manners, and a reassuring presence.
